Where are the Obama apologists? These are the first cuts of the first 48 hours.

Can you imagine what is ahead in the week? Next month?

And, this assumes we avoid the fiscal cliff.

--The plan Boeing announced yesterday “would have happened even if sequestration didn’t exist as an issue,”

--"It would be a misinterpretation to say we’re going to slash benefits,”

Nice one Jeff, you are the banner child for 40 more years. You keep misrepresenting, we'll keep winning.

Also, 6 threads on the boeing cuts is enough, don't you think?

To quote the show of Rob Dyrdek, just more Jeffwhosever "Ridiculousness"

From your first link,

""Murray authorized the pink slips at American Coal, a subsidiary company, just hours after the re-election of President Obama. In a news release, Murray Energy blamed the Obama Administration's "War on Coal", stating the layoffs were more severe in anticipation that the coal industry will get worse in the next four years.

Other coal companies have a positive outlook on the industry. Just two weeks ago, Peabody Energy in St. Louis released its third quarter earnings report. The company expects record global coal imports, increasing coal generation, and improving U.S. coal consumption from higher natural gas prices.

..... During December 2005 and January 2006, more than 400 miners were let go."

....I guess it was Obama's fault back in 2006.

If you manage a company and others are succeding and you're failing, sounds like bad mangament.

The economy was a primary concern for me. I personally agreed with Obama more than I did with Romney but when it came to the economy I had to go with Romney. My biggest fear was another 4 years of Obama would mean more layoffs and no real economic progress.

This isn't a thread on Boeing cuts. Yes, none of these RIFs are related to sequestration. It's obamanomics.

Can't defend Obama, so you attack me.

Accepting your apology isn't attacking you Jeff. I also don't care that much for Obama. It's ridiculous over the top plain out lying misrepresentation of data that I am attacking.

You know that every single prediction you made prior to the election was 100% wrong, yes? That a monkey with a coin would have been more accurate.

If you insist on following the same path, do not be shocked by 40 more years.

"Australia's central bank trimmed its growth forecasts on the back of cooling investment in the nation's mining sector as big resources companies shelve expansion plans and shed staff amid falling prices for industrial commodities and a softer global growth outlook."

"Australia depends on Chinese demand for its vast natural resources to power economic growth: iron ore and coal alone count for well over a third of the country's exports. The RBA believes growth in China, the world's second-largest economy, has stabilized. Still, it expects prices for industrial commodities to continue to fall as high levels of resource investment boost global supply. "

What the heck does that have to do with your silly country? We sell dirt to China. China wants less, our economy suffers. You don't even read what you post, and you wonder why Obama won.

It isn't the fact that Obama is a Democrat. It's the fact that Obama is a combination of anti-business, anti-American, and anti-truth.

In time I believe Obama will be known as a great president who led the country out of disaster AND championed for the rights of the poor and middle class as well. Not to mention an honest family man and a model Christian

A man that invents characters for his autobiography and by his own standards should not have been re-elected is honest?

How's that promise to close Gitmo working out?

His autobiography was no more inventive than any other famous person. And yeah he gives an honest effort to keep his promises, so I'm not going to judge him on one thing. Flip flopping, tax hiding, 47% flipping off Romney, on the other hand I can see forgetting every promise he made.
