I haven't used my car in a few days. I'm afraid to drive in this weather.

I hope you're all staying safe on the roads there. It's summer here and has been lovely so far, with rain on occasion to keep the drought of last summer at bay, hopefully.

Hey Ruth, since you're afraid of driving in this, IF you HAVE to go out, do what I do...take back roads as much as you can...and then just take it slow...and if ya slide, turn INTO it...
I like to get in a parking lot and purposely slide and fishtail to practice my gettin' out of a slide...

Thanks for the suggestions Jimmy. I drove 1 street away to the store and back and the roads were not too bad. I didn't slide any.
