Does a lady remain a virgin if she receives artificial insemination? What about In Vitro Fertilization so no sperm enter her body?

Is it sexual immorality if an unmarried woman uses either of the above two methods to have a child?

And has any human ever done one of the above while still a virgin? (I'm pretty sure cows have virgin birth all the time with a prize winning bull they've never seen as the father, and farmers care to confirm?)

Depends on how you define virgin. If the term means a woman who's never had sexual intercourse with a man, then it's certainly possible for a virgin to get pregnant, and later give birth, through assisted reproductive techniques.

Not sure how to define virgin.

If it means to never had sexual intercourse with a man, I am certain that many women have had virgin pregnancies. If it means to have never had any sexual organ stimulation ever, that would be much rarer.
