There have been some pretty awesome bands already named here, mainly Underoath and As I Lay Dying. I'm into more of the hardcore/metalcore, screamo, progressive, alternative, and just plain rock.

Disciple is a great band. Also Thousand Foot Krutch and Red. A new band I saw at Winterjam that sounded pretty good is WeAsHuman. Check them out.
