i like ling from FMA, rentin from eureka seven, and kenshin of course!
as for anime girls i like eureka from eureka seven, claire from claymore, and misa misa from deathnote.

Haruhi and Ichigo is always my favorite...........

I tried watching xxxHolic and had to stop. The art style is interesting, but the characters and story are very archetypical, and that is to my distaste.

Shirley is my favorite anime girl.

Subtle, very subtle.
I just finished the anime a week or so ago, and he was my favorite character in it.
Oh, and I'm adding Tsubaki to my Girls list.
Another Soul Eater character.
There is something to respect when you put up with the idiot Black Star all day.
