what they said^^

I'm curious if you actually read these replies. Or if you post to vent frustration and then run away. It seems like you post a couple of these a month and then never actually reply to anyone. Not to be glib, but it makes me wonder what the point is.

bottom line is (assuming you're reading this) nothing is going to change and you'll never understand until you actually talk to someone involved in your church.

Since you seem to have trouble with your church quite often I'd recommend reading Purpose Driven Life or Purpose Driven Church. In Purpose Driven Life there is a whole section that talks about biblically dealing with unity in the church. I think you'd find those verses very helpful.

Also, I'd suggest you look at why you're doing the things you do. Is it for the recognition and to be considered a "leader" or is it to serve God?

does this mean they dont think Im a leader anymore?

if you have to ask ... yes

leaders lead, they don't take it as a slight if they don't get poked or tweeted in pseudo interactions online. You gotta be above that.

I totally agree. As long as you're serving God it doesn't matter whether people notice it or not.

First you come here wondering why your married youth pastor is avoiding you when you had a crush on him, then you felt excluded when they passed out flyers for an event for college aged students, and now this?

You've received some really good replies to all of those topics, but it doesn't appear you've read any of them. Its sort of frustrating when you keep coming back with pretty much the same exact issue when we've all told you about a million times to either find a new church, or talk to the appropriate people in your church about your problems.
