I hate the 4th of July. Its my least favorite holiday. But because of all the rain, there will probably be no fireworks and when I heard that, I got excited. FINALLY get to skip the annual obnoxious-booms-keeping-me-awake-all-night event.

You would hate me as your neighbor then. :ahah: In fact, I already have a neighbor that hates us. He's called the cops on us about three or four times because of either fireworks or target practice with our guns. But then again, he's very old and crotchety, sooo...

I'm young and crotchety :D

Seriously though, some of us have jobs that require us to get up at 5:45am to go to work and we need our sleep! Obnoxious fireworks and loud parties are what send me into buy-red-ants-and-shove-them-down-shirts rage.

Seems to have been a lot of women, at least the ones that are getting caught.

But who's going to be more willing to sleep with a teacher, a teenage boy or girl?

Think the answer's pretty obvious when you think about it.
Its just strange. Im 28 and I would feel weird hitting on a 21 year old woman. Yet, these teachers see a 16 year old boy and cant control themselves. Bunch of sickos.

Lol!

Oh no, see we're not the type who does that. Fireworks are pricey, so we only buy so much. We always shoot them off as soon as it's dark and wrap up the show before 9 pm. So I fully agree with you about people who shoot off fireworks into the wee hours of night. That definitely is annoying.

Make some good food and enjoy it with family. There, you've got plans :)

:preach: By golly. You have a point there, mister.

Oh hey...I forgot...there will be a 'Twilight Zone' marathon on Syfy tomorrow. :cheer:

I saw something really sweet today.

I was at walmart and a lady there lost her check for a couple of hundred bucks. They couldnt find it at the store and the lady was clerly upset enough that she started crying. By that time her husband (who was shopping in different department) found her and she explained the whole thing to him (still crying).

He didnt even say anything and just hugged her and held her and she sort of just melted in his arms. Just him being there and taking charge in such a caring way was pretty awesome to witness.

In a way he was dominant, manly man and still sensitive to how his wife was feeling.

Awww. That is precious. It's very rare to see that these days. Thanks for sharing.:)
