• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Hi there God loves you so much and it's obvious by your post you love God to because you want to be close to Him. The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin. Ask God to show you if there is something and if He doesn't don't believe your conscience. There is a verse that says about God being greater than our hearts even if our conscience condemns us. Praying for you.

Rubiks, no Christian is condemned. The Word says that there is NO CONDEMNATION in Christ Jesus.

If you're a Child of God (Saved), then you're not condemned. Condemnation only comes from never accepting the Lord. Those who are saved cannot lose their salvation. Thus, there is no condemnation. Those who are not saved are never denied the opportunity for salvation, for God does not forsake anyone.

You have been bought by the Blood of the Lamb.

Don't Worry

Thinking silly things and attaching meaning to them, which OCD often does, is your brain's attempt to avoid that which you likely fear. It's almost an exact-opposite effect. God knows how you truly feel and your true beliefs.

Hi Rubkin,
The Spirit does not convict you of sin. He convicts you of your righteousness in Christ. Your conscience is disturbed if it is thinking about sin. Hebrews talks about an evil conscience. It a conscience that consent rates on sin. Jesus shed his blood to purge your conscience. Try to find teaching by Joseph Prince on the purged conscience from the book of Hebrews(10:19-23).

Grace to you.
