Not sure what you are really trying to say

I will tell you that none of Daniel's visionary prophecy is sealed for the understanding, but for the events which will take place at the time of the end

The "sealing" means that the time appointed and related events are reserved will not take place until then

All of Daniel's visions were explained to him and one today can understand all of them

It is the Lord Himself who speaks to Daniel in chapter 10 about the restraining [see: Revelation 1:10-16]

If you can be more specific with your question I will respond

Still don't understsnd what you are getting at

All of the Lord's word is true including the scriptures of his Bible prophets

Chapter 10 is positioned during the Persian Empire and the Lord is revealing that there are fallen angels who take up rule over human kingdoms

The prince of Persia is noted ..... then another prince will come who will rule over the next .... Grecia

The Lord is demonstrating the restraint that He and Michael must exercise over these satanic principalities

Chapter 11 is a repeating of the same time frame giving more details and covers the transition from the Persian to the Greek

This passage then continues with the two divisions of the second, Alexander's Asian empire divided at his early death and two of these were rivals, on north and one south of Israel [Syrio/Babylonia, and Egypt]

The last ruler of Syrio/Babylonia was Antiochus IV [Daniel 11:21-35]

The vision in chapter 11 then jumps immediately to the time of the end of this present age presenting the little horn and king of the north [Daniel 11:36-45; 12:7]

This one is the "antichrist" .... Satan's first beast of Revelation

12 “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise[a] will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”
5 Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank. 6 One of them said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long will it be before these astonishing things are fulfilled?”
7 The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time
I dont know if it means anything but from michael to daniel the watcher seems to be 3.5 times where each time is 180 years.
And that was around the time of the captivity

Is Daniel 12:6-7 referring to the same man - and river that Daniel 10 referred to?

How much time do you think passed from the end of chapter 10 to the start of chapter 11, where the holy being returns to finish giving the information as to the things seen in chapter 10?

There appears to me to be continuous speaking in the two chapters. Why do you see a passing of time between them with a return of the holy being?

Daniel 10:20-21 Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come. But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.

11:1-2 Also I in the first year of Darius the Mede, even I, stood to confirm and to strengthen him. And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.

Do you think that the holy being/Gabriel is reading from the scripture of truth /book with the very opening part of 11:1? Daniel is hearing the book being read as to how back in the days of Darius, Gabriel was to come and strengthen Daniel?

It almost seems as if Daniel is looking also at this book?

Was it a literal book or, as I believe it to be, just his vision being explained? Where it is written...
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

I believe the book and words refers to what Daniel would write concerning his time both historically as well as his prophecy/visions...the words we read today. Those words are closed to understanding until the time of the end...however, I believe we have reached that point and the Holy Spirit is giving us revelation as to the meaning.

There was no time later that the certain man clothed with linen, etc, showed Daniel that which was written in the Scripture of Truth in heaven. Enoch is the one who read those tablets written in heaven and who is there, ruling with and over the Watcher angels since his translation to glory; and he is the certain one clothed in linen who is a man/ish, who looks like an Adam and who is adopted into Christ's Living Spirit, but according to the Law of the Firstborn Son of the second husband of the barren widow, is raised in the name of the deceased father, so that the inheritance is not lost.

The Barren Widow is that Mount Zion of the Spirit, above which is also Jerusalem/Mount Eden/The City of God in the heavenly realm, personified as the Woman from Genesis 3 to Revelation 21. When Adam died, who was to bring forth the living seed/sons of God [Malachi 3:15], then the "Woman" -Zion above- became a spiritual widow and a barren woman.

But there is Enoch, a son of Adam, already adopted into Christ's Living Spirit before the flood, and ruling in Eden above, over the Watchers.

His testimony in the Book of Enoch is that he went to dwell with the Watchers and to rule over them there, in the City of God in Eden, as the first raptured son of God adopted out of the Adam seed into the Living Spirit of Christ.

Daniel 10:
5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:
6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.

  1. Ezekiel 9:2 And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar.
  2. Ezekiel 9:3 And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side;
  3. Ezekiel 9:11 And, behold, the man clothed with linen, which had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I have done as thou hast commanded me.
  4. Ezekiel 10:2 And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.
  5. Ezekiel 10:6 And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.
  6. Ezekiel 10:7 And one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that was between the cherubims, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen: who took it, and went out.

  1. Daniel 10:5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:
  2. Daniel 12:6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
  3. Daniel 12:7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
Revelation 15:6
And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

17 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great harlot that sitteth upon many waters:

Revelation 19:14

7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

As to what holy being came to Daniel and showed him what is written in the scripture of truth? I have had two ideas on that - either Gabriel, because he strengthened Daniel in the first year of Darius, or the angel from the time of when Daniel had been put in the den of lions in the days of Darius.

We know that it was the being that fit with the first verse of Daniel 11.
The holy being seems to be reading a part about himself.
A part as to how he was to come to Daniel and did.

Next, Daniel seems to get to see the book and finds out how the Persians will rise and then the Greeks and gets to Daniel 11:13 where two armies come in.

a multitude
after certain years / Was a section of the book skipped over?
an army

v14
"And in those times...thy people..."

/As in the days that that army comes on the scene
Israel is a people.

Daniel 10:14 refers to thy people in the latter days prophecy that the holy being had come to reveal to Daniel.
In Dan 8:15
Gabriel [the Geber], stands before Daniel, and "the voice of an Adam person calls out to Gabriel to make Daniel understand the vision".

The man in linen is that Adam person who is glorified and who was taken to Eden above and who rules the Watchers from Eden.

Enoch is born again in spirit since his translation, but raised in the name of Adam, according to the law of "firstborn son of a barren widow".
Adam is the deceased [dead in spirit since the fall] "Ish" of the barren "Ishyah" [the Woman who is spiritual Mount Zion, the City of God, above and who is typed as an "Ishyah" from Genesis 3 to Revelation 21
as the Bride/Ishyah of the "Ish" [Second Man and who is Christ come in flesh and whose name is not Adam, but is "Israel" -Isaiah 49].

Enoch is regenerated into the Living Spirit/Christ before the flood, so that the inheritance/Paradise and earth below, is not lost.

BTW: in the Word of God, the firstborn son of the second husband of the barren widow inherits a double portion over the sons born after to the second husband. This is to type Christ come in flesh as second "Ish" who marries the barren "Ishyah" and raises up seed in his own name, giving the firstborn son the name of the deceased first husband. This is all spiritual -and the natural only types the spiritual sense of marriage of the "Ishyah" to the "Ish"

שמע8:16... shama` אדם 'adam קול qowl גבריאל Gabriy'el הלז hallaz בין biyn מראה mar'eh

So Enoch is that man clothed in linen, which types the righteousness of the saints of God -and girded with the golden girdle, which types the heavenly priesthood over earth of the sons of God of the human being kind.
