Not that I want to put ideas into anyone's head .... ;) :D

The implications of my 'I'm OUT' comment is that both sides have weighted in on the discussion and nothing more of substance has been added.

Regarding the insipid and snarky remarks that followed, it only confirms my intuition that this topic has been thoroughly discussed.

Col. 2 prohibits the christian from acknowledging worldly prohibitions that appear wise and spiritual but have no true power against fleshly indulgence.

If the Christian must, as a matter of personal conscience, abstain from X, he may not make up a "do not X" for any other Christian. It's a man-made prohibition and thus devoid of power.

Except that you haven't answered my question, or any of the others I've asked on this topic.

It really hasn't been discussed. You've said many things in many posts, and we all know what you believe. I, for one, don't understand it, and when I ask a question or point out a contradiction or problem of something you've said, you cahnge the subject/start another thread.

So, many posts, and some insults, later your advice to us is, "Do Christmas if you want to."
Well thanks - most of us in this Christian forum intend doing just that.

Huh? What is X? Are you saying because all food is pure that all works of flesh are also now pure? Do i misunderstand you?

I think you have something there.
