Whatever. Ranch dressing was made for french fries. (No, it wasn't made for salads, that was a trick to get people to eat salad).

I stand on this side with you. Ranch doesn't go on salads.....just fries.

It's the best image I could find that expressed that sentiment.

I recently met a couple of guys from Christian Forums. We spent the weekend together and had a great time. - but they don't post in the Married Couples section (although they are married).

Can't say I like that. Two great tastes that don't necessarily taste great together.

But...

Tonight for supper I made my own house dressing to put on my salad. I mentioned casually that when I was a teenager I first heard of mixing ketchup and mayo together to make a Thousand Island-type dressing.... and was going to say more, but my husband almost gagged. "Don't gross me out while I'm eating, please." ^_^

It's the ketchup. He hates it.

I make a Thousand Island-type, but along with pickle relish, I usually mix barbecue sauce, not ketchup, in with the mayo. We were out, so I used ketchup instead, and added a bit of steak sauce. It didn't taste half bad, but I do prefer it with barbecue sauce.

If I'm at McDonalds and have a flurry - I will dip my fries in it too!! :D

Oh I love fries dipped in a Wendy's chocolate frosty. Yummy!!
I do the Frosty thing sometimes!
I think someone here suggested that years ago and I tried it out.

But I definitely enjoy fries by themselves now. I used to ONLY eat them drowned in ketchup. If a place I am eating makes fries, I order them. I love fries!! I was at a greek cafe this weekend...ordered fries.

And mustard. But not on fries. Ever.
Mustard on a hot dog with relish and maybe some hot peppers...so good.
Also a hamburger (hamburger...not cheezburger!) with mustard can be really good once in a while. I get those at Sonic sometimes.

I have met one CF member, but not from Married. I have invited two people that I can think of to CF. One person I know in person and another is an old online friend. Neither posted all that regularly. And I have a score of people from CF on FB now. Makes life interesting! That's for sure.

.....or it could have been a demon.....set on stealing away the goodness of both fries and frosties...
What if the inventor of the frosty/fry combo is actually the antichrist? And by liking it we are accept the mark of the beast? Would you stop eating it? lol. :p
