Fr Peter Farrington, a British man who is a Coptic priest in the UK, simply recognises EOs as already having been baptised and chrismated without any further need of ceremony and so permits them to come straight to Holy Communion. Indeed, I have read words of his on why it is a modern innovation for the OO Churches not to receive EOs in this way.

In other locations chrismation is the norm while around 50 years ago there were some who would even go so far as to baptise EOs again on the premise that they may not have received a valid baptism if the orders of their clergy were not valid due to heresy. Thankfully I know of none who still follow this line of reasoning.
