• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

    If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

    If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. my grandma's cancer has recently come back. she had breast cancer twice, but was in remission for two years. now she's on radiation and possibly chemo for bone cancer [dont know which kind] and liver cancer.

i'd appreciate it if you could pray for her, and also pray that she finds God during her fight.

i'll be praying for anybody who needs it.

Please pray for my friend Suzy with Breast cancer. I think this is the second or third time for her and she is now refusing treatment.

Pray for John, my friend and co-worker who will have a second surgery right after Thanksgiving for bladder cancer.

Keep me in prayer, too, please. I am 3 1/2 year so far, cancer free lung cancer survivor.

God is still in control. Amen!!!

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've been on this site, but I feel now that God led me back here today. I have recently been blessed with several friends, and one has cancer and one went for tests today. PLEASE keep them in your prayers. I really have a heart for these girls and the situations they have been facing. I also have an old friend whos father was diagnosed with a brain tumor and another friends father with cancer although I am not sure what type. Please please keep them in your prayers, the Bible says that the prayers of a righteous man availeth much and I truely believe that God hears our prayers. I believe He can heal them and I am asking for people's help in touching His heart and asking for their healing. My heart really hurts for them and the fear they must be facing. Thank you so much for everything!

My mother has Stage IV breast cancer in her bones- three spots (spine, skull, ribs). She's going through treatments and will be getting tested for the rest of her life. Please pray that it doesn't spread and that she lives to see and love her grandchildren- alongside her loving husband.

Wow, this thread is old. Forgot it was around.

Bill, I am a five year Osteosarcoma survivor. Osteosarcoma is the most common of the sarcoma cancer, which are definitely rare. If you need to talk about cancer my pm box is open. Cancer really does suck.

I will add you all to my prayer list, I have seen a person healed instantly through prayer in Jesus name, so I know he can do it for you. Also consider joining the "Strive for 5", which is a call to pray daily for 5 minutes for a cancer cure. See Christian Research Forum | Finding Cures the God Way for details.
