Hey...
Here are some more weight loss tips...
1. stop taking sugar in all form
2. stop eating rice, you can eat but only if they are washed 3-4 time during cooking , wash out all its sugar or starch.
In the US, that is a bad idea as white rice by law has to have vitamins added to give it some nutritional value. Plus, white rice is almost entirely starch - if you wash it out you'll have nothing left.

A better idea is to forgo white rice altogether and only eat brown - and that in moderation.

3.stop taking fats or oils in all form, but you can cook food in olive oil.
A certain amount is necessary for health, particularly for the skin and nervous system.
4.skip dinner most of the time in a week, but take fruits or brown bread with tomatos and cucumber.
 Are you saying to have tomato cucumber sandwiches for dinner or to eat them at other times of the day?

Sleep is the most important factor for Weight Loss. The obesity rate in 1960′s America was about 12%, a time when people slept an average of 8.5 hours a night. Today, in 2011, obesity is around 30% and people sleep from 6.5 to 7 hours. This is not coincidence. When you sleep six hours or less before starting your day, your tired body craves sugary or high carbohydrate foods to replace the energy it lacks. You can also lose your weight by pills like Generic Xenical and Generic Acomplia.

According to my nutrition professor, since the 1970's people are eating about 500 more calories per day now compared to then. This is probably another factor in our obesity explosion.

Sugar is a very necessary nutrient. 50% of your daily diet should be sugar according to the dietary guidelines. People's brains rely on sugar to think. Muscles need sugar to flex. If you wish to exercise you will want to eat some sugar.

There is a very big difference between sugars. Complex sugars from whole grains or non-processed foods are thought to be healthier as they seem to be less likely to raise your insulin as much as processed sugars.

Greater elevations in your insulin is associated with metabolic syndrome and adult onset diabetes.

Many weight loss pills help you lose water weight. This is temporary and may be helpful for your upcoming reunion. Most do not help you lose fat.

If you want to lose fat then you really need to eat less and exercise.

If you burn about 100 Kcal per mile, and 3500 Kcal's = 1 pound (average for most people), then, you need to run about 35 miles to lose one pound. It would therefore appear that eating less is critical if you are trying to lose weight.

Exercise is necessary, but you really cannot rely on exercise alone.

U can also try two quick tips so that you can start losing weight right away.
First – Drink lots of water. Try to drink 6 -8 cups of water everyday or more if you are a bigger person.
Second – Do a physical activity everyday for an hour. It can be as simple as going for a walk, jogging, or playing a sport.
Third – Eat fruits, vegetables and protein everyday. Avoid foods with a lot of calories.

My weight loss tips:
1. Do at least 150 mins/week of cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, etc).
2. Shorter, higher intensity workouts are better at burning fat than longer, less intense workouts.
3. Use myfitnesspal app for your smartphone or device or something similar to keep a food diary. You can calculate how many calories is recommended daily for you to lose weight and you can log the foods that you take in and it will calculate how many calories you have consumed each day. You can also log your exercises that you do to subtract out the calories you burn.
4. Eat small, but frequent meals (around 6 meals per day). This boosts your metabolism and keeps you from overeating.
5. Try to avoid "white" foods- white potatoes, white bread, white pasta, white rice, white sugar, etc.
6. Think of losing weight as a "lifestyle change" and not a "diet" that you have to follow for only a short period of time.

Good luck!

For strictly weight loss, my tips would be...

Count calories, find how many calories your body needs to lose weight for each day, eat at a deficiency. Remove Soda's out of your every day diet routine, remove fried foods out. For weight loss only, you don't have to stop eating things you love, as long as it's in moderation and you fit it into your day. If it is a stumbling block, then remove it out of your diet.

When I say don't diet, I mean don't get into these fad diets "Low carbs" Your body needs carbs, the right kind of carbs. Eating nothing but greens, that won't last long. Your body needs protein. Put the right things in your body, make sure your body is getting enough water to stay hydrated, 8 - 10 glasses of water a day can help you lose 10 lbs a year and that is just water.

Exercise is important but it's only like 4% of being fit most of your weight loss and fitness is created in the kitchen. Working out just gives you more calories, if you eat calories back, I personally don't but that is only because my body doesn't adjust well to that, it tends to gain. BUT I know others who do eat their calories back and lose just fine.

Don't skip meals, in fact 6 small meals a day is a must, eat all your meals before 8 pm, or well this is what I do and it helps. Breakfast being my biggest meal of the day, a snack between breakfast and lunch, lunch, snack between lunch and dinner, dinner, and a snack after dinner. I find I eat more now then I use to. Might not consume as many calories but that is because I measure everything.

I believe the biggest factor in obesity is lack of physical activity, compared to 30-40 years ago.

We live in a world of convenience and a world were people sit on the computer for hours and are completely sedentary for long lengths of time. This changes our physiology, makes us crave sugar more, changes the way we metabolize food (especially fat) and a variety of other issues.

Exercise is the lynch pin to cause the physiological change in your body that positively impacts how we metabolize food, creates energy, keeps blood sugar at more moderate levels and improves mood.

If anyone has ever been to europe (Italy, France, etc.), very few people are obese. The culture in these places is to walk to destinations, much more so than in America.

Though our bodies which were in fact designed to eat whole grains and fruits/berries. Trouble is that the agriculturalists have been modifying these crops to produce more.Of course diet and exercise system have the key,its changing the day-to-day things which you do is almost just as important.
