OH MAN. I FORGOT ABOUT THIS.
I have started drawing poor representation of famous people on my computer for my friends, since they seem to get a kick out of it.
I drew Bill Clinton the other day:
It's so so awful. That's the intent though
I'm not good at drawing anyway lol.

Well I threw in pictures of my towers so I may as well post the sub I built too.
I'm not sure if building a wood box is much of an art - but I went through over 2 square feet of veneer trying to get the color right, so that's got to count for something. The color isn't anything special but I was trying to match it to a wood TV stand I have (believe me, it wasn't easy).
Plus it's a sub so there's the cool factor.

The Moses one is an oil painting, taken from a renaissance work (Raphael, I think?)
The lighthouse is a watercolor.
Both are old, and were never finished.
This one's a pastel from 6 or 7 years ago, really the only time that I've used pastels. Also taken from an original work by Warner Sallman.

^ Fantastic. I admire the skill of drawing, sketching, painting, ect. in other people. I have no talent in this area whatsoever. I wish I did though.

Hahahahaha thanks. My friend and I were joking around about me drawing some celebrities, and I decided to do it- albeit very non seriously. lol.
I feel like "Aw yeah" is something Bill Clinton would definitely say in real life.

I don't know why I keep reviving this thread, lol... there's a lot of new people here though, and its cool to see what people post. Plus its cool to have it all in one place, even though some of the old photos have disappeared.
