12 Tribes in Revelation 7 form a prayer?

In the 12 tribes listed in Revelation 7, Dan and and half tribe of Joseph, Ephraim are absent, [but they are shown in the division of the Tribes in Ezekiel 48.]
I saw a site somewhere awhile back that showed the order of these tribes could possibly form a "Prayer," and by the way it looks, that could be possible.

[Interesting to note that Levi is shown 8th in order in Revelation and I am working on that now].

Any thoughts on this? Thanks

That is AWESOME!!!! Gotta meditate on this. The entire Bible, and God's progression is like a beautiful tapestry from beginning to end, and it fits with a prayer that God wove together with His own Hand, as only He can do. He beckons us to delve further and further into Him, His Word, His entire letter to us, from beginning to end.

5. Naphtali= "My wrestling"

Good grief! This is INTRIGUING. Wonder what this means with the "wrestling"?

This is the order of births of Jacob/Israel's 12 sons, thru 4 different women
This too probably can be formed into a prayer and the order is different than in Reve 7 [tho Benjamin is listed last in both].

[And as we all know, Dan and Ephraim are missing in Revelation 7, but I do not want to get into a discussion about that here!]

Reuben - means "Seeing". Mother: Leah. He lost the firstborn birthright by sleeping with his father's wife.
Simeon - means "Hearing" 2nd born of Leah. He was left as hostage in Egypt when the brothers went back to Canaan with orders to return with Benjamin.
Levi - means "Joined". 3rd born of Leah. This was the priestly line--only Levites were permitted to be priests and even then they weren't allowed any physical blemishes.
Levi had a son Kohath who had a son Amram, the father of Moses, so these may be the "four generations" spoken of in Gen15:16.
Judah - means "Praise" 4th born of Leah. His was the line that proceeded to the House of David and to Jesus. He acknowledged Tamar (means "Palm") was more righteous than himself. Gen38:26.
His 5 sons may be a contrast to the 5 daughters of Zelophehad. Click for more..More.
Joseph - means "The Lord will add a son". 1st born of Rachel. This Godly man is a figure (type) of Christ, and his coat of many colors was a precept of how Jesus had his vesture dipped in blood as saviour to all colors and races of men. This Joseph was not in the father-son trail to Jesus.
Benjamin - means "Son of the right hand" 2nd born of Rachel.
Responsible for dismembering a body into twelve pieces, Judges 19:29. Now the church is described as a body with many members in 1Cor12:13, and we see Jesus is the REAL son of the right hand.

Yeah, i was thinking of Jacob when i read this:

Yet, not quite tying it into Ephesians, because Jacob was wrestling God, not the enemy. Interesting study and meditation.

This is how someone put it together:

I will praise the Lord for he has looked on me and granted good fortune.
I am happy because my wrestling, God is making me to forget.
God hears me and is joined to me. He has purchased me a dwelling
and will add to me, the Son of His right hand.

sounds like it's speaking of Jesus, Who is at His Right Hand.

Know what, it's almost like it's a history lesson, in a prayer form, from beginning to end, so to speak. For instance, the "wrestling" part is pivotal, because when Jacob wrestled with God, a change of eternal proportions was spun into place, as he was re-named Israel. One can almost visualize a prayer tapestry highlighting these mile stones as God's promises come to fruition and unfold.
