The Biblical calendar has a beginning of day at 6 p.m. So the Passover began at 6 p.m.
Leviticus 23:5
"IN THE FOURTEENTH DAY OF THE FIRST MONTH, AT EVEN (6 P.M.) IS THE LORD'S PASSOVER."
Wednesday at 6 p.m. in A.D. 32, Passover began for that year. So Christ had to be down from the cross and buried before 6 p.m. that Wednesday. Wednesday night, Thursday night, and Friday night, the body of the Lord was in the tomb. He was resurrected around 6 p.m. Saturday evening, for their Sunday began at 6 on Saturday evening.
Jesus partook of the Passover supper on the 12th, Tuesday, in A.D. 32.
Easy answer is to ignore threads and posts about it, unless of course you are really not that bored. Judging by the sheer volume of posts and the lengthy replies I would say that Israel does not bore you in the least.duplicate.
6 pm would NOT be applicable to your OT Leviticus 23:5 referenced (insert). 6 pm is more of a NT Christianized averaging innovation. Only from October 22, 2013 to March 27, 2014 does sunset occur in Jerusalem before 6 pm. This year sundown on April 13 to sunset April 14 (14th day of Nissan) occurs in Jerusalem at 7:07 pm. During the 15th of Nissan the full moon occurs at 10:43 am in Jerusalem. To some this event is considered the beginning of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The full moon occurs on April 15, at 3:43 am in New York (ET).

God's teaching about what foods to eat was the first nutritional good/clean diet intended to help man maintain a healthy long life including vigorous physical activity. Today's unclean/processed/contaminated foods have contributed to obesity. Obesity is a serious, chronic disease that can inflict substantial harm to a person's health problems, including coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and certain types of cancer.
Some Christians may belittle kosher food. Kosher food is food that has been "inspected" to make sure it is "clean non-contaminated" of good quality. Today there is even such a thing as kosher bacon. Today's vegetarian pigs can be raised free of trichinosis. If properly processed in a clean environment i see nothing wrong with eating pork/bacon in moderation as with any food/drink such as an occasional glass of wine.
According to the bible, the first people were vegetarians. The first two chapters of Genesis tell a story of man and animal being companions, and trees being the source of food. In Genesis chapter 1, verse 29, God commands man to only eat fruits and vegetables. Daniel desired a vegetarian diet and we know the result.

Me thinks that you spend way to much time posting long and repetitive posts about it and you seem to love the MJ forum so again I wonder if that is really so. If it is then you have a very unhealthy obsession with itOf course I am bored with Israel, that is why I seek to keep that boring rule filled, land obsessed, ethnically centered thing outta the church!
Paul taught sooooo much cool stuff, but what do we get from some? Rules, and shadows.
Yes, boring.

This is why the culture/word should not change, despite worldly changes. The Watchmen were supposed to, in addition to other duties, watch the sky to determine when the significant moon phases occur. This is why Christ alludes to "no one knowing the hour or day," because that time period when the new moon (month) would begin could occur at 6pm, 3am, 7:35am, etc. They had to "watch [ye therefore]," because literally no one knew the exact day or hour the new month would begin.
Now, the new month (moon) - the first month of the new year begins in the spring, after the new moon after the barley and herbs turn green. This is Abib (literally "green.) When that new moon occurs, that is day 1 of the new year. Six days later is a sabbath. This year, the first new moon after the barley turned green was on March 30, 2014 at moonrise - Sunday sundown. That means the sabbath is on Saturdays at sundown (moonrise,) and Passover will be on the 12th of April, 2014 - if you strictly follow the bible.
Every new moon is a new month, even if there are residual days. The Hebrews "added" a 13th month to compensate for the couple of extra days left before new months begin, respectively.
The Sabbath is not a "set" Gregorian or Julian day. It has a very specific determination. You would have to find out when the new moon of the year(s) of Christ were, and then you would know the sabbath days respectively at that time.
As you know they still do it the old fashion way In Israel with the first reported visible sighting (not NASA).
The first reported sighting of the new moon in Israel was on Monday, March 31st, 2014 at 7:25pm by Yoel Halevi and Gadi Eidelheit.
The first new moon crescent, with the presence of Abib barley reported, was from Israel in the regions of Kiryat Ata and Keren BeYavneh on March 31st at 7:25 and 7:30pm! An additional witness from Israel, Neria Haroeh, also sighted the moon from Ramla, Israel. Although, in some of these cases, a telescope lens was first used to locate the crescent, confirmation of the new moon was able to be made with the naked eye before the moon set within the hour after sundown. Additional reports continued westward.

As I said, there were trumpeteers that would announce the "actual" new moon and such. I will have to look into your posting dates for the holy days, especially concerning when the new moon exactly occurred.
Bitter herbs, salty water, a sweet apple mixture, the shankbone of a lamb--what is the meaning behind these symbolic elements? Enter the celebration of Passover, rich with history and significance for both Jew and Gentile. God wasn't finished working in the lives of His people after the waters of the Red Sea parted. Both past and future deliverance are celebrated in this solemn and joyful feast.
Through Christ in the Passover, you'll trace God's involvement through the history of this holy day-from the first Passover, all the way to the modern Seder. In the revised editions of this inviting book, Ciel and Moishe Rosen show you how the death and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah are forever interwoven with the Passover and its symbolism.
it amazes me how some people treat a Passover celebration as mere ritual, however, communion/lord's supper/breaking bread/eucharist are also shadows yet I see a double standard at work amongst some.
