My roommates dog would bet let out at 5:30am and come up by my window and start barking giving me almost a heart attack, but now it doesn't even bark when someone rings the doorbell which is no good.
We have three of them near here. One is just outside the subdivision.you needed a vanilla ice cream cone to dip in it... and speaking of that I saw the other day in a neighboring city they put up a new Dairy Queen grill or something like that...
I think the only other one we have is in a food court at the largest mall around here
we had one within a mile of our house till the 80s and it closed there was a few other in the city but they all closed and since Braums set up shop Dairy Queen hasn't even tried to make a comeback here.

I don't think so, they are not on Indian lands. I don't know of too many Indian businesses here other than smoke shops and gambling places but I think there may be other businesses out there that are in the city here.
Now that I wouldn't know as I am not sure if the stores are franchise or corporate or what. People from India are a lot less common than the Native Indians who perhaps the Majority of are hard to distinguish from anyone else.
