Cowardice would mean he never would have stepped up to help his neighbors keep their community safe
He could have also been a trigger happy racist looking for an excuse to kill. But that's up to the jury to decide.

His defense fell apart early this morning when it was told that the person who burglarized the homes in the area was caught before this incident AND Zimmerman knew it. So that whole bit of him on the phone talking about how he was worried about the recent string of break ins is bull crap. he wasn't defending his neighborhood. He was an overzealous punk who started a fight with a young man (to make himself look good with the police, I am sure) and when the young man fought back, he pulled out the gun and shot him.

Umm...those were not Zimmerman's opening staements. Had the thread stated 'defense lawyer West's opening statement for Zimmerman trial' it would have been truthful. The fact that you included the expletives in the title says all.Knock Knock.

When will you figure out that he quoted the exact title of the article he linked?Umm...those were not Zimmerman's opening staements. Had the thread stated 'defense lawyer West's opening statement for Zimmerman trial' it would have been truthful. The fact that you included the expletives in the title says all.

I guess that settles since it isn't possible for two people to break into homes in the same neighborhood
He specifically mentioned the recent string of break ins that happened in the previous week as his motivation for initiating contact. He knew the guy that did that was caught already. It was also mentioned that nearly all of the calls that Zimmerman made to the police were on blacks, showing his racist mindset. FURTHER, it was shown that both cops AND the NW told him to never initiate contact with a suspect and to let the cops do the job. He started initiated hostile contact and when he began to lose the fight to the kid, he shot him.

Isn't it amazing the leaps of logic to conclude that George Zimmerman was willing to suffer through slamming of his head on concrete, several lacerations and a broken nose in order to go hunting with his 'pea shooter' as suggested?

I don't recall Zimmerman saying he initiated contact. Can you update us on that?
And we already agreed that it isn't possible for two different people to burglarize homes in the same community
Or it could reflect that there were more black persons appearing to be suspicious

Maybe if you disregard every stitch of evidence already known and obviously demonstrated. Your surmization would make more sense if there were no known facts. However, everything points to exactly the way the 'surviving witness' has stated.

Yes, it does, however you may stick your fingers in your ears and close your eyes all you wish.
I have more than enough facts from the beginning of this case just like the initial law enforcement did. The whole trial is a sham. had Zimmerman not had his 'pea shooter' on him, it is very likely this would have just been another unsolved murder.
The title is bogus due to the wording. Had it stated "Zimmerman trial" I would not have commented.
