The thief has thought to change TIMES. They have put “eternal life” AFTER we die. The “eternal life” is NOT when we “die and go to heaven

The thief though has come only to steal, kill and destroy. MANY have perished because of the falsehoods that are taught by religious –sounding men.

Many have been led down the broad way to their perishing from off the face of the earth because of the falsehoods of their “shepherds” who say “come let us eat and drink” in their covetous ways and thoughts for “tomorrow we die”.

Idolatry is covetousness and many have fallen victim to the flattering lips of deception…Babylon.

Just like the children of Israel did in the desert, they “eat and drink” in their covetous gatherings and rise up to “play”…that is, to mock. But God is NOT mocked….for we reap what we sow. If we sow after the flesh…envying, coveting, striving ,etc, we reap decay….we PERISH.

1 Corinthians 10:6-7 KJV
(6) Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
(7) Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

If we live in envying, strife, and divisions, we are carnal and walk as men. Men perish.

1 Corinthians 3:1-3 KJV
(1) And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
(2) I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
(3) For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

Not content in waiting for the Lord, men decided to form their own doctrines and teachings of men. They have formed denominations and build great buildings and ministries for themselves.

Exodus 32
(1) And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

They have broken off the “golden earrings” from their ears….that is, they have stopped listening to sound doctrine in order to surround themselves with teachers who teach what they want to hear.

(2) And Aaron said unto them, Break off the golden earrings, which are in the ears of your wives, of your sons, and of your daughters, and bring them unto me.
(3) And all the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron.

As an earring of gold is a wise reprove upon an obedient ear.

Proverbs 25:12 KJV
(12) As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.

Many have broken off their “gold earrings” in order to live according to religious-sounding men’s lusts.

They want to hear peace and prosperity preached….they want to hear pleasant things. They want to see megachurches and great ministries and growing numbers….for they suppose gain is godliness. It has been “out of season” for a long time for many have turned their ears from the Truth (have love for one another) and have turned unto fables…myths that men have imagined in their own fleshly minds.

2 Timothy 4:2-4 KJV
(2) Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
(3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
(4) And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The “molten calf” is the flattering lips of religious-sounding men. It is the “calves of their lips”.

They teach for doctrines commandments of men (the graving tool). They worship Him in vain. Their lips honor God but their hearts are far from Him and after their own covetousness. The “gold calf” is the lying lips that speak smooth things.

Exodus 32
(4) And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

The leaders say it is a feast to Jehovah….as they honor Him with their lips. But their hearts are after their own covetousness.

(5) And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the LORD.

And many participate in the feasting of the covetous. Covetousness is idolatry.

(6) And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.

They have “corrupted” themselves. The Hebrew word for “corrupted”….shachath…means “to DECAY”. They rose up to “play”…that is, to mock. But God is not mocked….if one lives after the flesh as carnal babes in Christ, then we perish.

(7) And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves:

Many have laid aside the commandment of God (to HAVE LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER) in order to keep the teachings and commandments of men who speak with flattering lips (the gold calf). We are NOT redeemed by the commandments and teachings of men which we have received from the church fathers. The sins of the fathers have been passed down to the children…for many continue in their falsehoods .

(8) They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

God is not mocked . If we sow the flesh…envy, strife, covetousness, divisions, hatred of one another, etc….then we of the flesh do reap decay. Our flesh perishes just like the outside world. We pass away from here with our bodies broken down with sin (that many call “ageing”). We live and die just like the “sinners” of the world.

Galatians 6:7-8 KJV
(7) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
(8) For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

But as Moses interceded for the children of Israel, Jesus intercedes for us. We are called to return to our God. We have fallen by our iniquity.

Hosea 14:1-2 KJV
(1) O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.

We are to take with us words and turn to the Father. We are to render the “CALVES” of our lips.

(2) Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.

We are to take words and return to the Father and say:

Luke 15:17-19 KJV
(17) And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
(18) I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
(19) And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.

And the Father shall forgive our sins….taking away all of our iniquities…. “killing the fatted calf”.

Luke 15:22-24 KJV
(22) But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
(23) And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:

He shall give us “eternal life”….from the “death” that we have been abiding in.

(24) For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

As Joshua and Moses came back to the camp they hear the noise of the people. Joshua heard a noise of war in the camp….divisions , envying, strife….living as carnal children.

Exodus 32:17-18 KJV
(17) And when Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said unto Moses, There is a noise of war in the camp.

But Moses heard “singing”. The Hebrew word “anah” means “to depress, to abase self”.

(18) And he said, It is not the voice of them that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise of them that sing do I hear.

In other words, the people are gladly letting their leaders take advantage of them for they see themselves as “wise”. The “suffer” gladly if they are brought into bondage and are devoured . They let religious-sounding men take advantage of them.

2 Corinthians 11:18-20 KJV
(18) Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also.
(19) For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise.
(20) For ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take of you, if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face.

They have put “eternal life” AFTER we die. The “eternal life” is NOT when we “die and go to heaven

... certainly there is no point in mankind going out into THIS heavens , alive or dead, with spaceships or without

the reason is simple, this heavens is utterly destroyed in the wrath of God against all still sinners :-

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up
...
2 Peter 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

so perhaps it is worth reading the scripture in FULL to understand that indeed men do not HAVE to die [except as wages of sin], and to learn the meaning of the new [the second then] heavens and of the third heavens [paradise of immortality, endless spirit] :-

Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Isaiah 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

Isaiah 66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.

2 Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2 Corinthians 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth; such an one caught up to the third heaven
...4 How that he was caught up into paradise

Revelation 2:7 ... to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

it is as well to note that paradise of God, immortality involves change by translation to spirit , physical life ends always, but NOT always in death as Enoch's case shows [and that of some saints , and of course Jesus never died again after resurrection to the flesh , so too was translated to spirit]

1 Corinthians 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, [in death!] but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

... to summarise then, death is swallowed up for a man by pleasing God in life ... then one is translated to spirit to be with God who is spirit , in paradise of immortality of the tree of life, the THIRD heaven, not this heaven or the next... which has no third earth... NO PHYSICAL realm... so we must be CHANGED to spirit, translated...

now we know the spirit always returns to God who is spirit , and we are made in His image, spirit , not flesh... so our reality is spirit, not what we see... we are resurrected from death by means of our spirit which God holds until He is ready to teach it to Love in manifestation in a world...

The gospel…the good news…is also preached to the “dead”. It is preached to the unbelievers in the churches (the “dead”) so that they might be judged according to men in the flesh. Their judgment comes in this life….where the flesh is destroyed and removed from the earth. But those who have “fallen asleep” shall live again….for Jesus is the Lord of both the living and the dead.

The unbelievers ….the “dead” because they continue to perish… shall persecute the believers who will no longer participate with them in their “reveling”, their “banqueting”, their gatherings which are really done according to the lusts of men (covetousness). The “synagogue” (the assembly) of Satan will persecute those who will no longer “run” with them in their “excess of riot”. We “cease from sin” and so suffer in the flesh by those we will leave behind.

Those who will NOT receive the love of the Truth and be “saved”…preserved wholly in BODY, soul and spirit…shall perish. We are all “perishing” already from this earth even while we are “living” here if we live according to the lusts of religious-sounding men. All are “dead”. But through the belief in Christ Jesus we are “saved” wholly in body, soul, and spirit unto His coming. Having faith is doing what He says: have love for one another.

1 Peter 4:1-6 KJV
(1) Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
(2) That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
(3) For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

The evil speaking of unbelievers is what destroys them for by our words are we justified and by our words are we condemned. What comes out of the mouth is what defiles the man. The “man” shall not be kept wholly…body, soul and spirit….unto the coming of the Lord if we speak evil of the Truth and of those who will do it. But our Lord is patient not willing that any should perish but come to repentance.

(4) Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:
(5) Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.

Even though they are removed from this earth because of their unbelief, let us not forget that Jesus is the Lord of both the living and the “dead” for he died and rose again and he shall bring those again who have fallen “asleep”. They shall live according to God in the spirit.

(6) For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

The flesh of those who go after the covetousness of men is destroyed….but their spirit shall be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. They will suffer the judgment in the here and now.

1 Corinthians 5:4-5 KJV
(4) In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,
(5) To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Their delivering unto Satan is so that they learn …in the flesh….not to “blaspheme”….to vilify what they will hear and not believe in. They are judged as men in the flesh so that their spirit may be saved.

1 Timothy 1:18-20 KJV
(18) This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
(19) Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:
(20) Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

As “natural brute beasts” will they “perish” in their own corruption….as they will speak evil of the things that understand not. When one is delivered unto Satan, they are led astray by his “ministers” who are bogged down in their covetousness.

2 Peter 2:11-14 KJV
(11) Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
(12) But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

They will count it pleasure to riot (speak evil of the Truth) “In the day time”…. when the Word of Truth is being revealed to them. They can not cease from sin as they continue to deceive the unstable….those who will waver in their faith of what they hear and so are “shipwrecked”.

(13) And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;
(14) Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

How is it that they will NOT understand? Because the Word has no place within their hearts…for if it was, then they would LOVE those who speak the Truth.

John 8:37 KJV
(37) I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

John 8:42-47 KJV
(42) Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
(43) Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
(44) Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
(45) And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
(46) Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
(47) He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

But those who will hear and believe shall NOT perish with them. We will come out from among them and be separate and touch not the unclean thing….the covetous practices of religious men.

1 Corinthians 1:4-10 KJV
(4) I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;
(5) That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
(6) Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:

We are kept ALIVE AND REMAINING as we wait for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We shall have “eternal life”….life to the Age in the here and now.

(7) So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

He shall “confirm” us to the end of this age. He shall keep us STRONG with the gift of “eternal life” unto the end as we shall be made alive and remaining waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

(8) Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(9) God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
(10) Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

We are to remain alive in the here and now….being kept strong and not perishing….until the Day of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:3-6 KJV
(3) I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
(4) Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,
(5) For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;
(6) Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

The Word does not profit the unbeliever. The unbeliever will not rest from his religious “works of righteousness” so that he may enter into His rest.

Hebrews 4:1-2 KJV
(1) Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

The gospel is preached to the “dead” as well. But it does not profit them for they will not believe in it when it is heard.

(2) For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

The Word of God is living and powerful. It gives THE life to those who will hear and DO it.

But it also separates a person who will not believe from the living. It exposes what is in the hearts of men….for the secrets of the heart shall be spoken out of the mouth either FOR it or AGAINST it.

Hebrews 4:12 KJV
(12) For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

In the Day of Judgment, God will be a swift witness against those who will continue to deceive the simple with their covetous words. He will be a swift witness against those who will peddle the Word of God for unjust gain. He will be a swift witness against the “false swearers”…those who say the love Him but hate their brothers. He will be a swift witness against those who will lead astray others from the Word of Truth when they will hear it and fear Him not.

Malachi 3:5-7 KJV
(5) And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.

We have gone away from His ordinances and have not kept them. But those who will RETURN and DO them shall not be “consumed” as He changes not.

(6) For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

We shall be kept alive and remaining in the here and now if we return to Him.

(7) Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?

It is a “Word of reconciliation”….the good news…that will be preached to all of the churches. We are to be RECONCILED to God. We are to RETURN TO HIM AND HE WILL RETURN TO US…..and then we shall LIVE the Life of Christ as a new creation.

2 Corinthians 5:18-21 KJV
(18) And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
(19) To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
(20) Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
(21) For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Yet, the opposition shall say we are already “living”.....we are "saved".

2 Timothy 2:16-21 KJV
(16) But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
(17) And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;
(18) Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
(19) Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
(20) But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

We are to purge ourselves from religious man’s dead “works of righteousness” so that we may be a “vessel” …a body in the here and now… that is meet for the Master’s use and fully prepared unto every good work as we wait for the coming of the Lord.

(21) If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

We can not say that the “resurrection” is past already. We are DEAD in the religious works of man which are “dead works”.

Revelation 3:1-5 KJV
(1) And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
(2) Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

We are to hold fast to what we hear and repent….change the mind. We are to awake to His righteousness and cast off the works of darkness.

(3) Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
(4) Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

He that overcomes the dead works of the “dead” shall be clothed in His works of righteousness ….in “white raiment”….and shall “walk” with Him in the here and now having "eternal life" as we wait for His coming.

(5) He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

To be continued….

We shall walk with Him in the here and now until the coming of the Lord for we shall be clothed in white raiment…His works of righteousness.

Revelation 3:4-5 KJV
(4) Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
(5) He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Enoch also walked with God…..

Genesis 5:22-24 KJV
(22) And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
(23) And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
(24) And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

Enoch WALKED with God and was translated that he should not see death…..

Hebrews 11:5-6 KJV
(5) By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
(6) But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

We shall also WALK worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing….being faithful in every good work.

Colossians 1:10-14 KJV
(10) That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

He shall strengthen us with all might…..

(11) Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
(12) Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

We shall also not see “death”…for He shall deliver us from the power of darkness (the teachings of religious men wherein we perish from off the face of the earth) and will TRANSLATE us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

Not only do we enter into His kingdom now…but we shall also not see death until the coming of the Lord to all of this earth. He gives us “eternal life” when we are “translated” from one kingdom to His. We shall not perish.

(13) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Blessings !!!!,

from the earthly temporary darkness , to the Light and Life of His dear Son , the Body of Christ is risen
2 Cor 4

6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

14 Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.

15 For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

18While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

We have this treasure in “earthen vessel”….our mortal bodies. He gives us “eternal life” in the here and now so that the life that is IN us….the life of Jesus….Christ in us….shall be manifest in our MORTAL FLESH. This preservation…..”salvation”….is not or our own power but of the power of God.

2 Corinthians 4:6-11 KJV
(6) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
(7) But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
(8) We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;

Although we are to be persecuted for our faith in Him (the trial by fire, the baptism of fire), our earthen vessels shall NOT be destroyed. If we refrain our tongues from speaking evil…..bearing about in the body the dying of our Lord Jesus, then THE life also of Jesus shall be manifest in our body.

(9) Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
(10) Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

If we do NOT render evil for their evil….threatening for their threatening….railing for their railing, then the life also of Jesus will be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

(11) For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
(12) So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
(13) We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
(14) Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.
(15) For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

The “outward man”….the old man of envy, strife, wrath…..MUST perish as we bear about the dying of the Lord Jesus so that the life of the inward man appears in our mortal flesh.

(16) For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
(17) For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
(18) While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The OUTWARD man must perish by putting off the former behavior of the old man which decays according to his deceitful lusts…

Ephesians 4:21-24 KJV
(21) If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
(22) That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

The outward man must perish so that we might be renewed in the inner man…..renewed in the spirit of our minds….

(23) And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
(24) And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

What happens on the inside shall show forth toward the outside…the mortal body….the earthen vessel.

Matthew 23:25-26 KJV
(25) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
(26) Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

The life of Jesus within us shall manifest in our mortal flesh. We are to be His vessels of mercy prepared unto glory.

Romans 9:21-23 KJV
(21) Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
(22) What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
(23) And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

The world will see that LIFE of Jesus within us as it will be manifest to the outside.

Matthew 5:14-16 KJV
(14) Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
(15) Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
(16) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

We have this treasure in our earthen vessels. We are His purchased possession and the evidence of that purchase is “sealed” within us…..the life of Christ….and there is evidence which is “open”….we shall continue “many days” as the life of Jesus shall manifest in our mortal flesh for others to see.

Jeremiah 32:13-15 KJV
(13) And I charged Baruch before them, saying,
(14) Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days.
(15) For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land
We are to purify our souls in obeying the Truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brothers…….

. 1 Peter 1:22-25 KJV
(22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
(23) Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

All flesh is as “grass”….which means a “court” or “garden”. The grass withers away and the glory of man falls away but those who will DO the Word of God shall endure “for ever”…that is, last to the Age.

(24) For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
(25) But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

Luke 9:27 KJV
(27) But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.

John 21:22 KJV
(22) Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

John 6:50-51 KJV
(50) This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.
(51) I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

It is the Spirit that “quickeneth”…..that makes our mortal bodies alive. The words that Jesus speaks are spirit and they are LIFE.

John 6:63 KJV
(63) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

The living words is the doctrine of Christ : to have love for one another as he loved us and gave his life for us. We …our bodies….are “dead” already because of sin. God sent His Son into this world so that we might have THE life and to have it more abundantly. He came to show us the Way into THE life. He is the LIFE, the WAY, and the Truth.

Romans 8:10-14 KJV
(10) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

If the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also make our MORTAL BODIES alive….for it is DEAD without Him even while we are “living” here.

(11) But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
(12) Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
(13) For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
(14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Very FEW have found THE life…….

Matthew 7:14-15 KJV
(14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

….but those who do not find it (the many) are listening to the false prophets who appear righteous on the outside but inwardly they are ravening wolves. They steal THE life that one should have by leading many away from having love for one another and into denominations, envying, strife, coveting, etc. They are ravening their prey.

(15) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

We are made clean through the Word which He speaks to us. We are “baptized” in the “water” of the Word.

John 15:3-10 KJV
(3) Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

And we are instructed to ABIDE in Him and He in us . We are to have love for each other….which is the doctrine of Christ. His commandment to have love for one another is the “Lord’s supper” that we are to observe continually in remembrance for what He has done for us.

(4) Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
(5) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

If a man abides not in Him (by not having love for another), then he is cast forth as a branch and is “withered” and men gather them and cast into the fire and they are burned. If we do not have love for one another, then we are deceived by the ministers of Satan who destroy the flesh. They defile the flesh. We are cast into the “fire” by them and are consumed.

The false prophets will lead/deceive us down the broad road of destruction….toward our mortal bodies perishing from off the face of this earth. If we enter into the religious organizations of men, then we are entering into a machine of death….into the “grave”. If we follow their ways and thoughts, then we are lost….lost sheep…..destroyed sheep….decaying sheep.

(6) If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
(7) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
(8) Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
(9) As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

We shall ABIDE in His love if we keep His commandments.

(10) If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

We are to have love for one another.

We can not bless God and curse men with the same mouth as the many do in their divisions, envy and strife….. and expect to ABIDE in Him. The fruit of that is death. We can not eat of that “tree” and expect to live THE life.

Let us not listen to the voice of a strange “woman”….a flattering tongue that teaches deceit and leads us down the paths unto the dead. Let us be delivered from her by the knowledge of the Truth. Let us come out from among them and be separate.

Proverbs 2:16-19 KJV
(16) To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;
(17) Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.
(18) For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.
(19) None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.

Let us not to listen to her voice and continue to eat of that tree. Let us remember the covenant of our God and not forget to DO it.

Genesis 3:17-19 KJV
(17) And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

If we do not abide in Him, then we are cast forth and become “withered”….for we shall encounter the envying, strife, hatred, divisions, etc until we return to the ground. The “sweat of our face” = the sweat of men’s wrath. Our lives are not extended if we do not abide in Him.

(18) Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
(19) In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

If we do not abide in Him, we are cast forth out as a branch…. driven out to be withered.

Genesis 3:23-24 KJV
(23) Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

The “flaming sword” is the tongue that turns in every way as it curses others. If we do not abide in Him, we are tossed about by every wind of doctrine that comes out of the mouths of deceitful men as we live according to their lusts…. until we return to the ground. Those who will live by the “sword” of the tongue shall die by it. The tongue is a fire….a world of evil….that devours people who are led astray by it.

(24) So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

The “Cherubim” are the parables of the Bible….which keep the Way of the Tree of life. They keep the mysteries of the kingdom heaven hidden from those who do not DO His commandments.

Matthew 13:10-16 KJV
(10) And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
(11) He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
(12) For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

Although seeing, they see not….. although hearing they hear not….. neither do they understand. The “cherubim” ….the parables….are keeping the Way hidden from them. Without remaining in Him by doing His commandments (having love), then there is NO WAY to understand the Scriptures.

(13) Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
(14) And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

If they did at any time see with the eyes of their understanding and hear with their ears what the Spirit says, they should understand with their ears and be converted and He shall HEAL them from perishing. What is being “healed” but the mortal body that is perishing to the grave..

(15) For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
(16) But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

The Pharisees could not come to the Tree of Life. Jesus has the words of spirit and LIFE. They searched the Scriptures for it but the parables kept them from it for they did DO what was commanded of them. they believe in what they heard. They did not believe in Moses’s testimony neither the prophets.

John 5:38-40 KJV
(38) And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.
(39) Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
(40) And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

The parables keep many from the Tree of Life for natural men think that the spiritual is foolishness.

John 6:60-69 KJV
(60) Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
(61) When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
(62) What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?

The natural understanding of men profits NOTHING….. and many do not follow Him because they can not receive the words of spirit.

(63) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
(64) But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
(65) And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
(66) From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
(67) Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?

The words of Jesus show us the Way into “eternal life”…..and His words are SPIRIT and life.

(68) Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
(69) And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

A “wholesome”….that is, a HEALING …tongue is a tree of life. But many can not partake because they do not what is commanded of them….to have love for one another…. and so the Scriptures remain parables to their natural minds.

Proverbs 15:4-5 KJV
(4) A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.
(5) A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.

The natural man thinks that the spiritual is foolishness. When the natural mind reads the Scriptures, it sees fantastical images of things that are not so. They see imaginary things…..Cherubim.

To be continued…

One can not understand the Scriptures without coming to Him FIRST and abiding in Him. We abide in Him by having love for one another….fulfilling the royal law….the “new” (renewed) commandment….the doctrine of Christ….the law of Christ….keeping the Lord’s supper.

John 5:38-42 KJV
(38) And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.
(39) Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
(40) And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
(41) I receive not honour from men.
(42) But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.

But our Lord is merciful and will reveal all things to us. He opens up the Scriptures to us….for the ALL of the writings testify of Jesus. He expounds them to us.

Luke 24:27-32 KJV
(27) And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
(28) And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.

We are to ABIDE with Him. We are to open up the door of our hearts and have Him “tarry” with us when we hear His words of spirit and life.

(29) But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

And He will come in to us and will sup with us and us with Him. He shall open up the eyes of our understanding as we eat with Him…..having love for one another….the true “Lord’s supper”.

(30) And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
(31) And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
(32) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

If we hear His voice today, we are to open up the door and not harden our hearts to what is said.

Revelation 3:20 KJV
(20) Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door,I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

How is it that the two who were going to Emmaus did not know Jesus?

Luke 24:13-17 KJV
(13) And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
(14) And they talked together of all these things which had happened.

As they “communed together and reasoned” = as they talked, they disputed with each other(reasoned).

(15) And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.

They fought each other….disputed…..so that their eyes were “holden” that they should not know Him.

We know Him by having love for one another. If we fight with each other, then we really don’t know Him nor the Scriptures.

Jesus appeared to them as a “stranger”…a person they did not know. Yet, they entertained the words of the stranger who walked with them and their hearts burned as He expounded the Scriptures to them.

(16) But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.

And He asked: “what manner of communications are these that you have one to another?” Why the fighting as we “walk” and are “sad”? The word for “sad” here is “"skuthropos" which means “ANGRY visaged, gloomy”.

(17) And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?

Yet, there will be those who will not entertain the words of a stranger. The Pharisees, Sadducees, Herodians, etc. instead came to Him to test Him and catch Him in His words. Satan came to Him via those who sought to trip Him up so that they may accuse Him.

Mark 12:13 KJV
(13) And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words.

If we have not love….His Word in our hearts (a place for His Word), then we can not know the Scriptures. What we hear shall be removed.

Mark 12:24-25 KJV
(24) And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?
(25) For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

We fight and war among us because of the lusts of religious men. We can not obtain the understanding of the Scriptures because of this.

James 4:1-3 KJV
(1) From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
(2) Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
(3) Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

Warring religious men look upon the Scriptures and see Cherubim….parables….and they use them in their fleshly minds to beguile others. They preach ....through covetousness words.... the Scriptures with their carnal understanding in order to deceive others and receive unjust gain. They seek to bring many into bondage and steal THE life that we are supposed to have in Him.

Colossians 2:16-19 KJV
(16) Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
(17) Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
(18) Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
(19) And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

But the Lord is merciful…full of grace….and comes to deliver us from those who are living in error. He sends His messengers forth to expound the Scriptures to His people. They will be "strangers” to many. Yet, they are the Lord’s hosts…for the Lord is within them. They are the hosts of all of the prophets as they will preach their words in His understanding.

Romans 16:23-27 KJV
(23) Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.
(24) The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

They shall preach the words of our Lord. The good news is one of reconciliation….the Word of reconciliation. We are to be reconciled back to God as we are delivered by Him from men who are living in error of the Truth.

(25) Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
(26) But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
(27) To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. Written to the Romans from Corinthus, and sent by Phebe servant of the church at Cenchrea.

The parables will be explained by Him as He will expound the Scriptures to us. He shall no more speak to us in parables but will show us plainly of the Father and we are to hear His voice and believe and be healed.

John 16:25 KJV
(25) These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.

The cherubim shall be interpreted….as He will show us plainly of the Father. The writings of the holy saints were written in anticipation to the day that Christ opens them up to our understanding.

Hebrews 9:5 KJV
(5) And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly.

The “cherubim” stretch forth their wings on high as they look one to another and their faces toward the mercy seat.

Exodus 25:20 KJV
(20) And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

The Scriptures of the prophets testify of Jesus and the grace of God and our atonement as we are to understand them and be reconciled to God.

1 Peter 1:9-12 KJV
(9) Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
(10) Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
(11) Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.

The writings of the prophets….the cherubim…..were done in anticipation of them being revealed to us today. The prophets understood that the things that they wrote were for our benefit today. They testified of Jesus…the grace of our God.

The “angels” desire to look into these things….the cherubim look toward the mercy seat….as Jesus expounds their writings to us.

(12) Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

There is nothing hid that shall not be manifested. It shall go out into all of the world.

Mark 4:21-25 KJV
(21) And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
(22) For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
(23) If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

We are to take heed what we hear. If we hear and believe, then more shall be given.

(24) And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

If we do not believe, then that we have heard shall be taken away from the heart.

(25) For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

But if the good news of reconciliation is hid, it is hid to them that are “lost”…who are perishing in their unbelief.

2 Corinthians 4:1-6 KJV
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

What they will have heard shall be taken from them as they are blinded by their own covetousness in their unbelief.

(4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
(5) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
(6) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

It is not for kings to be drunk with “wine”….pride and covetousness….lest we forget the law to have love for one another.

Proverbs 31:4-9 KJV
(4) It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:
(5) Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.

Give strong drink to those who are ready to perish….for they will not believe in what they will hear…and so what they will hear shall be removed from their hearts as they become “drunk”.

(6) Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
(7) Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.

Instead, we are to open our mouths up for those who are appointed to destruction. We are to preach the words of our Lord Jesus to those who are perishing in the bondage of religious men so that they may understand and escape and find THE Life in Him.

(8) Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
(9) Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

He rides upon a "cherub" and did fly and He was seen upon the wings of the "wind". The Lord is heard by His interpreting of the parables by the Breath (Spirit) of Truth.

2 Samuel 22:10-20 KJV
(10) He bowed the heavens also, and came down; and darkness was under his feet.
(11) And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind.
(12) And he made darkness pavilions round about him, dark waters, and thick clouds of the skies.
(13) Through the brightness before him were coals of fire kindled.
(14) The LORD thundered from heaven, and the most High uttered his voice.
(15) And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and discomfited them.
(16) And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

By His knowledge, we are drawn out from many waters....from the many who are living in error.

(17) He sent from above, he took me; he drew me out of many waters;

He delivers us from the strong enemy...whose words have deceived us and led us astray into their envying, strife and divisions. He delivers us from death...perishing...destruction.

(18) He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me.
(19) They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay.
(20) He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me.

Scripture that is given by the inspiration of God....that is, taught by the life-giving Breath of God....is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV
(16) All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
(17) That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

All Scripture that is taught by our Lord Jesus is profitable for 4 things: doctrine, reproof, correction and for instruction in righteousness:

Ezekiel 10:14-15 KJV
(14) And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
(15) And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.

The “two cherubim of gold” are the Law and the Prophets.

They are of ONE PIECE (beaten work). They are ONE in Christ Jesus who interprets them for us. We fulfill the Law and the Prophets …..the two ends of the mercy seat.

Exodus 25:18-20 KJV
(18) And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.
(19) And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

The Law and the Prophets…..the 2 cherubim….face toward the mercy seat. They testify of Jesus Christ.

(20) And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

Jesus did not come to destroy the Law or the Prophets……but to FULFILL them.

Matthew 5:17-18 KJV
(17) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
(18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

We also FULFILL them by having love for one another.

Matthew 7:12-14 KJV
(12) Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Matthew 22:37-40 KJV
(37) Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
(38) This is the first and great commandment.
(39) And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
(40) On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

By fulfilling the Law and the Prophets , we enter in through the narrow gate….Christ Jesus….which leads to THE life. We must stay upon the Way of righteousness that leads to THE life.

(13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
(14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

He IS the “door”. By Him we enter in and are “saved”….that is, preserved wholly in BODY, mind and soul in the here and now. Death is then rendered useless upon us. We shall find pasture….peace, joy, love.

John 10:7-10 KJV
(7) Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
(8) All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
(9) I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Many though have fallen for the words of the thief who have led the many away from having love for one another and into envy, strife and divisions. They have instead gone through the wide gate….via the deceptive mouths of the thieves…to their destruction. They have perished and are perishing.

(10) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

But He comes to deliver His “lost sheep” from their shepherds….from those who only feed themselves in their covetousness and not the flock.

Matthew 10:6-8 KJV
(6) But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
(7) And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

He comes to heal the “sick”…those who are perishing in their sins. He comes to raise the “dead”…those who are “dead in sins and trespasses”.

(8) Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

He comes with the knowledge of God to raise the “dead”…those lost sheep who are dead in trespasses and sin wherein they walk according to their “shepherds’” erroneous religious teachings that lead them away from having love for one another.

Ephesians 2:1-6 KJV
(1) And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
(2) Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
(3) Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

By God’s mercy….His GRACE….are we “raised” from the “dead”….from among those who we once fellowshipped with in our past “church lives” fulfilling the desires of fleshly-minded men in high places. Our religious works are works of darkness and people are perishing by the using of religious man’s doctrines and commandments. We are to cast off the works of darkness…and do the works of God…fulfilling His commandments.

(4) But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
(5) Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
(6) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

He comes to make known to us the mystery of His will…..

Ephesians 1:9-14 KJV
(9) Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

He shall gather ALL things together in ONE in Christ. The whole earth shall be filled with the glory and knowledge of God in the coming Age.

(10) That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

We, those who will first trust in Christ, will have obtained an inheritance in Him.

(11) In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

We shall be the praise of His glory….

(12) That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

….because we first trusted in what He has to say….the Word of Truth…the gospel of our salvation.

(13) In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

We are to be kept ALIVE AND REMAINING in the here and now until the Age in which we participate with Him in bringing the knowledge of God upon ALL of the earth.

(14) Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Romans 8:19-22 KJV
(19) For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
(20) For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
(21) Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
(22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

But first we must HEAR the Word of Truth so that we may depart from those who are living in error.

Matthew 4:15-23 KJV
(15) The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;

The many who sit in “darkness”…in the ignorance of religious men …the shadow of death…. shall see a “great Light”.

(16) The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.

It is the preaching of Jesus….that “Great Light”….that shall be seen. He reveals the mystery of the will of God in the expounding of the Scriptures.

(17) From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
(18) And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

We are instructed to FOLLOW HIM.

(19) And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

We are to IMMEDIATELY leave our “nets” and follow Him….first trusting in the Lord. We are to leave behind the teachings of men which are “nets” that capture others. Men’s teachings are of the “sea”…the thoughts…the imaginations of men…. which are not stable.

(20) And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.

We are to immediately leave behind our own religious thoughts and ways for His thoughts and ways. “Zebedee” = gift. We are to renounce the hidden things of dishonesty….not handling the Word of God deceitfully.

(21) And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.

We are to stop preaching ourselves for dishonest gain and follow Him.

(22) And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.

We are to preach Jesus…thereby healing the perishing sheep of their ailments.

(23) And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

We are to immediately leave our “nets”…renouncing the hidden things of dishonesty…. and follow Him.

2 Corinthians 4:1-2 KJV
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

We are to take heed….as unto a Light that shines is a “dark place”.

2 Peter 1:19-21 KJV
(19) We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

No prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation. That is, they do not explain themselves as we see them at face value…..in their natural form….the Cherubim.

(20) Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Holy men of God speak as they are moved by the Holy Spirit. God breathes life in the Scriptures. They speak to us NOW in the understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ who expounds them to us.

(21) For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The “chariots of God” are myriads (twenty thousand)….even “thousands of angels”….that is, myriads of thousands of CHANGES. The Hebrew word is “shinan” which means “changes” or repetitions. The Scriptures are changed from their earthly appearance to their heavenly by the Spirit (Breath) of God which lifts them up in our understanding.

Psalms 68:17-19 KJV
(17) The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.

He shows these changes to men who can then preach them to others thereby delivering them from the darkness of men who are living in the shadow of death in their “church” gatherings and teachings.

(18) Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.
(19) Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

He delivers us from fleshly-minded men who preach errors that lead many to their deaths….perishing away to the grave . Unto Him belong the “issues from death”…that is, the exits from death. We are to be delivered from the “death” that many are currently living in. We are to live THE life in Him and not perish like the rest of this world that does not know God.

(20) He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.

He will wound the head of His enemies….those who will stubbornly resist the changes and go on in their trespasses and sins as they handle the Word of God deceitfully.

(21) But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.

With the knowledge of the Scriptures which makes us wise unto salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, we can then preach to others for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the building of the body of Christ until we ALL come in the UNITY of the faith and of the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God unto a PERFECT man unto the measure of the stature of the FULLNESS of Christ.

He descends into our hearts as we hear His words of spirit and life. He then ascends over all of our own ways and thoughts. Every imagination…every thought…. of the mind is cast down by the knowledge of Him until He is fully exalted in us. His knowledge is far superior than all of religious man’s teachings which currently fills the airways…the heavens.

Ephesians 4:10-16 KJV
(10) He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
(11) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
(12) For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
(13) Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

We shall no longer be children being tossed to and fro…being carried about with every wind of doctrine by the sleight of men.

(14) That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
(15) But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
(16) From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

The two disciples who were going toward Emmaus were witnesses of the Lord’s resurrection. They invited Him into their hearts: Abide with us.

Luke 24:29-43 KJV
(29) But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
(30) And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.

The eyes of their understanding were opened up by Him and they knew Him. He changes the Scriptures...expounding them.

They knew Christ no longer in their fleshly thinking. They no longer saw Him in their carnal understanding wherein they disputed with each other along the way. Every thought had become obedient to Christ.

(31) And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
(32) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

And they “ROSE UP” the same hour. They experienced the Lord’s resurrection themselves as they were awakened by His knowledge and were made alive.

(33) And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,

The Lord is risen indeed and has appeared to “Simon”…which means “hearing”. We are to hear what the Spirit is saying and BELIEVE unto life. He shows Himself alive by many “proofs”. He changes the Scriptures in the twinkle of an eye. The eyes of our understanding are opened up by Him expounding the Scriptures to us.

(34) Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.

He is known by the breaking of the bread….the Bread of heaven that gives “eternal” life to those who will eat of it. We are to have love for one another.

(35) And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

And when we hear the words spoken of the two disciples, Jesus himself stands in the midst of them. When 2 or 3 are gathered together, there He is.

He is that Word that is spoken from those who are witnesses of His resurrection ….for the witnesses themselves also have been “resurrected” into His life. They have “rose up” and returned to “Jerusalem” so to speak.

(36) And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
(37) But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
(38) And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?

We are His “flesh and bones”. We are His hands and feet. Jesus IS COME in the flesh. The 2 disciples were the flesh of Jesus as their eyes were opened up to Him and they “rose up” in the same power of his resurrection. The same Spirit that rose up Jesus from the dead also brings life to our mortal bodies for He has power over all flesh and gives this life to those whom He wills. We then become witnesses of His resurrection to others by preaching His words to them.

(39) Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
(40) And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
(41) And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
(42) And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
(43) And he took it, and did eat before them.
(44) And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
(45) Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
(46) And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
(47) And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
(48) And ye are witnesses of these things.

We are to tarry in peace with one another….having love for each other until we receive the Spirit…the Breath of God with whom we preach the living words of Christ.

(49) And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

He leads us out from where we have been and gives gifts to men. He leads us out as far as to “Bethany”….house of figs…..being fruitful in all righteousness.

(50) And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

He gives gifts to men so that they may preach to others His words.

(51) And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
(52) And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
(53) And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

No longer will religious men dispute among themselves by the way about who is greatest among them. For we shall all know Him in peace and all knowledge when we are all in the "house" together with Him.

Mark 9:33-34 KJV
(33) And he came to Capernaum: and being in the house he asked them, What was it that ye disputed among yourselves by the way?
(34) But they held their peace: for by the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest.

The spiritually-discerned things are mighty through God to the pulling down of the strongholds of religious men who have kept many prisoners with their deceptive good words and fair speeches.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 KJV
(4) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

They….the weapons of our warfare….cast down every imagination of man and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. They bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ

(5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

And when our obedience is fulfilled, we then can preach to others using the weapons of our warfare.

(6) And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The seed….the Word….is cast into the “ground”….the heart. It descends from heaven to the heart via preaching the Word to the hearing ear.

Mark 4:26-29 KJV
(26) And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

He that plants is not anything ….neither is he that waters…..but God is the One who gives the increase. Faith is increased.

(27) And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

The Word produces faith and then brings forth the fruit of righteousness of the believer.

(28) For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

And when the fruit of righteousness if fully brought forth, He immediately puts in the “sickle”….the tongue that speaks the Word of Truth to others. We then can be used as a laborer in His harvest.

(29) But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

When we hear the Word, it is sown in the heart. It descends into our hearts. At first, it is less than all the seeds that be in the earth. At first, it seems less than what we have been taught by religious men. Other teachings of man exist in the heart.

Mark 4:30-32 KJV
(30) And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
(31) It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:

But then faith takes hold in what we hear and it grows up and becomes greater than all the herbs. It casts down all the erroneous thoughts of our minds. When it is fully grown, it shoots out great branches. We can then speak the Word of Truth to others.

(32) But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.

Who has BELIEVED the report?

Isaiah 53:1-6 KJV
(1) Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

The Seed is sown in the dry heart of the hearer. It is less than all the seeds in the earth….that currently exist in the heart and mind. There is “no beauty” that we should desire him. But he shall grow up before Him as a tender plant. We shall hear and believe in the report. We shall be healed by our increased faith in Him.

(2) For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
(3) He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
(4) Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
(5) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
(6) All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

When every thought is in obedience to Christ, He then gives gifts to men so that they may in turn preach the Word to others….harvesting them for Him.

Ephesians 4:7-12 KJV
(7) But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
(8) Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

He first descends into the “lower parts of the earth”. The Seed is sown in the heart of man wherein faith takes root and it sprouts and grows up. The Seed is sown in the dry earth via preaching. He ascends up far above all of our thoughts and ways and fills all things. Every thought is brought into obedience to Him.

(9) (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
(10) He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

And when the Tree is fully grown, it shoots out great branches. When the fruit of righteousness is fully brought forth, then the Sickle is put in. He gives us gifts so that we can effectively preach to others. He gives some apostles, some prophets…some evangelists…some pastors…..some teachers…so that we may harvest others…building the body of Christ.

When our obedience is fulfilled, we then can be used for the work of ministry.

(11) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
(12) For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Luke 11:23-26 KJV
(23) He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

When a man speaks evil of another, it is the unclean “spirit” or breath that goes out of a man. The evil words (false accusations) which come from the heart and go out of the mouth do not find a place to rest because those who follow the Lord will not render evil for their evil. A causeless curse (an evil spirit) shall not come to rest upon those who will not speak evil back. Instead, the evil words of the speaker come back upon his own head….

(24) When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

….and when they come back they find that person devoid of the Word (not having love) and self-confident that no evil shall come upon him for speaking evil.

(25) And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

And then the last state of that man is worse than the first as evil men shall wax worse and worse.

(26) Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

All that shall live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution by those who will not receive the love of the Truth and will rail upon those who will love it. They will say that they love and know God but in evil works they will deny Him.

2 Timothy 3:12-13 KJV
(12) Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
(13) But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

A causeless curse shall not come to rest upon the righteous.

Proverbs 26:2 KJV
(2) As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

But it will come back around to those who are “swept” clean of the Word…who have no place for the Word within them for they will not have love.

John 8:37 KJV
(37) I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

They will profess they know God but in their works will deny Him….contradict…oppose. They will speak evil of those who will speak and do the Truth.

Titus 1:15-16 KJV
(15) Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
(16) They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

In these coming times, they shall depart from the faith and will listen to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils and will be speaking lies in hypocrisy instead of receiving the love of the Truth.

The teachings of “devils” are the feigned words spoken in covetousness in order to make merchandise of their listeners. “devils” = “daimonion” which comes from “daio” which means “to distribute fortune”. All their teachings will be for unjust gain….wherein they suppose that gain is godliness.

A seducing“spirit” is a covetous breath that is exhaled . What motivates this breath is the covetousness in the hearts of men.

The tongue then forms the feigned words. With the breath, the tongue forms words….teachings...and the breath carries the words through the air (the heavens, the power of the air) to the ears of others who are only too willing to hear what they want to hear. Babylon is the tongue who speaks beautiful words and charms the ears of another….tickling the ears of those who want to hear what she says.

1 Timothy 4:1-3 KJV
(1) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
(2) Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

They will forbid others to receive and gather together in the Truth.

(3) Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

The “miracles”…signs and wonders…. are the growing riches of men who think that gain is a sign of godliness. They seek to deceive others who look at outward things such as grand church buildings, growing church numbers, etc. and are in awe. They see growing church numbers and are impressed. They see great ministries and think that the men who seduce them are great….much like Simon the sorcerer who bewitched the people with lying signs and wonders.

Acts 8:9-11 KJV
(9) But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
(10) To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
(11) And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.

Those who will not receive the love of the Truth when they hear the Word shall fall hard for the covetous teachings of men….the “spirits of devils” working miracles….worldly gain. Those who “see” shall become blind to the Truth for they will only see the outward things thinking gain is a sign of godliness. It shall gather them together in this coming time against the Truth.

Revelation 16:13-16 KJV
(13) And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
(14) For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
(15) Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
(16) And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

They shall be gathered together in hypocrisy…..Armageddon….and will “trode one upon another”.

Luke 12:1 KJV
(1) In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

The gathering together of the hypocrites (saying that they know God but in works deny Him) will be “Armageddon” where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. They will eventually shall betray and hate each other in their rage.

Matthew 24:48-51 KJV
(48) But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
(49) And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
(50) The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
(51) And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Armageddon …..the gathering together upon a mountain of hypocrisy….the gathering together under the “leaven of the Pharisees” (hypocrisy)…is a place where they will feed themselves. Like the swine feeding upon the mountains, they will gather together in a herd to feed themselves. The swine = those that are defiled and unbelieving and nothing is pure…..even their mind and conscience is defiled.

Mark 5:11-13 KJV
(11) Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.

The doctrines of devils shall enter into them and deceive them.

(12) And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.

They will be gathered together in so much as they will “trode one upon another” as they will run violently down a “steep place”.

(13) And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine:and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.

They will give heed to seducing spirits….the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches and the lusts of others things shall ENTER IN to them like the devils did the swine. And when these things shall enter in, it “chokes” or drowns the Word.

Mark 4:18-19 KJV
(18) And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,
(19) And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in,choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

They will have gone in the way of Cain….hating their brothers …and will run greedily after the error Balaam for reward and will perish in the gainsaying of Core. They will feed themselves without fear….upon the mountain/leaven of hypocrisy and they will rush greedily after reward which shall drown them in destruction and perdition.

Jude 1:11-12 KJV
(11) Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
(12) These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

They will fall into temptation and a snare and into many foolish and hurtful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition…..

1 Timothy 6:9-10 KJV
(9) But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

….there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth as they will pierce themselves through with many sorrows.

(10) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

They shall perish in the “gainsaying”…the disputing, the contradiction, the rebellion…of “Core”…or Korah.

Jude 1:11 KJV
(11) Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Korah disputed with Moses and Aaron and represents those who will despise the government of God over them in this coming time. Korah and company despised the government of God and were not afraid to speak evil of dignities….Moses and Aaron. He had no fear of God….presumptuous…. a daring man whose boldness cost him his life.

2 Peter 2:9-11 KJV
(9) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
(10) But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

But Moses and Aaron did not bring a railing accusation against them before the Lord but let the Lord rebuke them.

(11) Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

Numbers 16:1-7 KJV
(1) Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:

As they rose up before Moses, the “princes “ of the churches….the famous….the men of renown… shall also rise up in stubborn rebellion against what they will hear and challenge authority in this coming time.

(2) And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:

They gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron and challenged their authority. “All of the congregation is holy, every one of them and Jehovah is among them….”

(3) And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

But Moses did not speak evil of them…for he was a humble man.

(4) And when Moses heard it, he fell upon his face:

Tomorrow….in the Day of Judgment….shall Jehovah show who is His.

(5) And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
(6) This do; Take you censers, Korah, and all his company;

“Censers” would be the mouth. We can not bless God (putting incense in them) and curse men with the same mouth those we do not agree with (putting strange fire therein). A man’s religion is in vain if one does not bridle his tongue.

(7) And put fire therein, and put incense in them before the LORD to morrow: and it shall be that the man whom the LORD doth choose, he shall be holy: ye take too much upon you, ye sons of Levi.

Let our prayer (blessing God) be set forth before Him as incense. Keep the door of our lips so that we do not offer it with “strange fire”. The censer = the mouth.

Psalms 141:2-3 KJV
(2) Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
(3) Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

We can not bless God and curse men with the same mouth. This is offering “strange fire”.

Leviticus 10:1-3 KJV
(1) And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.
(2) And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.

We are always to keep our mouths from evil….always sanctifying Him within. Aaron held his peace….that is, he remained SILENT. He kept the door of his lips shut.

(3) Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the LORD spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.

Moses did not take anything from the Korah and company….neither did he hurt any of them. He did not make a gain of them. He did not render evil for evil. Moses was perfect before God.

Numbers 16:15-19 KJV
(15) And Moses was very wroth, and said unto the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.
(16) And Moses said unto Korah, Be thou and all thy company before the LORD, thou, and they, and Aaron, to morrow:
(17) And take every man his censer, and put incense in them, and bring ye before the LORD every man his censer, two hundred and fifty censers; thou also, and Aaron, each of you his censer.

They…Korah and company spoke evil of dignities (putting fire in their censers) and also laid incense thereon….that is, blessed God with the same mouth. They thought that they were doing service to God by doing so…since “everyone is holy”.

(18) And they took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and Aaron.

The gathering of the hypocrites together against the Truth = Armageddon.

(19) And Korah gathered all the congregation against them unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the congregation.

God is merciful to us and calls us out of their company. Jesus intercedes for our behalf.

Numbers 16:20-35 KJV
(20) And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
(21) Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.
(22) And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation?
(23) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

We are to get up from about the tabernacle of the modern-day Korahs and company.

(24) Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.
(25) And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.

We are to come out from among them…depart from their “tents”….and touch not the unclean thing. We are to touch nothing of theirs….the things of covetousness…lest we also be consumed in all their sins. Their sins would be the evil speaking of dignities whom they resisted and did not recognize as an authority placed by God.

(26) And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.
(27) So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.
(28) And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind.

In the Day of Judgment, the sentence will be carried out swiftly for blessing God and cursing men with the same mouth. They will cursing men who have been placed in authority by Him and yet will think that they are doing God service for doing so.

(29) If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.

Jehovah makes a “new thing”….that is,He creates a creation for there will be a new earth….the home of righteousness. The wicked will not stay long to see it but the meek shall inherit the earth.

(30) But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.
(31) And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:
(32) And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.
(33) They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.
(34) And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also.

And the rest repented not of their works……

(35) And there came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.

Korah and company were not subject unto the higher powers….for Moses and Aaron were the powers that were ordained of God. Korah challenged the authority.

Romans 13:1-5 KJV
(1) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

They resisted the power. They resisted the ordinance of God to have love for Moses and Aaron. Korah and company resisted and received to themselves swift condemnation.

(2) Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
(3) For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
(4) For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
(5) Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Jesus is the Truth. He is the 2 greatest commandments….. He is the first and last. He is the completion of the 2 greatest commandments…the beginning and the end.

Revelation 22:13-14 KJV
(13) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Blessed are they that DO His commandments….… the first and the last...the completion of them… ….the beginning and the end. Blessed are those who KEEP them.

(14) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

He is the beginning….the commandment which we had from the beginning: to have love for one another….

2 John 1:4-6 KJV
(4) I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.
(5) And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

….and He is the end…the completion of it…walking in it.

(6) And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

He did not come to destroy the Law or the Prophets but came to fulfill them. He is the “end”…the fulfillment of them.

Matthew 5:17-18 KJV
(17) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Not one jot or one tittle shall pass from the Law until all be fulfilled. We are to fulfill the Law by having love for one another.

(18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

5 sparrows (the Law) are sold for 2 farthings. The greatest 2 commandments of God sum up the entire Law…yet not one jot shall pass from the Law….not one of them is forgotten before God…until all be fulfilled.

Luke 12:6 KJV
(6) Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?

2 sparrows (the Law and the Prophets) are sold for a farthing. We fulfill the Law and the Prophets in 1 Word: having love for one another….the royal law……the law of Christ….the doctrine of Christ.

Matthew 10:29 KJV
(29) Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.

All of the Law (and Prophets) is fulfilled in 1 word (a farthing)…..thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself.

Galatians 5:14-18 KJV
(14) For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
(15) But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.
(16) This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
(17) For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

If we are led of the Spirit, then we are not under the law….for not one jot or one tittle shall pass until ALL be FULFILLED.

(18) But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Christ is the beginning and the end. He is the “end”….or COMPLETION…of the Law for righteousness to everyone that believes.

Romans 10:3-5 KJV
(3) For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
(4) For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
(5) For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.

The “poor widow” casts in “two mites” which are the greatest 2 commandments. By doing them, we cast in more than all of those who have grown rich off the many carnal commandments of men that lead many from the Truth.

Mark 12:41-44 KJV
(41) And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.
(42) And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
(43) And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
(44) For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

The teachings and commandments of men are for the covetousness in men’s hearts. They turn many from the Truth.

Titus 1:11-14 KJV
(11) Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.
(12) One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.
(13) This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
(14) Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

If we walk in the Spirit, we are not under the law….under the curse of the law….under the law of sin and death….under the “sun” for Moses’s face did shine.

Galatians 5:16-26 KJV
(16) This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

The works of the flesh are against the Spirit. They are contrary the one to the other. God’s Spirit does not continue to strive with men who live according to the flesh and so their days are numbered.

(17) For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

If we are led of the Spirit, we are not under the law….under the “sun” where religious man’s works are vanity and vexation of the Spirit.

(18) But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Religious men live in divisions, envying and strife as they preach in their covetousness….provoking one another as they seek out their vain glory. They use their mouths for adultery as they speak feigned words of righteousness but inside they are full of hypocrisy, envying and hatred of one another. We can not even be associated with them and escape the wrath.

(19) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
(20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

Those who live in the denominations of envy and strife shall not inherit the kingdom of God….for it is coming to all of the earth in the next age.

(21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

If we live of the Spirit, we shall be accounted worthy to obtain the coming “world”….the Age in which the glory and knowledge that shall cover the earth. The children of this “world” or age “marry” and are given in “marriage”.

Luke 20:34-36 KJV
(34) And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:
(35) But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
(36) Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

“Marriage” is the marrying of the strange/covetous doctrines and commandments of men which lead people away from having love for one another. They fight over who is accounted the greatest among them. They provoke each other being desirous of vain glory.

They set aside the commandment of God to have love for one another in order to keep the teachings and commandments of men which only bogs many down in envying, striving, and hatred of one another. They are living after the flesh and not according to the Spirit and so their bodies perish from off the face of the earth as they are under the law of sin and death.

Genesis 6:1-3 KJV
(1) And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
(2) That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

The Spirit and the flesh are contrary to each other. Living after the flesh is being under the law and and so man’s days are numbered in this world. 120 years signifies being under the law for Moses died at the age of 120. Their works are done “under the sun” and are a vexation of Spirit.

(3) And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

When men marry the strange doctrines and commandments of men, they strive over who is accounted the greatest among them. Who are the mighty men? Who are the men of renown?

(4) There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

When we live after the flesh, we grieve the Spirit……for Jehovah was grieved at His heart as every imagination of the thoughts of the heart was continually evil. The Spirit shall not always strive with men who live after the flesh….and so they perish.

(5) And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
(6) And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

Like the disciples once did, many do likewise in their church organizations…..striving with each other over which of them should be accounted the greatest…..men of renown.

Luke 22:24 KJV
(24) And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

Luke 9:46 KJV
(46) Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest.

We are called out of the company of those who are living in malice, envy and hating one another in their religious organizations. We are to be gentle to each other….showing meekness unto ALL men.

Titus 3:2-3 KJV
(2) To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.
(3) For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

We are to be resurrected from the “dead”….from those who are “dead” in their trespasses and sins…..and be like the messengers of heaven speaking the Truth in meekness and sincerity. We shall not “marry” the strange doctrines and commandments of men for we shall be free.

Hebrews 13:9-16 KJV
(9) Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
(10) We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
(11) For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
(12) Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

We are to go out from among them bearing His reproach…for they will persecute those who will be escaping from them. We are to go forth unto Him…

(13) Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

…for we have no “continuing city” there among them but we are seeking one to come. We are looking forward to the next Age….when the entire earth shall be the home of righteousness. He….the God of all flesh….gives us “eternal life” so that we ABIDE until the coming of our Lord to the entire earth. We are to be preserved…. “saved”….body, soul and spirit unto the coming of our Lord Jesus.

(14) For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
(15) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
(16) But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance…..against such there is NO law. We are free to eat of the trees of the garden….the fruit of the Spirit.

Galatians 5:
(22) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
(23) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
(24) And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

If we live in the Spirit, let us ALSO walk in the Spirit. If we walk after envying and strife desiring vain glory among ourselves, then we perish….our body, soul and spirit are not kept alive unto the coming next Age… not inheriting the promised “eternal life”….life to the Age.

(25) If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
(26) Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

If we live after the flesh, we perish from off the face of the earth as is common to all men who do not name the name of Christ.

Let us not grieve the Spirit with the works of the flesh which are “under the sun”…being under the law of sin and death. All of religious man’s envying and strife is the works done under the sun….which is vanity and vexation of the Spirit. He who names the name of Christ is to depart from iniquity.

Ecclesiastes 1:14 KJV
(14) I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.

He comes with the knowledge of the Truth. He comes to seek what was lost….the promised “eternal life” for His people. His people are perishing because of a lack of knowledge.

They are under the sun....under the law of sin and death... for if we live after the flesh, we shall die from off this earth as the outside world does. But if we through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body of sin....wherein many are living so to speak....then we shall LIVE as He shall make our mortal bodies alive unto His coming. We shall inherit the promise.... "eternal life" in the here and now until the coming Age....the promised "land".....the promised earth...the home of righteousness.

Romans 8:10-14 KJV
(10) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

His Spirit already dwells in us. But we are to ALSO WALK in it so that we might have life in the here and now and have it more abundantly in the coming Age.

Our Lord looks for the fruit of righteousness that comes from the Seed planted in our hearts. But many things prevent the Seed from producing fruit....the fruit of righteousness. The deceitfulness of riches choke the Word and so it becomes unfruitful in the hearer of the Word.

Matthew 13:22 KJV
(22) He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

The covetous teachings of a deceitful tongue lead many away from having love for one another …being unfruitful….and so many perish and are perishing. But we are called to repent….to change the mind…or we perish.

Luke 13:5-9 KJV
(5) I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
(6) He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.
(7) Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

As many as He loves, He rebukes and chastens ….but if there is no fruit, it is cut down from this earth. Many are perishing because of the things that are being taught by religious men in high places.

(8) And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
(9) And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

There are many deceivers who subvert whole houses with their covetous teachings….

Titus 1:10-11 KJV
(10) For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:
(11) Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.

The fruits of righteousness have been killed so to speak out of the deceived as they are led away from having love for one another and into envy, strife and divisions because of the covetous preaching of men who handle the Word of God deceitfully.

The vineyard has been taken because of the deceitful, covetous teachings of the tongues of men…..“Jezebel”. Jezebel has “Naboth” killed…..the fruits…so that the vineyard can be taken. “Naboth” means “fruits” and “Jezreelite” means “God will sow”.

1 Kings 21:7 KJV
(7) And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.

The woman…the “wife”….Jezebel is prevalent in all churches. All 7 brothers have “had” her. Yet, all die because of her and leave no seed…..no fruits of righteousness are produced. Her teachings live on while all that are or were “married” to her perish from off this earth. They are "cut down". Her teachings live on but produce no fruit of righteousness in successive generations of men who keep her alive.

Mark 12:20-23 KJV
(20) Now there were seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and dying left no seed.
(21) And the second took her, and died, neither left he any seed: and the third likewise.

But, the “woman” shall die last of all…for she gets “thrown down”. (2 Kings 9:33)

(22) And the seven had her, and left no seed: last of all the woman died also.

No one having risen from being “dead” in trespasses and sins shall ever use their tongues for deceit again. Those who are born of God can not sin.

(23) In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.

They will not defile themselves with “women”….that is, NO deceit will be found in their mouth. No “Jezebel” will be found….the tongue teaching things for greediness.

Revelation 14:4-5 KJV
(4) These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
(5) And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

Jezebel is the tongue of religious men who preach feigned words for the covetousness in their hearts. They seduce many. They “beguile” the unstable souls who are seduced by her teachings. Their eyes are full of adultery….they deceitfully paint them to beguile the unstable.

2 Peter 2:14 KJV
(14) Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

The Jezebel prophets love the wages of unrighteousness…they are prophets of Baal.

(15) Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

They teach and seduce His servants to commit “fornication” and eat the teachings sacrificed unto idols….covetousness. That “woman” = that “wife”.

Revelation 2:20-23 KJV
(20) Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
(21) And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

They commit adultery with her….

(22) Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
(23) And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

The prophets of “Baal” eat at her table. “Baal” means “master, husband”. One can not serve two masters…God AND mammon. If one loves unjust gain more, than that person is a prophet of “Baal” no matter if he calls himself a brother.

1 Kings 18:19 KJV
(19) Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel's table.

We cannot use our mouths to honor God and also teach things we ought not for the sake of “filthy lucre”. This would be sacrificing to “devils” and not to God.

1 Corinthians 10:20-22 KJV
(20) But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

We cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils. We cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of devils…..”eating” at Jezebel’s table. We also cannot keep company with those who call themselves brothers but are covetous.

(21) Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
(22) Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?

We are NOT to keep company with the covetous who call themselves brothers. With such, we are NOT to “eat”. A “fornicator” is a covetous person who with his mouth says he knows God and worships Him but his heart is after his covetousness.

1 Corinthians 5:7-11 KJV
(7) Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:
(8) Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
(9) I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
(10) Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
(11) But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Many are seduced by her….Jezebel…the tongue that teaches things for greediness. They see other men’s teachings successfully get gain. They see others growing congregations, growing ministries, growing grand buildings, etc. and want to use their teachings for themselves to achieve the same “successes”. They commit “adultery” with another man’s wife so to speak as they take and use his teachings.

Matthew 5:27-28 KJV
(27) Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
(28) But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

A seducing tongue lies in wait for its prey and increases the unfaithful among men.

Proverbs 23:26-28 KJV
(26) My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.
(27) For a harlot is a deep ditch; and a strange woman is a narrow pit.
(28) She also lieth in wait as for a prey, and increaseth the transgressors among men.

Many put up with that “wife” Jezebel. Many let men bring them into bondage and let them devour them and take advantage of them. They “eat” of their teachings.

2 Corinthians 11:19-20 KJV
(19) For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise.
(20) For ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take of you, if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face.

But we are called to overcome. We are to “put away” the tongue that speaks deceit….the “fornication” ….and not keep company with those who are covetous. We are to “put away” the “wife” because of the fornication that comes out of the mouth.

Matthew 5:32 KJV
(32) But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

We are not redeemed with corruptible things from our empty busyness of the church fathers’ traditions….teachings…commandments which have only been after others’ “silver and gold”. We are not redeemed by what they have handed down to us.

1 Peter 1:14-23 KJV
(14) As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
(15) But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
(16) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
(17) And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
(18) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
(19) But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
(20) Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
(21) Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
(22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

We are to be born again…not of the corruptible, dead teachings of men wherein many are living…but by the incorruptible Word of God which LIVES. The religious must be “born again.”

(23) Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

The “masters” of the churches must be born again….born of the Spirit…of the Breath of God that enlivens the Scriptures for our understanding.

John 3:5-10 KJV
(5) Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
(6) That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
(7) Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
(8) The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
(9) Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
(10) Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

We must put away the “strange wives”….the tongues that preach things for covetousness…strange doctrines of fleshly men. We must renounce the hidden things of dishonesty and not handle the Word of God deceitfully.

Ezra 10:10-12 KJV
(10) And Ezra the priest stood up, and said unto them, Ye have transgressed, and have taken strange wives, to increase the trespass of Israel.

We must make our confession unto the Father and DO His pleasure and not our own. We must separate ourselves from the “people of the land and from the strange wives.” We must not keep company with those who call themselves brothers but are covetous . We must put away the “strange wives”…the strange doctrines that have carried us away in error.

(11) Now therefore make confession unto the LORD God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.
(12) Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said, so must we do.

We are to renounce the hidden things of dishonesty…..putting away the “strange wives” of men who speak outlandish things for unjust gain.

2 Corinthians 4:1-3 KJV
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

Solomon had married “strange wives”….the “outlandish women” who caused him to sin.

Nehemiah 13:26-27 KJV
(26) Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin.
(27) Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress against our God in marrying strange wives?

King Solomon loved many “strange women”. Likewise, many leaders today love many strange doctrines. They have taken worldly, corporate principles from the outside world and have brought them into to their worship of God.

1 Kings 11:1-10 KJV
(1) But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites;

But we were instructed that we should do no such thing for surely strange doctrines will turn our hearts from our God to pursue the lusts of religious men in high places.

(2) Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love.
(3) And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.
(4) For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.

“Ashtoreth” means “increase”. Men love increase….bigger church buildings, bigger congregations, bigger ministries, bigger bank accounts, etc. “Milcom” is “king”….and speaks of their covetousness. Their bellies…their appetite for gain…is king over them. Sin is king over them as they let sin reign in their members….their tongues.

(5) For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.
(6) And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.

The “high places” are the inner thoughts of men. What have they made first in their thoughts? God or mammon? The thoughts of covetous men are exalted against the knowledge of God…every “high place” in the minds of men.

(7) Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.
(8) And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.
(9) And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,

We are commanded to not go after the covetous teachings and commands of their lips….after other “gods”.

(10) And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.

The mouth of “strange women” is a deep pit which if we listen to them, we fall in. Many fall in….they perish to the grave because of them.

Proverbs 22:14 KJV
(14) The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: he that is abhorred of the LORD shall fall therein.

If we listen to the strange women …strange teachings…that come out of the covetous hearts and minds of men…..

Matthew 15:11-14 KJV
(11) Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
(12) Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
(13) But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

….we fall into the “ditch” with them. They lead us to our graves.

(14) Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Let us not be carried about with many strange wives……strange doctrines. They profit us not as they cause those who are “married” to them to perish.

Hebrews 13:9 KJV
(9) Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

The “shepherds” are the “eyes” of the churches. They are the “overseers” who are to watch and feed the sheep….the flock of God. The Holy Spirit has made them the “eyes” of the body of Christ.

Acts 20:28-30 KJV
(28) Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
(29) For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
(30) Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

It is their job to take oversight with a “ready mind” and not one that pursues after “filthy lucre”.

1 Peter 5:1-4 KJV
(1) The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:
(2) Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

They are not meant to be “lords” over God’s heritage but examples to the flock. They are not to exercise authority over them and preach things for greediness.

(3) Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.
(4) And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

But what has happened? Paul stated that after him would grievous wolves enter in among us and also of ourselves en shall arise speaking things that they ought not as the covet after the flock’s “gold, silver or apparel”.

Acts 20:33-35 KJV
(33) I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel.
(34) Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.

Remember the words of the Lord Jesus: It is more blessed to give than to receive.

(35) I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

But what has happened? The “watchmen” are spiritually “blind”. They are shepherds that can NOT understand for the they all look to their own way ……every one for his own gain.

Isaiah 56:10-12 KJV
(10) His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
(11) Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
(12) Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.

Not everyone is an “eye” for the church. If the “eye”…the overseer of the flock…is evil, then the whole body of people is full of darkness..

Luke 11:34 KJV
(34) The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

Woe to the shepherds who only feed themselves and not the flocks…….

Ezekiel 34:1-3 KJV
(1) And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
(2) Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?
(3) Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

The message to the “church of the Laodiceans” are to the greedy shepherds of the flock who only feed themselves. “Laodicea”….meaning “ people of judgment”. They are those who are ruling the flock….the “judges” so to speak. They, themselves, will be judged by how they respond to the Truth.

Revelation 3:14-22 KJV
(14) And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
(15) I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

Because of a tepid response, they will be openly rebuked…. Being spit out of His mouth.

(16) So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Their tepid response is because they feel that they are rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing. Yet, they know not that they are really wretched, miserable, poor, BLIND and naked.

(17) Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

They are to have FAITH in what they hear so that they may be truly rich and have true works of righteousness (white raiment so that they may be clothed)…..for nothing that is hidden (the hidden things of dishonesty) shall stay hidden but shall be revealed for all to see.

(18) I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

OPEN REBUKE is better than hidden love….for those many that He loves, He rebukes and chastens so that they might be HOT (zealous) and change their minds (repent).

(19) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

The Lord shall spew them out of His mouth….that is, openly rebuke them. As many as He loves, He rebukes and chastens.

Proverbs 27:5 KJV
(5) Open rebuke is better than secret love.

(20) Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

If they can overcome, then He will grant them to sit with Him in His throne…..

(21) To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
(22) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The shepherds of the flocks are blind watchmen who are to be openly rebuked….as Peter was openly rebuked…for they savor the things of men rather than the things of God.

Mark 8:33-37 KJV
(33) But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.
(34) And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
(35) For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

They are to lose their souls….the covetous thoughts and intents of the hearts…in order to save them. They are to quit savoring the things of men and seek first the kingdom of God. What profit is there for a man if he should gain the whole world but lose his own soul?

(36) For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
(37) Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Jesus openly rebukes the blind shepherds…..He spits upon the “eyes”.

Mark 8:22-29 KJV
(22) And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him.
(23) And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.

They are anointed with “eye salve” so that they may see. SO THAT THEY MAY SEE THAT ALL MEN ARE AS TREES WALKING.

Where are the blind shepherds leading other men? The Lord looks for the fruits of righteousness from the “trees” of men. Where are their fruit? What have the blind shepherds been teaching them so that they are without fruit all these years?

(24) And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.

They are to discern the body of Christ and feed it….take care of it….watch over it. They are to see that Christ is in them and they are to be fed so that they may produce the fruits of righteousness in Him.

(25) After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
(26) And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town.
(27) And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am?
(28) And they answered, John the Baptist: but some say, Elias; and others, One of the prophets.

The shepherds are to see every man clearly….Christ in them and so act accordingly.

(29) And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.

Remember the goats and the sheep. The shepherds who take care of the least of His brothers have done it FOR HIM….for they are His body.

Matthew 25:31-40 KJV
(31) When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
(32) And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
(33) And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
(34) Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

You took ME in.

(35) For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

You clothed ME. You visited ME. I was in prison and you came unto ME.

(36) Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
(37) Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
(38) When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
(39) Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
(40) And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

If the shepherds love Him, they will FEED His sheep. When they are converted, they are to strengthen the brothers….the least…as they will do it for Him..

Luke 22:31-34 KJV
(31) And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
(32) But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
(33) And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
(34) And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

Feed His sheep….

John 21:17 KJV
(17) He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

The eye salve…..men are as trees walking. They need guidance in their walking. They need the fruits of righteousness. FEED THEM with the Truth so that they may produce fruits of righteousness. Water them so that the Seed sprouts in faith and grows up into the Head….Christ. God gives the increase. God is love and so love causes the growth.
