While at a National or State Park I witnessed many cars driving over a cliff and saw the youth dying down below when their cars would crash. There was a multitude of young people and oh so saddening. My husband was with me and my husband viewing this event. The media was there and no one was stopping this horrific event.

The Lord took us away down a path and gave my husband a metal sculpture which was a piece of art. I knew that this was a piece of artwork that was made by my husband under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Then the Lord handed me a piece of paper which I knew was a symbol of the Christian book I have been working on (currently at a stand still). He told me to write just one page. The paper had handwriting in ink on it. I knew it was mine.

The impression I had was that this generation needs divine inspiration.

You and your husbands ministry will save many many people from destruction if you guys endure and stay with His plan for your lives.

Was the dream super vivid? I love those. The lord game me a dream about a year ago. A LONG one. I woke up at 3 am and wrote it all down. Took me an hour, lol. I want another, but I haven't stepped into this one yet so I think he is waiting like the graceful patient God he is. I need to get moving!

I remember vividly the young black man that went over the cliff in his car. The car fell on him and crushed him from the waist down. He was wearing an orange shirt and had a medium afro.
hi sweet sis Kimmiemae! - this caught my eye - the dream was about the death of something evil - it's a spirit of confusion - be happy about this as the Lord has, or is, bringing that thing to death. luv you girl.

Let's pray for the youth of today. We have grown up in a world where Jesus is looked down on or is disregarded this is because the spiritual forces are at work to not bring anyone to the truth of the Gospel. If it is in our power to help, we should. I get reminded of the parable of the lost sheep. They do not need to be stopped, they need to be helped - the devil is blinding the minds of unbelievers not to accept the truth and make the truth of the Gospel sound not true or silly or simply legend and we must fight against this - not against flesh and blood but the evil forces of darkness. Let's not shut out our youths but bring them to know Christ.

Ironically the park systems were set up to preserve our national heritage, chief of which is our youth themselves. The setting also seems to connote an officialness to what's going on - law and government is influencing education, entertainment, etc to lead us astray. When you outlaw posting "Thou shalt not kill" on the school wall, but set up condom dispensers in the halls and decree than inappropriate contentography must be allowed in libraries, you are asking for heartbreak.

Your dream seems to be an encouragement that although the nation seems to be lost, there is still a lot of good we can do on the individual level. I believe the church in the West is going to develop its missional/relational/incarnational aspect like it hasn't in a long time.

I am impressed to believe that we can as believers GIVE GIFTS to these young men and women of God. They need to know their GOD GIVEN PURPOSE in life and be HOPE FILLED and JOY FILLED. They need an IMPARTATION of our gifts. They need our mantles...there is an endless supply from GOD our Father. I pray that they would have knowledge so they would not PERISH. Pass it on Saints.

Doesn't the bible say that well . . . it's wrong to judge?

I wanted to answer a question in this forum. I prefer not being the first to answer it in the thread.

If you seek the truth the truth will set you free.

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV)

Everyone is at different stages in life and in their relationship with Christ.

You are correct about judging others, with a little bit of misinformation. It's a worldly cliche that is used both in and outside the church out of context.

If we are Christians (yes we sin also) we need to be able to judge righteously to approach our brothers and sisters about a fault they may have. And these are not petty faults these are sins that separate us from God.

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person. (1 Corinthians 5:11-13 KJV)

I hope this helps you, in your walk.

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:6-9 KJV)

1 John is a good place to test ourselves wether we have eternal security.

All the best in your future.

Thank you for the information, toolmanjantzi. I had never expected such a lengthly post to my simple question! I'm rather . . . . new in brutal honesty to all of this and the information and quotes are welcomed with joy!

All the best to you, too! Again, thank you.

I had two teenage friends die in a car accident, on the way to a party. Where they are spending eternity is not for me to say.

But "brutal honesty" is what I wish I had been back then, when I was not living right. I knew the truth of the Gospel and yet I never was brutally honest with them. Their blood is on my hands as the scripture tells me. So I hope you understand to not tell you the truth and ignore the question, is a greater sin then most people will ever know.

Now it's the work of the Holy Spirit to lead you to the right choices.

I didn't read the other posts, yet.

My first thought was about the pigs that served as bodies for the demons that ran off the cliff.
I have been told that cars symbolize ministries.
God is breaking the relationship between the youth and the ministries that will not take this generation into the New. You and your husband will be given new strategies, vision, direction.. to lead this generation in His new ways.
His plans will be made known to you.

National or state park...perhaps that indicates your sphere of authority
Death is sad, even if its God's will. I don't feel concerned about the death in this dream. Pruning is hard but good in the end. Death to self is a hard process, but necessary before resurrection. Something has to end before something new can start.
It's especially hard when God brings something to an end that we think is fruitful. Imagine how the Israelites felt when they saw Jesus on the cross. They expected Him to accomplish political things; some missed it totally and some got it later.

Reading the title, I got a sick feeling on how many dreams are literal, and we don't realize until the next day or two. If so, Lord intervene.
This is horribly sad either way.

While at a National or State Park

An open outdoorsy spot meant to be "owned by the people" -- not really, but belonging to the country or state which is governed by the people. It is run in a very organized fashion by the state. (Which charges too much for parking.)

A large open park gives people the feeling of freedom, return to nature, wholesome activity and fresh air... connecting with wildlife. They go there to get away from the chaos of work and other responsibilities.

I think you will see significance eventually -- that it is probably not really a park.

I witnessed many cars driving over a cliff

In addition to ministries, cars can be any mode of control. We use vehicles to get us places, and we maneuver them independently. Compare to a bus or train, which has one driver and many passengers... and an established route. A car can go anywhere the driver takes it, within the reasonable limits of the streets. (Or not.)

These drivers were chosing to lose control, lose their vehicles, and lose their lives.

and saw the youth dying down below when their cars would crash.
In a dream, dying is not necessarily inevitable. But in yours, it was. They chose to take the destructive risk, and lost it all.

There was a multitude of young people and oh so saddening. My husband was with me and my husband viewing this event. The media was there and no one was stopping this horrific event.

The Lord took us away down a path and gave my husband a metal sculpture which was a piece of art.
Hand-crafted for beauty and permanence. Considered a piece of value that would sit and be admired. Metal is more pliable than some other substances, but still very solid, durable, stable and long-lasting.

I knew that this was a piece of artwork that was made by my husband under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

That's good to know! It helps out the dream a lot.

Then the Lord handed me a piece of paper which I knew was a symbol of the Christian book I have been working on (currently at a stand still). He told me to write just one page. The paper had handwriting in ink on it. I knew it was mine.

I have known many writers, many called by God to put their thoughts and memories on paper. Most dream of reaching a stage of success where they are broadly respected, financially compensated, where the world recognizes their career as writer... authentication. Not necessarily fame, but at least landing.

But the reality of what I've seen has been shorter -- or at least happening in segments. God asks for one page because He wants that one page written, to address a need. There might be more later, but the goal is not the career, the personal defining, the series of books, the long-term vision. The goal is obedience in saying what needed to be said for the people who needed to hear it.

It's hard for us to let go and recognize our gift is so much from God, that He might use black market sales to get the message out... or ask us to donate it to mission schools... or hand it out to church friends who went through a lot. We put limits on what we want a book to be.

Allow God to be the giver of gifts.

It struck me as strange that the sculpture was made by your husband, but handed to him completed. There have been many times God gave me ideas, and I felt guilty that I didn't get a patent or spend the time developing them properly... but finally I realized that I really need the other people that I connect with, as I can't do it all myself in a short lifetime.

The impression I had was that this generation needs divine inspiration.

Another sigh of relief that you knew what your dream was about!

Thanks to all that have listened to the Holy Spirit. And for those that didn't...may God help you to learn to "wait upon the Lord" before giving a false interpretation. There is forgiveness...even for those that know not what they do.

Many times I have leaned on my own understanding (flesh-carnality) rather than listen to THE SPIRIT. Truly God does not delight in our "opinions" because we do not instruct God.

End time principle is that we would HONOR Christ IN one another. Desire to know others after the Spirit and judge not (with condemnation- or by your own guilty conscience) by the external or flesh. This wisdom came from the LORD GOD thru many trials, tribulations, and fiery ordeals.

Are all dream interpretations only to scratch your ears. I would sooner receive the chastening of The Lord, then 1000 praises honouring my conscience.

For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. (2 Corinthians 11:2 KJV)

For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. (Hebrews 12:6-8 KJV)

Not all interpretations are roses:

And we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream. And there was there with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret. And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged. (Genesis 41:11-13 KJV)

I haven't read this thread, just your dream. I think that the Lord is pointing to the call for a "specific prayer" for them and was telling you/us that the young ones need "creative outlets" and that this is the way He can reach through to them.

I say this because both works/hobbies that He pointed out in the dream were "creative" endeavors. When we are creating, we are so close to God. That creative flow comes directly from Him, and to and through "all" people...believers and unbelievers alike. This is how He can reach the hearts of these sad and hopeless feeling young people.

Thank you Lord for showing us something specific we can pray for and do with them if we are given the chance. Flow through them Lord in this way. Touch their hearts and minds...and speak of your love to them. Amen.
