And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. <-----> Luke 2:8-14
Spirits are often invisible except for the influence or effect which they bring/cause. Sometimes they manifest in a variety of ways, sometimes appearing as mortal men, sometimes as angelic beings, as well as things like fire, wind + [animal form].
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. <-----> Hebrews 13:2
Not all spirits/angels are good -
He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them. <-----> Psalm 78:49
And outward appearance isn't a reliable means of discernment.
... For Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. <---> 2nd Corinthians 11:14
And there are other examples in Scripture besides these.
