Funny term but nah. Most 'believers' who don't care for the law really don't care for it because it proves the fact of us all having the presence of sin. Those who dodge the law do so thinking the entirety of themselves is all okey dokey under grace, which certainly isn't the case.
Then there is the other side of the coin where some actually think their presence of sin is legal and obedient. I'd consider it a certainty that if the law sez not to do something, the presence of sin DOES sin by inserting sin thoughts in resistance to 'any LAW.'
Not eating shrimp doesn't really take a close enuf look inside at 'what sin really does' in relationship to the LAW.
