Confused and Spiritually Aching

I have been dealing with fears of having committed an unpardonable sin and falling away from God, and coping with my guilt. I would like to ask for prayer that I may understand what I must about God's forgiveness; that I may receive conviction and repentance for my sins; and that I may be restored to grace in whatever manner possible.
