Look, if we let everyone in who wanted in we would be overun for one thing. For another, we NEED to know who is here. One thing that sometimes determines sentences is past history if the person has no record here to show their charcter good or bad because all they have done is break the law then we deport them.

Yet you said deport them all.

And by what do you mean overrun? We're already only ten spots away from being the most sparsely populated country on earth!

By overun I DID NOT mean by population density. I meant in terms of money and other resources.

"This Backgrounder examines illegal immigration-related document fraud and identity theft that is committed primarily for the purpose of employment. It debunks three common misconceptions: illegal aliens are “undocumented;” the transgressions committed by illegal aliens to obtain jobs are minor; and illegal-alien document fraud and identity theft are victimless crimes.

The findings include:

Illegal immigrants are not “undocumented.” They have fraudulent documents such as counterfeit Social Security cards, forged drivers licenses, fake “green cards,” and phony birth certificates. Experts suggest that approximately 75 percent of working-age illegal aliens use fraudulent Social Security cards to obtain employment."

No one I know wants no enforcement on other law-breaking. Why do you keep pretending otherwise?

There is no pretense. Part of this discussion included leniency for people who stole out of desperation, but the same who would allow for that would allow no mercy for people who immigrated without being able to wait a decade out of similar desperation.

Why are you so much more adamant about this law than any other?
because they broke the law just by being on this soil and then KEEP breaking the law AFTER they get here.

I think in the Southwest, antagonism towards Mexicans is a kind of holdover from Southern white supremacism, under a guise that dares speak.

Which is why all my mexican american neighbors hate illegal immigrants to.

Turns out when you do things the legal way and follow the law, seeing people who expect to get what you have without having to do any of the work makes you a bit angry.

like the law?

So you think leniency has no place in immigration law regardless of desperation whereas you're fine with leniency on theft in desperate circumstances?

It seems like you aren't as worried about people breaking the law as you are with people breaking this particular law.

I have to thank you, I haven't laughed that hard in a long while.

And I'm suppose to care about what you or your scientists think? Not hardly. NDNs could careless about the racist agenda and the lies of your non-native scientists, who claim they evolved from apes. Yes, we can take your scientists seriously when they claim to be the descendant of an ape...

Your ignorance of science wont change the reality of the situation.

The blatant ignorance and racist agenda of your scientists concerning my ancestors and my people won't change the reality of our history. They can claim whatever they want and lie all they want. Nothing has changed. Yes, we NDNs are very accustom to the racially motivated lies of your people. They are still liars and thieves, and they are still racist against minority people, not to mention that they are still like a horde of locust, devouring and destroying everything within their path. Oh yes, we NDNs trust them to tell us where we came from. You're wasting your breathe, Wasi'chu, and I'm done wasting my breathe on you.

Both coming here illegally and having fake IDS Freud because shocker they cannot get a legal social security number or legal papers are acts that NOT ONLY should lack of charcter, but also is an act that keeps GOING. You basically break the law and KEEP breaking the law each waking moment because you have NO right to be here and then you have false documents that you try to keep up and LYING the WHOLE time.

Hi Henyenza,
I thought the 'green card' had unique numbers. i.e. As soon as the number is placed into the system the IRS (or whoever) would be able to identify '....hey there is something wrong here...Joe Blogs doesn't exist.....' and it would be sorted out. I accept that it may take a while but even 'thick computers' recognise numbers out of place.

Is the system such that it is possible to have such a huge volume of fake 'green cards' that pass through the system unnoticed? Is the system easily abused like that?

Gigagei, let me say that for the most part, I support your stance on Native Americans and immigration.

However, because of this strong stance, and I mean this without any disrespect to you or other Christians here, I don't understand how you can be a Christian.

There have been many Native American Christians, most did not betray their people...they found truth in a faith, but they also maintained their cultures.

Their cultures only disappeared after imperialist governments tried to anglicize them, some of these governments used religion as a false pretense for Anglicization. How do we know that it really wasn't about religion, well, because the Americans still subjugated native Alaskans despite the fact they had converted to Christianity during Russian rule.

If it was about religion, then the U.S. government would have left the Alaskans alone (since they were Christian) but it was about squashing them in every way...so they took away their language and identities, eventually they even put them in concentration camps where many natives died. Then the government burned down native alaskan churches, they could care less about them or their Christianity. Even to this day, these innocent people have not been allowed to return to their ancestral homes.

A Native American concentration camp.

Christianity is not the problem, it is governments, it is imperialism.

I am not trying to be rude or show any disrespect, but why is it that you keep feeling it racist to WANT laws concerning who can come here? At some point, it is important to have laws as to who can come and who is here.

Hi Steve,

The Department of Homeland security is implementing e-verify (What is E-Verify? | USCIS) to curb the abuse of fraudulent green cards to gain employment but the system is still subject to employers using it. However, in my opinion, the biggest problem is that the I-9 form (the form filled by any new employee to prove work eligibility) only requires two forms of ID, a requirement that can be easily fulfilled using a stolen driver's license and social security number.
