you are right in that they are tools of satan, enticingly designed to look like innocent toys for children to have fun with. that is both the lie and the lure.

Begining with friendly cartoons ("Casper, the friendly ghost") and other movies like "GhostBusters" the movie industry has long been in the business of scaring us and attracting us to the paranormal, with TV not far behind. Gradually, step by step they lead us further and further from reality and God.

Ouija boards are just superstitious nonsense.

In my Girls' Life magazine, there was a giveaway for Ouija boards. I cancelled my subscription after that. I have used a Oujia board before and I was freaked. I wouldn't advise them. Regardless of personal faith, using Oujia boards can be dangerous. As Piper mentioned in Charmed episode 2, "How do we know our powers aren't from evil?" I will never mess with a Oujia board again.

Oujia boards are not some kids board game, they are portals to hell. My friend told me as story about how his girlfriend was attacked by dark spirits after using one, it didn't surprise me, they are evil.

Most folks think it a meaningless toy-and it is sold like that.

Years back, my friend did too. She even had a party where the Ouija board was the entertainment. All was fun. Then without warning, things turned really ugly. The "spirit" or whatever was doing the moving of the pointer seemed to know more than was normal and messages of death to our important loved ones soon began being spelled out. Have no idea what was done with the game, but it was the last time that "game" was ever seen!

Well, I wasn't willing to be the first to say such; but I will state my agreement.

There have been numerous documented cases of kids fooling around with Ouija boards and ending up with more than they were prepared for---up to and including demonic possession. The most famous is probably that of "Roland Doe", which was the inspiration for William Peter Blatty's fictional novel The Exorcist: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exorcism_of_Roland_Doe

Laugh if you want to. But I take this stuff very, very seriously. Those who mock and dismiss things simply because they can't see them a la the "scientific method" do so to their own peril, IMHO.

I know atheists and such people scoff at the idea of there being anything to the Ouija board because it's marketed by a toy company as a toy. But, they didn't start out as such and the idea of a "talking board" goes very far back in the occult world.

Having said that, my great-grandmother who was very rarely wrong about anything told me that using a Quija board was like calling the powers of darkness to yourself and don't even touch one. So, I never have. Though I must admit I really wanted to get one and burn it when I heard they scream if you burn them. I really want to know if they do.
