Wait. Our minds are inter-connected? How so?
I'm in no position to say.
It's an experiential matter, and the nuts and bolts of it have not yet been determined.

Inter-connected, as in not just one human to another (yawn boring), but in a pagan, all things on Earth type of way, right?
Why limit it to earth?

Consciousness is but a tiny (if vital) part of reality.

There are more and more evidence I have of realistic positions in people's lives

--Black magic is there! But these things affect only those who are disconnected with God or to say it simply THE TRUTH. And such things affect mostly who do not live a clean and honorable life.
I have had the experience in my life.
A women tried by all her means ( she had about 200-300 black magic ingredients in her room, like sindhoor, hairs, tooth, blood, bones etc.etc.) in small ( about 2 inch dia) containers. She failed to lake me come under her spells. Then she gave me arsenic mixed in coffee. This also did not affect me as I had 16 motions from 11 pm to 6 am.
She was punished for her action by the SUPREME BEING and her son was crushed under one of the family's trucks.
Another lady tried her efforts to destroy my family. We had difficulties but we survived but she was punished by loosing her husband's entire business and now in the stages of divorcing her husband.
Black magic practitioners should know black magic do not pay

--At the time of the Prophet Solomon and Moses
Peace be upon them

we find these referred to in the following Quranic verses:

"They pursued what the devils taught concerning Solomon's kingdom. Solomon, however, was not a disbeliever, but the devils were disbelievers. They taught the people sorcery, and that which was sent down through the two angels of Babel, Haroot and Maroot. These two did not divulge such knowledge without pointing out: "This is a test. You shall not abuse such knowledge." But the people used it in such evil schemes as the breaking up of marriages. They can never harm anyone against the will of God. They thus learn what hurts them, not what benefits them, and they know full well that whoever practices witchcraft will have no share in the Hereafter. Miserable indeed is what they sell their souls for, if they only knew" 2:102

So your god punished the innocent husband and the innocent son for the "transgressions" of the magicians?

I bet you didn't file a police report on the woman for attempted murder. How did you find out the coffee was spiked? How did you know it was arsenic? How did you know she planted it?

The person who uses black magic
Trying to hurt people and differentiate between spouses
allah warned us of that

allah does not hurt the innocent

Therefore
I feel
You
little understanding

---- Dear brothers, herein, I recommend you, your wife, your relatives, and whoever else experiences these fears with the following:

1. Connect yourselves to Allah sincerely, abide by the legal obligations, refrain from unlawful things, always be pure and always busy yourselves with the remembrance of Allah! Thus, you will protect yourselves from the evil whisperings of the Satan, from magic, and from every evil doing of man and the Devils.

2. Keep these ideas away from your minds as if they do not exist! Thinking of these matters in itself prepares the ground for such illusions and makes the soul fertile to receive misfortunes.

3. Try to keep away from enmities and from those who would use unlawful means to harm you!

4. Beware of those who deal with what are called “unusual sciences”, for they look forward to your money before they think of your treatment!

5. Always recite the Holy Qur'an and the supplications of Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) inside your houses, and especially the ziyara of al-Jami’a al-Kabira, the ziyara of Ashura, the tradition of al-Kisa’, the Verse of al-Kursi (2:255) five times, and “astaghfirullah” (I ask Allah to forgive me) seventy times!..

And yet, your anecdote clearly involved Allah targeting family members of the culprit, rather than the culprit herself.

Chanting repetitious phrases for the purpose of protection?
Why, that's clearly a practice that any anthropologist would identify as "magic".

Does believing that help you sleep at night?
Hahaha.
Hahaha!
MUWHAHAHAHAOK I'm done.

Nobody in the Western World is worried about magic these days. Christians are too busy worrying about catching "teh gay" and everyone else is worried about the economy.

I believe in magic or influence by unormalised f- not theoretically understood - forces or systematics. So blowing on knots orceven clicking ones fingers with intent can reverberate through the universe and take effect. If i click with benignity to your face cannot the same action have a similar power behind your back. I am regrowing my being through muscular and neuronal action and that relation ill flow from me just as placing a weight in a bathtub causes the water to move. The idea of a spiritvin a vaccuum was mocked by anticartesians you know and dont the skeptics just like to quote them? So, consistency please. Of course intent may break down as it leaves the body but at least the body map remains in memory and dendritic persistence as a model posessing causal devotion. Meaning a specific configurational attitude persisits physically and may influence affairs through body language, and cognitive map influences on social dynamics even if not explicitally revealed in public openly.

So
Why God warned us of that?

And also there is the treatment? Why?

here

Anything mentioned in the Holy Qur'an and the Hadith
So
Exists and is real

Envy or magic or other
This happened with the prophets and messengers

Quote:

Will it help if a non Muslim does that?

Good question
Accrue interest
Through the correct belief
And faith in one allah and the prophets senders
For it is allah's words

Interest will not come to you
if
You are far from oneness
allah, who wrote the Qur'an

wants all the glory for himself

in the Quran
60. Is not He (better than your gods) Who created the heavens and the earth, and sends down for you water (rain) from the sky, whereby We cause to grow wonderful gardens full of beauty and delight? It is not in your ability to cause the growth of their trees. Is there any ilah (god) with Allah? Nay, but they are a people who ascribe equals (to Him)!

61. Is not He (better than your gods) Who has made the earth as a fixed abode, and has placed rivers in its midst, and has placed firm mountains therein, and has set a barrier between the two seas (of salt and sweet water) . Is there any ilah (god) with Allah? Nay, but most of them know not.

62. Is not He (better than your gods) Who responds to the distressed one, when he calls Him, and Who removes the evil, and makes you inheritors of the earth, generations after generations. Is there any ilah (god) with Allah? Little is that you remember!

63. Is not He (better than your gods) Who guides you in the darkness of the land and the sea, and Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy (rain)? Is there any ilah (god) with Allah? High Exalted be Allah above all that they associate as partners (to Him)!

64. Is not He (better than your so-called gods) Who originates creation, and shall thereafter repeat it, and Who provides for you from heaven and earth? Is there any ilah (god) with Allah? Say, "Bring forth your proofs, if you are truthful."

This is the basis
Who can change the truth
Survive him alone
The patio and death for all mankind

You do anything to change that
If you can not die

Amorly, did you mean "path" or something else?

A "patio" is someplace you eat or relax outside. I know Satan is often associated with heat and flame, but the only sort of heat and flame on my patio is the place I cook my kebabs.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused about what you meant here.

It's a clear sign of intellectual bankruptcy when the only way you can deal with your competitors is by killing them. Or, to put it in Isaac Asimov's words:

"Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent."

While we're on the subject of famous quotes from the world of science fiction, this one might also apply:

Any science sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic. -- Arthur C. Clarke

So before we go damning things as magic, it pays to be careful and take the time to understand if it actually is actual...magic.

The Reconquistas thought the irrigation system the Moors had put in was "magic" and destroyed much of it -- setting back agriculture in Spain for a long long time.

Why? Well it *must* be magic since those awful evil Mooslims had created it. And of course they didn't understand it. Ignorance is not always bliss.

And this is just circular logic at its worst, born of a blind authoritarianism.
I'm trying to think what good things authoritarianism has brought to human existence.

Kinda coming up with "bupkis" at the moment.

As for amorly's general point, I will however mention in passing that Baha'i Writings do advise Baha'is to stay away from what might be called "psychic forces."

I've no idea what that's about, but you never know, we may have more capacity than we imagine but still lack the wisdom to deal with it. It might be rather like a child playing with matches for all I know.

Mostly I'm too much a skeptic to care to be bothered with it.

I mean death
This word typed by mistake

So---
?
Well said. There was a time during the so-called "dark ages" in Europe when especially women were blamed for practicing black magic. Many inncoent women were found guilty by the inquisition run by the Catholic church after torturing them to confess and burned alive at the stake.

Yes
There Antichrist - and sleight-of-hand - and black magic

--sleight-of-hand

We believe that these acts of sorcery forbidden in apparent
But does not give the rule of magic
As mentioned in the accompanying papers of these charlatans who Fascinate the eyes of the people is not the fact,
This should not be longer than one who disbelieves does magic
Because it uses jinn or demons,
But
is the result of sleight of hand and typecast
And imagination to the eyes of those present
And knowledge of the properties and some of the mysteries of chemistry
Such as images that were mentioned in the question,

Examples of sorcery that some people do it
And who fancy they see it beyond the capacity of human beings he Imagine that of magic
But are illusions
The behavior of the tricks that Fascinate the eyes of the people as did Pharaoh's magicians, God said:  if their ropes and their rods surmises of magic they seek 
Thus these acts listed are fantasies
But
If children are raised On that
Believed in these charlatans they afford to change the facts and the revival of the dead, and this belief signed in disbelief or And introductions to him
