I've been doing little jobs here and there for some companies, such as logos and whatnot.

I have Photoshop, InDesign, graphic design, and photography skills. But I'm really on the brink for money for a number of reason.

I'm very good, and have plenty of time to spend towards projects.

yep people post on bidding sites like elance and freelancer looking for this kind of work often. If you don't like bidding for jobs, then check web design/art/photography forums and post your services there with a folio. Having your own site or a folio hosted somewhere is very important as well so that people can see your work.
