I heard about a bible that was translated into english before the King James Version...Can someone tell me about it, and where I can find one?

The Tyndale Bible was translated in 1526, the Great Bible was translated in 1539, and the Bishops' Bible was translated in 1568.
These are the only major ones that I know of
As for where you can find a copy of either of these I doubt you will have much luck. For many of them are no longer available. The only ones I know of are collectors items and are $2000 +
Here is a link to a site where you can look at pictures of these older bible versions.
Thank You so much Jesiahah! You too Pax! That was very helpful... But I thought I would just be able to go to Mardel's and pick one up... but I dont think that will happen, huh, LoL

Perhaps the first *full* translation, but there were a number of partial translations (usually gospels and psalms) going back to the 800's (these would have been in Old English and they were mostly made from the Latin Vulgate).
There were at least 9 or 10 English translations of the Bible when the KJV came out.
