I pray this guy is right!

I pray he is right, but my heart sinks when I think about how many people out there have their hopes set on the pre-tribulation rapture. If it doesn't happen, you are going to have many Christians whose faith will be destroyed because they are not prepared to have to endure the tribulation. They are going to feel hurt, confused and betrayed and could be in danger of falling away. Someone put it to me like this..pray for pre-trib, prepare for post-trib. I think that is the wisest course for the people of God. Jesus said he who endures to the end will be saved.

When the Lord returns, it will be the "perfect time". Hear the words of the Lord;

Revelation 22:19-21

"And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll. He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. "Come, Lord Jesus". The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen."

Whenever we think about the end times, we should say in our hearts, "Come Lord Jesus". You will have the right amount of grace and guidance when He returns, as the scriptures says. Be at peace.

1 Thessalonians 3:12-13

"May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones."

Let love be your measuring rod and your equipment. Allow your hearts to be "tender" towards all. This love of His through us is the greatest evangelical tool that can be witnessed. Unbelievers are drawn to this love, not to the fear of the end times.

If we have to stay here and help others during the tribulation, we will be equiped properly. God "never" sends us out unprepared. He is with each one of His children, whom He has sealed with His holy seal. Love, trust, and peace is the evidence that your hearts are right with Him, and this will give you safe passage. His hand is upon you.

What you need to remember is that just because perdition starts, doesn't mean the rapture is completely over
That's a sense I often get -- that God is calling some people toward Him and toward rapture thinking because He sees destruction coming, and wants them to feel safe within that risk. But the signs of Jesus' return are very clearly stated and easily mapped out within the context of what we see before us.

It's a hard thing to grasp, being suddenly taken away in a supernatural event.

We all will die within the next few decades -- it's just a matter of when each one goes. We pray that people will endure less suffering, over inevitable collapse of the human body.

We pray that God's love prevails in all situations, and is not driven off by our fear and panick, or overcompensating for our own protection, or pride and self-reliance, or intimidation and demeaning, or bruising and weariness. Perfect love casts out all fear.

And meanwhile we can bask in the kind rumbling voice of Murchison.
