Jesus was the model of civility and interpersonal relationships.

:amen:
And everytime he was not, he still was, because it was modelly civil not to be civil in these circumstances.

Living a sinless life is just so easy when you are defined as being sinless.

Pretty white guy with Dave Grohl's facial hair. Yeah, it's fairly silly.

"Silly"??? Did you just blaspheme DAVE GROHL????

HERETIC! Oh you'll pay! When Dave gets back...and he will....you will so know the wages of your sin!

Now let us turn in our hymnals to "M.I.A."....

"Call and I'll answer
at home in the lost and found...
You say that I'm much too proud..."

Yea verily.

If a scientific endeavor fails to achieve its stated expectations ... even fails drastically, but from it comes a new and/or better product; is that scientific endeavor considered a "success" or a "failure"? or both? or neither? or what?

Typical, you view things as either complete failures or successes.

You seem to fail to comprehend that something can provide new knowledge while not achieving its intended aims.

Hey ... you guys are the ones having trouble rubber-stamping this, not I.

You don't want to rubber-stamp it; but you'll criticize those who do, eh?

Yes, because they lack perspective and see things only in black and white.

Rubber-stamping something as THIS or THAT often completely ignores perspective.

Then stamp it DOES NOT APPLY.

Stamp it something, for crying out loud.

Quit whining about it and trying to make me look like the fall guy here.

I have. People have.

You just kept whining that no-one would rubber stamp it the way you wanted them to.

And how do I want them to rubber stamp it, skavau?

Please show me from the OP where I'm being selective ... if you can, that is.

You didn't ask that in your OP, but you demanded I rubber stamp:

You said:
You have two rubber stamps: one says SUCCESS, the other says FAILURE.

You have in front of you a report containing the Challenger disaster, along with the design of the new-and-improved (and much safer) shuttle.

Stamp the report.

The terms success and failure are loaded terms.
You're attaching emotional concepts to these things
in order to construct an argument, which is fallacious.
like any number of fallacious arguments re the "practice of medicine", eh?

In general, when we learn more about the universe that's a good thing.
But sometimes the methods are sobering, like when mistakes resulting in the loss of life are involved.
At any rate, we learn from tragedies so we don't have to see them repeated.
How many millions... of Unborns have (both before &
since 1975) been mass-murdered by the AMA
so
When?? are you gonna STOP repeating those profitable abortions, for starters.

How many millions... of children, soldiers, adults, etc have been killed by the AMA
so
When?? are you gonna STOP repeating those, for starters.

How many millions... of others have been irreversibly harmed by the AMA
so
When?? are you gonna STOP repeating those, for starters.

Yeah, we all know the Hippocratic Oath: 'FIRST
(not least, or if convenient). No. FIRST, do NO!! harm' (that applies to outer-space too)

I'm glad that not everyone sits on the sidelines and
harasses the method like you do.
Otherwise, no advancements would ever be made.
The greatest scientific advancements for human safety
has been in SANITATION, and emergency procedures.

Have a read of my second sentence again, AV. Once you stop doing that, then we can talk.

All knowledge is of God both good and evil, it comes from God. God created everything and has a beautiful purpose for everything. God will bring everything to its logical conclusion.
I could say the same thing about Tom.

All knowledge is of Tom both good and evil, it comes from Tom. Tom created everything and has a beautiful purpose for everything. Tom will bring everything to its logical conclusion.
