Please add Georgia (Darleen), my wife to your prayer list

Today is her third trip to the emergency room, in as many weeks. It's been a number of issues (a bad cold had her not getting enough oxygen, a fall breaking her arm, etc.) For those who know her past, there has not been any more strokes since her last big one that I posted about here.

The emergency room is admitting her, and will arranging for a care facility, as I am not able to take care of her while I'm at work, and her parents are not healthy or strong enough to help much.

Lord have mercy!

Not really. When I was with her, she was totally out of it because of the pain medicine they gave her (just a single vicodin makes her incoherent for hours). She woke up long enough to let me feed her a little. She wouldn't eat much, but to be fair, the slop they called beef stroganoff didn't inspire me to be very hungry either.

Oh, they do have her quarantined. They did the same to her three weeks ago. They suspect cdiff with the slightest hint of diarrhea.

Hopefully we'll hear more today.
