Many many movies I like...some I like but have issues with due to so much violence, blood/gore, premarital sex/other immoral promotion, the portrayal of sex in general, nudity, language, etc etc etc

I can't believe someone even mentioned The Party on this site! Peter Sellers was a genious, one only has to go as far as Dr. Strangelove and Being There to realize that. But I gotta hand it to him, he made me laugh in The Party, though I wouldn't put it on my best of all-time list. I'm glad to see it mentioned.

Anyway, my favorites include a lot of darker choices, artier choices, you know, good choices. You won't find teen comdies with Freddie Prinze Jr. on my list, nor will you find the action blockbusters that take the silver screen every summer. Some may call me a film snob, I call myself a film purist.

I love anything with Audrey Hepburn or Shirley Temple in them. The Way We Were...if you haven't seen this one...DO! An Affair to Remember, A Walk to Remember, Sweet Home Alabama, American Beauty, While You Were Sleeping, Bourne Identity, XXX, On Golden Pong, Moonstruck, Mermaids, BIG!!!, Patriot, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars...I could go on...but I will continue later.

Mmmmmmmmm...... I love loads of films... A Walk to Remember is really amazing (made me cry), Lord of the Rings, Beverly Hills Cop, Roots, Original Kings of Comedy, Menace 2 Society and loads more... man, I have like hundreds and hundreds of films on DVD!!!
