I get quite a lot of dreams. I believe that some are God speaking, but I'm not yet spiritually mature enough to discern what is from God, what is a product of my imagination/stuff I've read in the news, or other influences. I'm going to post a couple here and see what you make of them.
1.) (this was 15th January) I'm in a castle setting. My friend is keeping watch in one of the high towers in the castle. There is an enemy inside the castle walls and we are spying on him with some kind of levitating camera. Suddenly my friend spots something from the tower, and in an instant I can see from his perspective, high up. Down below me is woodland, and on the horizon an army of footsoldiers, stretching a long way into the distance, marching towards us. This large army is sudden and unexpected, but a small number of our soldiers are already standing prepared. The army meets them and they start fighting in the front lines. The dream ends.
2.) I'm on an island, part of a chain of islands which seems to be a sort of conglomeration of the UK, USA and I think France. I was living in the british part. In the South part of the island was a city, which had in the past developed nuclear fission bombs. The threat now was coming from fusion, hundreds of times more powerful and deadly than fission. My friends from church and I were trying to get away from this town, further north, by car. The problem was, all the roads North seemed to be blocked by police tape, and the only open roads led Southwards again. In another part of the dream I saw from a satellite view that there was a part of one of the islands that was 'paradise', and a couple of my friends had gone there before me. In my dream I sort of flew there, and landed in a wooded area with my other friend. Here we were safe from the threat.
