Its not a politically correct thing to say anymore, but you're right. The sexes have their roles, that's only obvious, even though the establishment seems to be doing their darndest to deny it.
I would liken human beings to mallard ducks. Mallards form pair bonds much like humans. The drake is brightly colored, because his role is to divert predators away from the hen. The hen is camoflauged, because she needs to hide over her eggs. The drake has his natural role, and the hen has hers.
Sometimes the drake can't perform his role because he's either injured or dead, and sometimes he can be a dead beat just like human dads can be. But that doesn't change the drake's natural role.
Likewise, sometimes human fathers can't perform their natural role. Maybe he's lost his job, or he's a deadbeat, or the modern feminist world has hurt his ability to perform his natural function. That doesn't change his natural role, which is to defend, provide for, and lead his wife and her children.
