The Lord be with you!

My name is DaughterofJehovah, and I guess I'm re-exploring my Christian roots. I grew up Catholic, but most of my life I've explored different religions and paths.

At some point in my life, I actually just wanted to dedicate my life to Christ's teachings, and now I'm currently looking for a church group. I know that Jesus didn't really necessitate that I be part of anything, but I do like fellowshipping!

I am currently studying Anglicanism, and although I do feel like the Anglican Church is best for me, I want to learn about other Christian beliefs too!

God bless!

Hi DaughterofJehovah, welcome to CF. Interesting title, as I used to be a JW, but that was many moons ago. Anyhow, I know you'll find this forum fulfilling with fellowship. Have fun.

I think I'd make a good JW, but I would just miss Easter Sunday at church way too much, lol. Still, the Sacred Names Movement is an interesting one, and while I do believe in the Names of God, I do not think it is necessary to salvation.

God bless!

Hello!
It sounds to be a good intention what you wrote: re-exploring your Christian roots. When I did it, it was a big help to me to examine how the Bible writes about Church and to expect to find it. Although time has changed much but God, love, and truth did not change.

Thanks hun!

And I totally agree!
