I love having a husband...until I climb into bed after he's fallen asleep. Then I understand why folks in the olden days had separate beds. The fitted sheet on my side has been pulled up all the way and is undone...because of how he sleeps...can't get it redone because it's all over on his side...and he's not waking up beyond a few grunts lol I suppose it could be worse. He could snore like a chainsaw...or take up my side...lol

I know what you mean, Tins! My next bed will be 2 single beds...I need my own! Actually, my own room would be good! lol

^_^ Well thankfully my husband does not snore...or fart...in bed...he DOES burp but only when he's awake (gee, that's soooo attractive, and you want me to get in bed with you????) Hahaha.

He'd probably need a double for himself, he is not a small guy ^_^

Today's random thought...

It irritates me that in today's world, affection is so underrated to the point that people have to watch how they are affectionate because someone might think they're being inappropriate. Nowadays, you can't walk down the street arm in arm or hand in hand with your best friend because people might think you're gay or whatever...things like hugs, holding each other, pet names, stuff like that, just love what people assume about that. God made us affectionate for goodness sakes...we should be able to express that freely without being judged as being romantic, inappropriate, or whatever. Seriously...

Maybe it's just the spiritual culture I grew up in, I don't know. But I remember when I was a kid, if I was goin' through a hard time, I'd pretty much stay glued to my best friend...she held my hand or held me when I was hurting...it helped me stay alive...but people thought that I was attracted to girls...hurt me badly. Now, I am very affectionate with those who I feel safe with...most of all with my husband but in a completely different way (obviously). But I feel weird expressing anything only because of what people/society thinks. Goodness, we all need each other...for different reasons...that is all!

Oh hey Ruth...that was definitely random ^_^

Rebecca...I'm so glad you get it.

I'm affectionate with those who I feel safe with...if I am affectionate with you it's because I feel safe with you...so when I get to that point, where I feel safe with someone, safe enough to let them hug me or whatever, I don't want people to think it's weird...

I don't know...it's just something I"ve noticed...like affection is taboo.

I guess people don't realize there's such a thing as non-sexual affection these days.
