and cindy's work records have been delivered by her employers

it turns out that cindy was at work and working on her own computer which she logged into using her own password

so unless cindy can be in two places at the same time- she lied and has opened her own self up to being arrested for perjury

Not too sure about this as well. I don't know very much about computers, however I remember two years ago when my son visited us. My son was able to access his home computer through our computer. (Never knew that could be done before.)

Also, I remember that back when I was working for a certain company, office assistants to the secretary would be given the secretary's password so that they would be able to log-in to the computer without constantly bothering the secretary to log-in for them. Have heard other attorneys mention that there have been other cases of this happening.

but cindy testified that she was the only one who used her password

in addition to that, if she accessed her computer from work, she did not testify to that fact (?) and also it would have shown in the companys reports that she accessed another computer from work

if cindy lied. i absolutely agree that she should prosecuted- like is said, it appears that casey learned how to lie from her mother

Hasn't she been thru enough.I hear she could get 15 years, for what most mothers would do.Lie so her daughter doesn't get death. Also lying doesn't compare to murder,A lot of people teach there kids to lie, there kids don't end up murdering there kids or other people.

Most? I pray not. I am a mother and will not lie to excuse any of my children of wrong doing. And lie to save my daughter from the DP? No. Truth is truth - precious. My kids know I will not lie for their actions. And I certainly will not take an oath to God to be witness and to approve a lie. And yes, hold me to my same standards

Cindy had full knowledge of what she was doing and has no excuse. Don't drag the oh but she is a mom into the fray to excuse her decision. She should be charged with perjury. To choose to excuse her daughter of murder of her granddaughter is totally repugnant to me.

Closing coming tomorrow. Then delib's and the verdict. God be with all children of this world.

Wow! The news has a story on the Casey Anthony trial and read George Anthony's suicide note. I don't think I ever heard George Anthony's suicide note before, did I just miss it? Was it read to the jury? Anyway the note said something about it being his fault--he's sorry--that Caylee shouldn't be where she is and that Casey shouldn't be where she is. Now granted that the note was written under extreme circumstances, but it does seem to able to be taken two ways.

Acsully he thought it was his fault, because he thought Casey friends were hiding Caylee, even got a gun to confront them.It also said in the letter, that he couldn't believe she was so close to home, when they found her body.Meaning he believe what his daughter was telling him, thought it was his fault.

I sure Cindy would say the same thing 20 years ago.

has she been through enouph ?

well apparently she has not been through enouph to know better than to tell easily proven lies in a court of law

15 years sounds about right

it would do wonders for george- he could get his life back

I think it crazy to give her 12 years, for trying to protect her daughter,I could she a huge fine or comunity service, but 15 years is crazy. That would probobly do more harm to Gorge anyways, what makes you think,he would just move on,mabey he would just try to kill his self again. His daughter is in prision, maybe get the death penalty, his grand daughter is dead.what is he supposed to move on to.

Yech. I can't believe you two like George. IMO, he's really odd. Calling that woman he had an affair with a "bad woman" from the witness stand, but at the same time admitting that he took $20,000 from her! And don't forget George was caught on survellience tape going to her house!

after two months of looking like a clown, baez shines like a star on his closing argument

true- his closing argument that is going on live right now is very compelling

but i do not buy his argument that the prosecution is trying to paint casey in a bad light or trying to use kaylee as emotional collateral

casey went out and partied and got a tatoo after putting her baby in a trashbag and discarding her in a swamp

it is perfectly rellevent to the issue

You mean that Casey went out and partied and got a tatoo after her baby died. Everyone can agree that the remains were found in a trashbag in the woods (it didn't look swampy to me!--they said that this was the same time period as when Caylee was found, and the place didn't look wet at all). As far as whether Casey did the "burying?", well, the jury is still out. Haven't even heard the defense's closing arguments (supposed to resume in a short time after their lunch break.)

Remember, if Casey just wanted her baby dead, she would have had an abortion way back. And if she did that, she would have had the court's blessing.

Remember the charges are Murder 1, Aggravated child abuse, and 4 counts of lying to the police.

it was a swamp due to a storm when the body was tossed there, remember ?

the abortion argument does not fly- we know of a person who drowned her six kids in the bathtub and there is no disputing that- the fact that casey did not get an abortion is no argument

here is what baez asked george anothony when he was on the stand:

do you remember grabbing casey by the throat, slamming her up against the wall, and yelling in her face, "WHERE IS KAYLEE !!"

of course that was thrown out by the judge

but if baez says all the evidence points towards george- why would he ask him if he did something that would make no sense if george did it ?

even baez does not believe george did it, apparently

Except she didn't have the money to get an abortion,if she had the money maybe she would have. She was going to give her up for adoption to a freind, but was talked out of it.I wouldn't be surpriced if she use her child for attencion. Also she looked up,How do you kill someone cloriform, then they find the smell of death in the trunk, choriform in a gatorade bottle, with a syringe. That sounds like she planed it,carried it out.

I don't know about that. Did you hear Baez's closing arguments? Detailed the duct tape argument and the fact that George has been continually lying.

Then Baez pointed out that the prosecutor was laughing during his closing arguments. The judge abruptly stopped it all and now the judge is having a look at the taped recording. Evidently, the laughing is a no-no.

i wonder if the judge can now call a mistrial

or if he will find them guilty of contempt...

if he does will he announce the sentence then or wait until after thr trial- after he sent that one lady to jail for her outburst and that other guy for flipping the finger this should be very interesting

I think he did really good in opening statements and closing arguments. He's very good at punching holes in the prosecution's case. YET, it's still smoke and mirrors in my opinion. Casey was the only one to benefit from the death of Caylee (her freedom). The defense attorney is just really good at what he does.

what he is trying to convince the jury of is that circumstantial evidence does not amount for anything

casey herself is her own worst evidence- the lying, partyng, tatooing

according to the defense- george is responsible and casey is the victim, kaylee, who is kaylee ?
