Riverrat...once again jumping in and out demonstrating nothing and denying what scripture clearly says

Once again Ephesians 4:11-14
11 Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “Uncircumcision” by the so-called “Circumcision,” which is performed in the flesh by human hands—
12 remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
13 But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall,
15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace,
16 and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity.

So as it says Gentiles WERE excluded from Israel, as verse 12 says...but they were INCLUDED by the blood of Christ, as verse 13 says.

If one understands how the temple had a wall that separated Jews and Gentiles...they will know this passage is saying Gentiles are included in Israel.

Once again you do not understand the natural and the spiritual.

I am also a believer in the restoration of the 12 Tribes.

I will not argue.

Yeshua / Jesus, Loves the Church, all who hope in Him, to include me.

I have Jewish Blood.

I believe Torah, and know that those promises are yes and yes.

Shalom
Yosef
I will elaborate as I got a PM.

Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and the Life.

There is no other Way. His Blood, His Cross.

The Lamb who took the sin of the world.

I just believe that all the promises in the Old Testament concerning
Israel and the Jews.

Again I will not argue or debate. Just sharing to pin point
that a Messianic Jew knows that only the shed Blood of Jesus
takes away or paid the price for my sin.

Shalom
Yosef

If you understood how the veil of the the Holy of Holies that only the high priest in Israel, serving in the office of Christ, could go behind into the Holies once a year with the rehearsal Atonement blood, was torn in two, top to bottom, in conjunction with the earthquake that shook down the walls of the inner and outer courts to the temple, then you would understand that the blood accepted once for all ended the first death of separation from the Glory of the Living God for the Jew, first, and for the Gentile, last, but did not by any means end the Covenant Israel made with YHWH at Sinai to keep the Torah all their generations of the earth.
I do understand! If you understood that the reason for this was that Christ fulfilled EVERY BIT OF THE TORAH the LAW WAS ABOLISHED. For you to even tey and say that wasn't true is an exercise in futility and a lack of understanding of Hebrews...written SPECIFICALLY to make the point to Torah believing Jews that JESUS ABOLISHED IT ALL.

Let's walk with Paul for a minute...and just for you...I'm going to be thorough:
Galatians 2:20, 21:
20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”

This is Paul saying he DOESN'T keep the Law. In Philippians 3:1-10 he again makes it clear his law keeping count as NOTHING. Read that if you like...you'll see.

Paul tells us Christ abolished the law:
Ephesians 2:14-16:
14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall,
15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace,
16 and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity.

Again in Colossians 2:16-19:
16 Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day—
17 things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.
18 Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self-abasement and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind,
19 and not holding fast to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.

Every Jew is now clean to go into the Holy of Holies in heaven, in the Spirit of adoption into Christ; and every Gentile is free to go into the Holy of Holies in heaven, in the Spirit of adoption into Christ.
The promise was by faith before the acceptable Atonement, but now is for whosoever will, and is still by faith until we are transformed in body of flesh like His New Man body of flesh..
I'll qualify that by saying "every CHRIST BELIEVING Jew"...AND it doesn't require Torah keeping...as I showed you the Old Covenant is ABOLISHED in Christ. It says that clearly.

Now lets let Hebrews 9:1-5 paint the picture:
Now even the first covenant had regulations of divine worship and the earthly sanctuary.
2 For there was a tabernacle prepared, the outer one, in which were the lampstand and the table and the sacred bread; this is called the holy place.
3 Behind the second veil there was a tabernacle which is called the Holy of Holies,
4 having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden jar holding the manna, and Aaron’s rod which budded, and the tables of the covenant;
5 and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat; but of these things we cannot now speak in detail.

In Hebrews 9:6-10 the wirter describes how the priests served in the tabernacle! You can read that if you like.

However in Hebrew 9:11-16 the writer tells how Christ fulfills the tabernacle:
11 But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation;
12 and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
13 For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh,
14 how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Finally Hebrews 9:15 makes it clear THERE IS A NEW COVENANT:
15 For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
Once again it is clear the Old Covenant (or Torah), IS ABOLISHED!!!

Hebrews 9:16-22 SUMS IT UP:
16 For where a covenant is, there must of necessity be the death of the one who made it.
Christ died to bring in the New and ABOLISH the OLD because He kept it perfectly!!! If He doesn't do that He CANNOT abolish the OLD.

Verses 17-21:
17 For a covenant is valid only when men are dead, for it is never in force while the one who made it lives.
18 Therefore even the first covenant was not inaugurated without blood.
19 For when every commandment had been spoken by Moses to all the people according to the Law, he took the blood of the calves and the goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,
20 saying, “This is the blood of the covenant which God commanded you.”
21 And in the same way he sprinkled both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry with the blood.
22 And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

But that does not end the Covenant that YHWH has with the seed of Jacob, forever. Israel is still the sign nation and the signs are on hold in this Church age, which is ending soon. Then the times of the restoration of the kingdom of God on earth will be upon the world, and YHWH will redeem His own people who wear His own New Man name as a sign of the adoption to come into His New Man flesh body [not named Adam, but named Israel, the New Man name], by the means of the times of Jacob's trouble.
This so erroneous! So let's let Hebrews 9:23-28 clear this up ONCE AND FOR ALL:
23 Therefore it was necessary for the copies of the things in the heavens to be cleansed with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
24 For Christ did not enter a holy place made with hands, a mere copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;
25 nor was it that He would offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the holy place year by year with blood that is not his own.
26 Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages He has been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.
27 And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment,
28 so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.

So this is the point...CHRIST ABOLISHED THE OLD COVEVNANT...it is clear!

Lastly before you start misrepresenting me again...this is for EVERYONE Jew and Gentile...and the Law is dead to all who are in Christ...and as the scripture says WE ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST, ABRAHAM'S SEED BY FAITH!!!

How you can read Hebrews 9 and 10 and even say one has to keep the law...shows a total disregard of scripture.

The apostles did not leave Jerusalem as Christ instructed them. Why was that?
You obviously do not even know the difference between the gospel that the apostles preached and the gospel that Paul preached and the importance of the difference.

And so once again you miss the point completely.
No...you miss the point read Acts 8:14...the apostles did not leave at the time of the persecution. But shortly after that they did.

Once again you're miss the point...trying to make a point...that is NOT a point.

I do understand! If you understood that the reason for this was that Christ fulfilled EVERY BIT OF THE TORAH the LAW WAS ABOLISHED. .
There you go again, making a fable not founded upon Scripture because of the dark glasses you wear when you read the New Testament, without the foundation of the Old Testament -which you throw out as of no account.

The Torah is not "abolished": the enmity is abolished between YHWH and Adam, and the veil of the temple was torn in two, showing that those near -the Jews/Israel's seed- and those far -the Gentiles- can now both come into the presence of the Glory on high, in spirit, by adoption as sons of God in the New Man name, which name is "Israel", not" Adam".

You are in the same state of those of Israel who have veiled eyes when they read Moses, but your veil is there when you read the New Testament, for what you say is not what it says, about the Jews/Seed of Jacob.

2 Corinthians 3:
14 What is more, their minds were made stonelike; for to this day the same veil remains over them when they read the Old Covenant; it has not been unveiled, because only by the Messiah is the veil taken away. 15 Yes, till today, whenever Moshe is read, a veil lies over their heart. 16 “But,” says the Torah, “whenever someone turns to Adonai, the veil is taken away.”[a] 17 Now, “Adonai” in this text means the Spirit. And where the Spirit of Adonai is, there is freedom. 18 So all of us, with faces unveiled, see as in a mirror the glory of the Lord; and we are being changed into his very image, from one degree of glory to the next, by Adonai the Spirit.

The Law is not all fulfilled and will not be until the end of the Millennial reign, when Tabernacles is totally fulfilled. The Atonement is fulfilled for all who accept the once for all Acceptable Atonement which grants spiritual entry into the presence of the Glory on high, whether Jew or Gentile, male or female.

But that fulfilled Day of Atonement will never be done again in the millennial reign, nor come to mind:
Jer 3:16 And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.

but indeed, the fast days will be feast days, and look how they shall celebrate them:

Zechariah 8:18 This word of Adonai-Tzva’ot came to me: 19 “Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘The fast days of the fourth, fifth, seventh and tenth months are to become times of joy, gladness and cheer for the house of Y’hudah. Therefore, love truth and peace.’
Zechariah 8

Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)

8 A message came from Adonai-Tzva’ot: 2 “Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘I am extremely jealous on Tziyon’s behalf, and I am jealous for her with great fury.’ 3 Adonai says, ‘I am returning to Tziyon, and I will live in Yerushalayim. Then Yerushalayim will be called Truth City, Adonai-Tzva’ot’s Mountain, the Mountain of the Holy One. 4 Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘Old men and old women will once again sit in the open places of Yerushalayim, each one with his cane in his hand, because of their great age. 5 The city’s open places will also be full of boys and girls playing there.’ 6 Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘This may seem amazing to the survivors in those days, but must it also seem amazing to me?’ says Adonai-Tzva’ot. 7 Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘I will save my people from lands east and west; 8 I will bring them back, and they will live in Yerushalayim. They will be my people; and I will be their God, with faithfulness and justice.’
9 “Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘Take courage, you who are hearing only now, in these days, these words spoken by the prophets when the foundation was being laid for rebuilding the temple, the house of Adonai-Tzva’ot. 10 For prior to that time, there were wages neither for people nor for animals; moreover, it was unsafe for anyone to go out or come in, because of the enemy; for I set all people each against the other. 11 But from now on, I will not treat the remnant of this people as I did before,’ says Adonai-Tzva’ot. 12 ‘Now they will sow in peace, the vine will give its fruit, the ground will produce its yield, the sky will give its dew, and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things. 13 House of Y’hudah and house of Isra’el, just as you were formerly a curse among the nations, so now I will save you; and you will be a blessing. Don’t be afraid, but take courage!’
14 “For Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘Just as I resolved to do you harm when your forefathers provoked me,’ Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘and I did not relent; 15 so now, I resolve to do good to Yerushalayim and to the house of Y’hudah. Don’t be afraid! 16 These are the things you are to do: speak the truth to each other; in your courts, administer justice that is true and conducive to peace; 17 don’t plot harm against each other; and don’t love perjury; for all these are things I hate,’ says Adonai.”
18 This word of Adonai-Tzva’ot came to me: 19 “Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘The fast days of the fourth, fifth, seventh and tenth months are to become times of joy, gladness and cheer for the house of Y’hudah. Therefore, love truth and peace.’
20 “Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘In the future, peoples and inhabitants of many cities will come; 21 the inhabitants of one city will travel to another and say, “We must go to ask Adonai’s favor and consult Adonai-Tzva’ot. I’ll go too.” 22 Yes, many peoples and powerful nations will come to consult Adonai-Tzva’ot in Yerushalayim and to ask Adonai’s favor.’ 23 Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘When that time comes, ten men will take hold — speaking all the languages of the nations — will grab hold of the cloak of a Jew and say, “We want to go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.”’”

The Old Testament prophecies are not fulfilled ...that's a given .. Especially the messianic prophecies ... Jesus will fulfill them righteously

But the New Testament reveals a false messiah first who will seek to fulfill messianic prophecies and many will fall away when he comes

Keep the faith ..and be a christian ... Follow Christ ..walk as he walk on earth .. And love one another ... Forgive .. Judge not .. Condemn not during the days of the false messiah who may claim to be Christ returned...do not fall away from the faith

And believe the good news that Jesus fulfilled the law of Moses for you

The Law is not abolished. That is not in the Word of God, but the enmity of the Law is abolished.
And Gentiles were never under the Law, and were never "near".

But for those who have been born again into the New Man Living Spirit, the Law is written on their hearts of flesh, and Jew and Gentile are fulfilled in that the Law is their "New Nature", adn the enmity of the Law is gone, because they are now in Christ.

Paul, the male circumcised and circumcising Jew of the tribe of Benjamin who was born again and who circumcised Timothy so as to take him on a mission trip with him to tell the Gentile Believers they did not have to come under Moses even circumcised Timothy, a half Jew,while the letter to the Gentiles was in His pocket to give the Gentile Churches from the Apostles council in Jerusalem.
Paul, the Jew, never, ever, forsook Moses -and He proved it.
He also told Jews not to forsake Moses when they came into Christ, and told Gentiles not to come into Moses when they came into Christ.

Pretty wrong "The enmity" is what works in us that makes us rebel against God's law. Obviously you have never read Romans 7:14-20 to understand how "the enmity" works in us.

So once again you're not aligned with scripture. "The enmity" is defeated when we received the Holy Spirit through Christ finished work on the cross. We learn to walk in the Spirit and not fullfill the lust of our flesh, This is how Christ puts to death "the enmity". How does He do that? He died for our sins...therefore our transgressions are not counted against us. Yet we know we don't have license to sin either.
You are in the same state of those of Israel who have veiled eyes when they read Moses, but your veil is there when you read the New Testament, for what you say is not what it says, about the Jews/Seed of Jacob.
Pretty fruitless argument! Without Abraham, there's no Isaac, no Jacob and Esau...no 12 sons of Jacob...on down the line to no Christ.

You really need to stop and think. What you have as Paul tells us is a SEED that would come from Abraham. He takes the time to note "IT WAS NOT SEEDS, but to HIS SEED, THAT IS CHRIST. That would be Galatians 3:15-18! So the point is this...through Abraham comes Christ...but along the way the Jews broke the covenant! One day you may Read Deuteronomy 31:14-18 and understand what God prophesied to Moses.
Once again wrong. I'll let scripture trump you again. Galatians 4
3 So also we, while we were children, were held in bondage under the elemental things of the world.
4 But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,
5 so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

You do understand what it is to be reedemed? You cannot be redeemed if Christ didn't pay your debt...and Christ cannot pay your debt if He breaks the Law because the Law defines sin. If Christ sins you CANNOT be redeemed. HE FULFILLED THE LAW FOR YOU!

Now follow closely...Jesus said "IT IS FINISHED"...that goes back to what Daniel said He would do in the 70 weeks which is MAKE AND END OF SIN!

You need to heed the fact that Jesus fulfilled the Law...abolishing the law PERIOD! Just as Paul says Jesus abolished "the enmity" (now watch how the next sentence defines enmity)...WHICH IS THE LAW OF COMMANDMENTS contained in ordinances!!!

But that fulfilled Day of Atonement will never be done again in the millennial reign, nor come to mind:

but indeed, the fast days will be feast days, and look how they shall celebrate them:

Zechariah 8:18 This word of Adonai-Tzva’ot came to me: 19 “Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘The fast days of the fourth, fifth, seventh and tenth months are to become times of joy, gladness and cheer for the house of Y’hudah. Therefore, love truth and peace.’
Pretty weak stuff when you don't understand how that is done...THE FEASTS ARE KEPT IN CHRIST. Watch how Jesus does it:

*He tabernacled among us in John 1:14 >>> Feast of Tabernacles

*John the Baptist said "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world" >>> Feast of Passover

*Christ was without sin >>> Feast of Unleavened Bread

*Christ is the firstfruits of the the resurrection >>> Feast of Firstfruits

*Christ entered the Holy Place ONCE AND FOR ALL through HIS OWN BLOOD >>> Day of Atonement

*Christ sent the Holy Spirit to gather His elect both Jews and Gentiles (which is why the bread waved was with leaven) >>> Feast of Pentecost.

One day you may really be free yeshuasavedme...and come to a full understanding the Law is abolished.

I'll let you read it one more time..Ephesians 2:15
15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace,

It says it very clearly...when will you believe it?

...and your last line is precisely why he was accused of forsaking Moses and why he said he was not putting a yoke on them that his own ancestors could not bear.
Paul did not have a thing to do with not putting the yoke upon the born again in Christ Gentiles -Acts 15!.
The Holy Ghost Himself did not put the Gentiles under Moses....for why on earth would He? The Law is the rehearsal of God's one plan of salvation for all men by the blood of the Atonement, which is the goal of the Law's message for all men -for whosoever will. Only the nation of Israel -who have the Name of the New Man to wear as a sign of the promised adoption which was to come- is under the Sinai Oath to keep the Law; not as the means to the entry into Heaven's Holies but as the sign of the One Way to go in.

Zion means waymark, and Zion below is entrusted with the signs for how God planned for our entry into heaven, where Adam got cast down from [Paradise is in the third heaven], by the Blood of the Kinsman Redeemer.

The Millennial division of the land of Israel to the twelve tribes of Jacob, and their promised land borders:
Ezekiel 47:

Borders of the Land

13 Thus says the Lord God: “These are the borders by which you shall divide the land as an inheritance among the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions.

14 You shall inherit it equally with one another; for I raised My hand in an oath to give it to your fathers, and this land shall fall to you as your inheritance.
15 “This shall be the border of the land on the north: from the Great Sea, by the road to Hethlon, as one goes to Zedad,

16 Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim (which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath), to Hazar Hatticon (which is on the border of Hauran).
17 Thus the boundary shall be from the Sea to Hazar Enan, the border of Damascus; and as for the north, northward, it is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
18 “On the east side you shall mark out the border from between Hauran and Damascus, and between Gilead and the land of Israel, along the Jordan, and along the eastern side of the sea. This is the east side.
19 “The south side, toward the South, shall be from Tamar to the waters of Meribah by Kadesh, along the brook to the Great Sea. This is the south side, toward the South.
20 “The west side shall be the Great Sea, from the southern boundary until one comes to a point opposite Hamath. This is the west side.
21 “Thus you shall divide this land among yourselves according to the tribes of Israel.

22 It shall be that you will divide it by lot as an inheritance for yourselves, and for the strangers who dwell among you and who bear children among you. They shall be to you as native-born among the children of Israel; they shall have an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.

23 And it shall be that in whatever tribe the stranger dwells, there you shall give him his inheritance,” says the Lord God.

This too is incorrect and really very easy to see in the way the land is divided.

Everything is in perfect thousands and hundreds which speaks to fullness or completness for eternity in the new heaven and earth.

Here's a look at the tribal divisions on a map:
LOI11sec_001.jpg

This is not what it will actually be if one studies the language carefully. Ezekiel 48 is again shown in greater light in Revelation 21. The perfect divisions should be seen just as the 144,000 are to be seen...as the full complement of all of God's redeemed!

That is the symbolism of this...and as you read Revelation 21, it screams out Ezekiel 48 with more light. Why is the more light? Because in Ezekiel 48 Christ had not come yet...therefore there was a temple in the vision, however in Revelation 21 there is no temple Because the LORD God and The Lord Jesus are the temple.

This is the error of trying to see literally what God speaks in symbolic terms.

Isaiah 27:
12 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.
13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem.

Amazing that is has come to light that the ten tribes are right there where God's Word says they were taken.
They also worship the gods of the nations they are in, in many instances [not all], just like the Word of God says. God also says He will bring them back and sprinkle clean water on them.

The Mystery of the Ten Lost Tribes

Pathans As the Descendants
of the Lost Tribes of Israel

One subject of the Lost Tribes which has generally been ignored which I found to be personally fascinating are the tribe of the Pathans.
The people of Pathans now number 15 million people living mainly in Pakistan and Afghanistan as well as in Persia and India. They have a tradition of being of the Lost Tribes and have Israeli customs.
The Pathans have custom of circumcision on the 8th day. This is a known Jewish custom, and is the oldest Jewish tradition. I myself witnessed and was present at a very joyous circumcision ceremony on the 8th day after birth. Muslims have custom of circumcision but it is not on the 8th day, and usually at the age of 12.
The Pathans have a sort of small Tallit called Kafan. This is a 4 cornered garment which they tie strings similar to the fringes (Jews call them Tzitzit) and is one of the oldest Jewish traditions going back to the Torah and it is a sign of their Israeli origin. They also have bigger Tallit which they call Joy-Namaz. It is a garment 2-3 meters sq., and it is made to cover the head and part of the shoulders, and is used for prayer by spreading on the ground in the Muslim fashion. It has no fringes.
The Pathans have custom of the Sabbath. The Sabbath is considered a day of rest and they do not labor, cook or bake. The Pathans prepare 12 Hallot (traditional Jewish bread, Leviticus 24:5) in honor of the Sabbath as was done in the ancient temple. One of the significant indicators proving the Israeli origins of the Pathans is the lighting of the candle to honor the Sabbath. After lighting, the candle is covered usually by a large basket. The candle is lit by a woman past her menopause.

Pathans Live in Customs of Israelites
Pathans have custom of Kosher, dietary laws same as Jews. Pathans do not eat horse or camel meat, which is most common in their area but of course forbidden to Jews. There is some evidence to their not eating meat and milk together which is also an ancient Israeli tradition. And they have a tradition regarding differentiating between pure and impure birds which means permitted and not permitted birds similar to the Torah.
Some still wear a small box which Jews call Tefillin (phylactery) containing a verse of the Bible. This box resemble Japanese Tokin of Yamabushi's forehead, too. This is an ancient custom of Israel. In the Jewish box there is the verse of Shema Israel, that is, "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!" (Deuteronomy 6:4) This custom of Tefillin came from a verse of the Scriptures, "You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes" (Deuteronomy 6:8).
It is interesting to note that the Pathans retain family names of the Lost Tribes such as Asher, Gad, Naphtali, Reuben and Manasseh and Ephraim. Among them there are people who are called by these names, which are of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel. There are also people who are called Israel, Samuel, and so on, which are never found among the Muslims. There are also many areas as locations, neighborhoods and villages with names of places that are similar to names in the land of Israel.
The region has archeological finds testifying to a Hebrew past, and they also resemble Jews of the area and their language Pashtu surprisingly has many Hebrew words. The Pathans are also called Afghans, or sons of the Pashtu which is their language, were mostly called "Bani-Israel" meaning children of Israel even though they live today as devout Muslims.
The external appearance of the Pathans resemble the Jews of the area. Together with their ancient customs and other data there is a definite connection that can be made to the Tribes of Israel.
The Pathans number 6 to 7 million in Afghanistan and 7 to 8 million in Pakistan. They live in the border area between these two countries and about 2 million live as nomads. These Pathans desire for their independence, which is supported by Afghanistan and is a cause of constant tension in Pakistan which does not desire their independence.

Pathans' Law Resembles the Torah
Afghanistan is one of the least developed countries of Asia and the majority of the population is illiterate. They work primarily in farming and sheep-raising and other domesticated animals.
Most people still live in villages and some even live as nomads. It is a country that is ruled by Islamic religious law and more than 90 % of the population are Sunni Muslims. But whatever modernization has taken place, it has not reached the mountainous border areas. Here the Pathans continue their centuries old tribal life.
The legal system which is known as Pashtunwali, the law of the Pashtu, is very similar to the Torah, which is the holiest Jewish book and the book of ancient Jewish way of life. There are pages and even complete books among the pathans and they honor greatly what is called Tavrad El Sharif (the Torah of Moses), and they rise at the mention of the name of Moses even though it is not important in Islam.
The Pathans are very healthy, tall, and have strong light-skinned appearance. They are warriors and carry arms from a young age, they are hardworking, wise, truthful and extremely loyal and they also have a worldwide reputation for exemplary hospitality.
The ethnic origin of these Pathans has puzzled people for some time because they are different both externally and in the character traits from the other groups around them such as the Turks, the Mongolians, the Persians, or the Indo-Iranians. It is also difficult to trace their past history in a region in which tens of nations and major tribes of various origins have come and gone.
The personal identification of the Pathan Tribes with their Israelite origin is expressed in various ways. Besides the oral tradition related by the elders of the tribe, there are also interesting testimonies of keeping of scrolls of genealogy among the tribes, reaching back to the Fathers of the Jewish nation.
These scrolls are well preserved and some are written in gold on the skins of a doe. No less interesting and significant are the names of the tribes which bear close resemblance to the Tribes of Israel. The Rabbani Tribe is really Reuben, the Shinware Tribe is Shimon, the Lewani Tribe is Levi, The Daftani Tribe is Naphtali, and the Jaji Tribe is Gad, and the Ashuri Tribe is Asher, The Yusefsai Tribe is sons of Joseph, and the Afridi Tribe is really Ephraim. These are the names of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel.
The Pathans themselves point out the differences between the original names of the tribes and their present names are because of the different dialects of the languages so that, for instance, Jaji was actually called Gaji for the tribe of Gad.
There are some Jews of Afghanistan today who count the Tribe of Israel among the Pathans. The physical similarity between the Pathans and other Jews is exemplified by the British ruled Afghanistan for a great length of time and called the Pathans Jews. When not wearing their traditional clothing Pathans are indistinguishable from other Jews of the area. Among the 21 nations of Afghanistan only the Pathans and the Jews have Semitic features, their faces are longer and lighter, and some even have blue eyes. Like the Jews of the area, Pathans grow beards and sidelocks which further serve to make them indistinguishable from Jews.

Israeli Features of the Pathans
...
There are those who have said that there are Amulets written in Hebrew. Some contain the phrase "Shema Israel" and it is secretly written by the head of the tribe and it is forbidden to open it.
And the symbol of Shield of David (Star of David) is found in almost every Pathan house. The wealthy make it out of expensive metals and the poor out of simple wood. It can be seen in towers, in schools and also in tools, bracelets, and jewelry. I saw it at least 20 times in a variety of places. In Minerajan, the center of Afghanistan, there are even schools that have the Shield of David on the door or in the stone above the door.

They are coming back -soon!
Playlist of the quest for the lost tribes -who were never lost after all, but were right where God said they were driven, and traced from the Bible statements of where they were taken, and through historical records, and there they are today, and many have come back and are coming back and will come back to the promised land.

No, no, no! They are not Israel!
That's for sure! God NEVER loses anything that is His. However, one must also realize how Israel includes Gentiles in the cross...or they'll never get the message.

The scripture goes into great detail to say we are one in Christ...yet there are those insistent on there being "two in Christ".

What's worse...they want the Jews back in the land to go through a peace treaty with a guy that's going to kill them in droves...according to their eschatology...which is foreign to the scriptures,

No, no, no! They are not Israel!
Yes Yes Yes! They are Israelites, and of several tribes.
Please watch this excellent documentary and get informed of the facts before you answer without knowing what the history is. You have to watch it to know the documented facts.

I bought the DVD after watching it on youtube. When it was made, Mennasse had not been brought back to Israel from the India China border, but now they have, as well as the tribe of Dan from Ethiopia.

I think, if I remember correctly, that every single tribe is now acccounted for in this documentary. They take you to the areas and you meet the locals and you see the evidence of the history of them in that area.
There are 15 million Pashtans who are sons of Israel. They are fierce fighters of whom many are the Taliban. A king of Afghan was a Pashtan and knew he was descended from Israel -Go learn the facts.

Remember what God says about them worshipping false gods in the nations they would be scattered in, and the fact that He will bring them back and sprinkle clean water on them.
