5 years in and people are STILL whining? If you really don't like Obama THAT much, I don't know, maybe find a candidate you do like and pour some of your Obama bemoaning energy into supporting that person's campaign?

I guess sitting around telling each other how terrible Obama is takes less effort, huh?

I can't believe you people call yourselves Christians.

Oh heavens! There are Christians who don't share your opinions on everything. Call the press!

Only if they have been made blind. Nothing wrong with abortion? where are you people coming from?

I can't believe you people call yourselves Christians.

From the same place as you, who thinks that merely declaring something to be wrong is a reasonable thing to do in an adult conversation?

Oh heavens! There are Christians who don't share your opinions on everything. Call the press!

So many miss the point...
This is ordained of God.
All the ruined economy, destruction of our military, homosexual marriagges, taking our rights away to serve God as we please, Priests not allowed to serve God from their pulpits in the military etc. etc.

This generation shall not pass until all be fulfilled.
The beginning of sorrows.

Obama is POTUS, because the American people elected him to be POTUS.
And the Church has waited for 2000 years for Christ to return, each generation being absolutely sure that IT would be alive when He came.

They weren't.

Now, I'm of course NOT saying that Christ isn't coming back. Nor am I saying that it definitely WON'T be in our lifetime. It might. But it also might not, and people 2000 years from now could be having this very conversation also.

God commanded us not to kill. Have you seen an abortion? Have you seen an infant's arms sucked off and then his legs and his head separated from his body while his body is sucked up and then his head is crushed and sucked out of the woman's womb. And we call Islamists barbaric! There is a video by the creator of NARAL who finally realized the heinous crime he was committing against the unborn and became pro-life. It shows the baby (20 wks) sucking his thumb and then trying desperately to get away before the attack begins.

This is not a simple matter of a disagreement of opinion. It is a Commandment of God.

Easy for you to say, you're Australian. You're not facing a future under tyranny. Not saying he'll be the tyrant but he's sure setting the table if he's not.

Funny, I always thought the GOP intended to throw the race, so they added Palin to the ticket.

At any rate, I agree with all of the above reasons. As an elected official of our great nation, President Obama deserves our respect and prayer--not our best efforts to tear him down. If this isn't the hardest job in the world, I can't imagine what is. I sincerely hope his children never watch television, read newspapers, or go online.

And I'm sure you felt that way during the Bush administration, too.

Hi ludicrous and RDGSr,

I hope you will give careful consideration to what stella has written.

President Obama is a man. He has taken on the responsibility of running this nation and I, like stella, can't possibly imagine what drives a man to do such a thankless, hard job that robs a father of his family for most of the time that he is in that position. But men do.

You guys vilify and demonize the person who stands as the President of your nation out of complete and utter ignorance. You make arguments that liken the man to Hitler and Stalin and Mussolini and the like. You make disparaging remarks as regards his character and his intentions. Did you ever stop and ask yourself what Jesus' command to those who would follow after him meant when he said that we are to treat others as we ourselves would like to be treated?

This fiery anger and hatred towards a man, just a man, who I, and many others believe is doing the best that he thinks to do in fulfilling the capacity of his job, is not becoming of anyone who then turns and pounds on their chest and says, "Why, I'm a child of the living God!" No, no you aren't. You are people spreading false lies, rumor and hateful speech about another. There is nowhere in the Scriptures that we find a description of people like you in the kingdom of God.

Go ahead. Fill your head and your heart with anger over nothing. NOTHING! Go ahead! Villify the man and disparage his work, but I'm willing to wager that there won't be any crowns waiting for you in heaven for that work.

President Obama is a man. He has a lovely wife and two sweet children and they don't deserve to have to listen to ignorant men and women vilify and disparage their husband and father for doing the job that he was elected to do. I'm going to encourage you to get down on your knees and ask God if He sees you as doing His work in what you are doing.

It's not Obamacare, it's the Affordable Care Act and just like every large piece of legislation that has ever passed in this country there are people on both sides of the fence, but that's why we have a legislature. It's their job to weigh and measure and decide on what we will do as a nation. I say let's live by the government standard that we set ourselves to live by. President Obama was voted in by a fair and free election and so too, was the Affordable Care Act voted on and given passage by a majority vote of those whose job it is to vote on such things.

Now, sit down and shut-up. If you want to change some law or some aspect of a law there is a right and proper way to do that and it is not to go stomping around like a kid who didn't get his fair share of the candy bar. You introduce a bill and have that bill weighed and discussed and voted on. That's how it's done and to protect the future integrity of our system that's the way our elected officials should handle this issue. I'm warning everyone right now, this idea that the losers can then go and throw tantrums to get their way is a very, very bad precedent. Pretty soon all of our lawmakers will be throwing tantrums to get their way. Especially if it works.

God bless you.
In Christ, Ted

Oh, Ted, Come On! I couldn't even finish this post. It sounds like propaganda, no offense. Please take the blinders off. Oh, well, people will find out soon just what he's up to.

Let me ask you this. Do you really think it was wise to vote for a man who killed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act while he was in the Illinois Senate? Do you really believe that those who did will not have to answer for that since "Thou shalt not kill" is a Commandment of God?

Can you really say that you believe that he was fairly elected by the people? There were counties, whole counties which had not one vote for Romney. How is that possible? It's not. He was chosen many years ago to be president and fulfill the agenda of the banking cartel because he is a true believer in socialism/communism, the plan of government of the NWO. He didn't need your vote or any Christian's vote. It was a decided election way before it happened. They play little games to convince the people, like a sudden stock market crash supposedly due to a housing crash. Who do you think starts the sell-off? The federal reserve bank does it. That is how it started in 1929. Who owns the federal reserve bank? The banking cartel, the Rothschilds, the JP Morgan-Chase, the Goldman-Sachs and others. They give the orders to the president, since 1913. So the crash was orchestrated by the feds in order for people to vote for Obama instead of McCain, since they'd seen an up tick of popularity for McCain when he chose Sarah Palin as a running mate. They just decided to slow things down but there was never any chance of McCain winning in '08. There was never a chance of Romney winning on 2012. It was just theatre to convince the masses that McCain lost due to the stock market crash, right.

Now people talk about the Republican Party is dead or it's being destroyed by the Tea Party. It's all just nonsense to sway people. There is no difference between the two parties. What is going on now is just THEATRE. It's all been planned and it may lead to the destruction of this country, who knows? The global elites know and there is nothing we can do about anything, except become educated and prepare ourselves.

I cannot stand Barack Obama (though I do pray for his salvation) because he is a socialist/communist and his administration is full of communists. He is a true believer in the bankers' agenda. But beyond that, I cannot stand him because he is rabidly in favor of killing the unborn, in utero or outside of the body, which is classified as infanticide.

He is proving to be a bumbler and a ditherer so SOME people are waking up to their mistake in voting for him. Hence, another visit from the representatives of the bankers this week. Did you see Jamie Dimon, the CEO of Chase and the representative of Goldman-Sachs and others at the WH, giving orders for the next steps he is to take? That is usually kept secret but once again, due to the shutdown, more THEATRE was performed.

You are already under a world government. You have lost your privacy and your freedom and your Constitution. You just don't know it yet.

And one more thing: As a Christian, which is more important, standing up for a man, just a man, who you believe is being unjustly accused, or standing up for the Word of God and the moral values which all Christians should hold dear?

Are you sure that the American people elected him to be POTUS?

Yes, and twice even. In 2008 (with 69,498,516 votes and 365 electoral votes against McCain's 59,948,323 votes and 173 electoral votes), as well as in 2012 (with 65,915,796 votes and 332 electoral votes against Romneys 60,933,500 votes and 206 electoral votes)

You don't have to be a fan of Obama. I'm not; I was hoping for a different result in 2008 as well as 2012.
But that doesn't change the fact that a majority of the American voters wanted something else.

I can't believe you people call yourselves Christians.

Newsflash: Having a different opinion on politics than you, does not make someone not Christian.
The funny thing is, that based on your rhetoric and style, I can pretty accurately predict that you're the type who claims that everything Christian began with their own little personal cult, or storefront mom-and-pop-church, who claims that the KJV is the ONLY word of God, and blabbers on about the freemasons and illuminati and NWO, and coming concentration camps, etc.....

And those types are impossible to take seriously.

The funniest thing is just above this post: Obama is apparently BOTH a socialist/communist AND the bankers' man......at the same time. Hey, he's probably also a libertarian nazi fascist social democrat, right??

:D :D

Louise, many on Christian websites are "buffet Christians". They pick and choose what they want to believe.

You mean like you do? You seem to make Christianity into nothing more than a means for your own agenda of being a klaxxon, screaming about NWO, and commmunist socialist bankers' puppets, to make yourself appear interesting.

There are no free elections in this country. The president has already been decided long before the little "activity" we call elections. Whole counties had not one vote for Romney in 2012. That is impossible. Our elections are no longer free.

Newsflash: abortion is not political. It is moral. Christians shouldn't be in favor of it.

How do you know so much about me? Perhaps you've simply read my posts. And hopefully you can see that I search for truth, not what the news media calls truth. Throwing stones at me for being different reminds me of the behavior of the Pharisees.
