For a week and a half I have felt a feeling of impending doom!

Today I had a biking accident...rode right into a parked car. I'm really beat up, bruises, busted lip with stitches and a chipped tooth that needs to be looked at in 24 hours but my dentist hasn't returned my call.

I wish my premonition had been more specific! I would have put the stinking bike away for the winter

Oh Lamb. I pray that you heal up from this fast.

Sorry to hear about that. What about concussion? That is often a problem with these kinds of accidents.

No concussion and no broken bones! I'm having a really hard time finding a dentist on a Saturday! The tooth isn't in pain so I'm not too worried if I can't get a hold of one until Monday. It's just awkward and I have to be careful because of the chip.

We are going to the mountains for the weekend. We're leaving today. We are taking our granddaughters with us which I'll probably need another vacation when we get back LOL. We should have fun though.

Well I got a day's work in yesterday securing a friend's paddock against rampaging ponies (LOL). Her little fellows have been having a grand time destroying the fence and wandering around the neighborhood lately. I did my best to close up the gaps and set up a functional hot wire (well it's a fabric tape with wire in it but...). Unfortuneately, the fence charger unit seems to be dead. I do hope the solar unit will work today to charge the tape/wire. The battery certainly seems to be dead. Poor Mary, she's so sick of chasing those mischevious little ponies all over the arroyo below her property.

The lil' girlies went along too. Gotta bring them as they need feeding every three hours or so. They had a wonderful time running along and helpin' out. Louise likes blackberry leaves a lot and Thelma likes the unhulled bermuda.
