Those who love the Law don't cheapen the Law, like you do, by lowering its standard to something you think you can manage.
Neither of your passage prove the old covenant laws are applicable under the new covenant.
If I was to go precept by precept through the old covenant law, would I find you perfect in each?

Do not know much but Jesus seems to say 1 can escape the law with -Those who say peace and safety because the Law is done away with will not escape.
1 Thessalonians 5:2-4 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, Peace and safety! then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
The standard has been set and you know full well sin is sin. We either identify it and turn away to the best of our ability or suffer the effects of sin.
Romans 2:8-9 But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
