Ephesians 2:8-9 tell us that faith is a gift from God. The sinner is spiritual dead in their sins. They can not believe, because they will not believe. Therefore God can hold them accountable for their unbelief. When the grace of God falls on a person, God brings the person to the point where they WILL repent and they WILL believe and WILL be saved. Unless God reaches out to men to be saved, no one is getting saved.
What if the person resist God when God reaches out?
What if the person resist God when God reaches out?
And an eye is a gift, but it's also a privilege since not everyone has sight.Your next heartbeat is a gift.........
Your next breath is a gift..........
Each blink of your eye is a gift..........
Why would God reach out for the resistance. If He already knew, He wouldn't bother to think of reaching out. He called and NONE answered. He reached out and no one replied. What if the person resist God when God reaches out?
The presence is a gift.Your next heartbeat is a gift.........
Your next breath is a gift..........
Each blink of your eye is a gift..........
Everything is controlled by the objectives: Gods objective and mans objective. God is objective driven so understanding His objective explains Jesus going to the cross, satan roaming the earth, tragedies of all kind, sin, hell and in this case why those that will never accept Gods forgiveness (and God knows them) are still allowed to roam the earth. Why would God reach out for the resistance. If He already knew, He wouldn't bother to think of reaching out. He called and NONE answered. He reached out and no one replied.
There would be nothing to reach for. The bottomless pits are already created. Someone is teaching you the possibility of resistance.

John 6
29Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent."
It's gramatically incorrect to say "it is the gift of God" refers to the word faith in Eph 2. Even John MacArthur agrees (and he's a Calvinist).
You forgot the context.
Then they said to Him, What shall we do, that we may work the works of God? Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent. Therefore they said to Him, What sign will You perform then, that we may see it and believe You? What work will You do?
