Prayer request

Hi everyone

Could you please pray for my cousin Christine. She has just been diagnosed with Stage 1 endometrial cancer and will have to have a hysterectomy. Its a huge shock as she hasn't had children and it was the one thing she really wanted.

Christine's late husband died of cancer so she has been through a really tough time. She is a Christian, and I know your prayers would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Thank you so much to everyone for your prayers. I saw Christine a couple of days ago and she is so appreciative of your prayers too. She is such an amazing girl, where she feels so positive and says this is the best things that's happened! Sounds crazy I know.

Christine says she's felt tormented for years thinking about whether she will ever have children. Now the door has been closed and she has to have a hysterectomy it closed that chapter in her life so she can focus on getting on with her life and being involved in other things. Also its been a shock to realise how her unhealthy weight has been a huge risk factor in her health problems and she feels more motivated now to become healthy and look after herself.

Christine's operation has been scheduled for this coming Monday 17th June. Its the day of her wedding anniversary to her late husband - this has made her feel at peace too. Praise God! Thanks again for your prayers

Thanks again for all your prayers for Christine. The operation went really well on Monday and she just got the results of the biopsy today. They told her she wont have to have chemo or radiotherapy because they managed to remove all the cancer. Christine is really happy so I praise and thank our heavenly father for his hand on her life.
