Your longest relationship?

3 years, and I don't count how many months we were engaged, and all that junk haha doesn't hurt at all that we're no longer together (I ended it). I still love her, but I'm nowhere near in-love with her like I was.

I have never had a conversation with a member of the opposite sex (family excluded) that lasted longer than five minutes outside of a work context.

About 2 months into our relationship, we had always been friends before this (knowing each other for 3 years at this point); and we would talk to each other for countless of hours, and finally I just told her that I loved her and she said that she'd been waiting to hear that from me for so long... anyway, yeah, after we started dating for awhile I proposed and we were engaged for the remainder of the relationship.

Nope, never been interested.

Physical attraction means nothing to me when it comes to wanting to talk to a girl. I must be able to connect intellectually or spiritually with them, and that is exceedingly rare.

Within five minutes I know if I want to continue talking to them.

I have little patience for flirtatious frivolities.
