The tilt of the axis isn't static, it wobbles naturally. That said, as far as the 2012 stuff goes, it needs to be remembered that the only significance 2012 has in the Mayan calendar is that it was the end of a calendar cycle. The Mayans were amazing astronomers and mathematicians and had a complex means of keeping time based on their mathematical observation of the stars. December 21st 2012 simply marks the end of a cycle of time, in the same way that we measure the cycles of years, decades, centuries and so forth. December 31st 2011 marks the end of the year 2011, and on January 1st, 2012 begins the year of 2012. It's just a calendar system.

So, no, the earth's axis isn't going flip over or anything, 2012 won't bring about catastrophic events due to some magical knowledge which the Mayans had. It will simply mark the transition from one calendar cycle to the next.

There is a phenomenon known as "true polar wander" which is a slow movement of the spin axis of the earth due to changes in the weight distribution of the crust and the mantle layers over time...

A few months back an airport in florida had to temporarily shut down because of a polar shift which caused improper reading of certain flight equipment in both the planes and the control tower. They had to make adjustments to their navigational systems to compensate.

None the matter, religion is an act Christianity is a Way of Life.

OP the earth will pass to the other side of the the center of the galaxy, as this happens there will be more that will happen than what some of the skeptics are disclaiming.

When will this happen?

Somewhere between now and later on, but sooner than most believe and during this generation.

This is most likely to be PART of the reason that the stars fall and the moon and sun are darkened (King Jesus, Prophet Joel and Apostle John).

We can only point out the signs, we cannot make anyone believe in them.

HOWEVER, when they do happen and they will happen, those who have been scoffing at them will not be ready for the consequences.

Father has always had His will be done according to the cause and effect that He set in motion from day 1.

Remember, it was the poisoning of sulfurous lava and ash into the river, turning its waters red and consequently cased each of the following plagues that overtook Egypt.

I'd be surprised if you knew anything about what HAARP actually does. I'd really be surprised if you could "explain" a connection between the ionosphere and earthquakes. I'd even be more surprised if you knew what the ionosphere is and I'd really be surprised if you knew the amount of energy that it absorbs and discharges every day and night from solar and other cosmic sources of radiation.

but no, ignorance is bliss.

I knew someone who worked on HAARP. I don't think a few megawatts pumped into the ionosphere causes earthquakes. Man, why am I even bothering to respond to this nonsense.

It's actually pretty cool. The ionosphere is too high to be reached by balloons and too low to be reached by spacecraft, so it's tough to study. So HAARP does its thing by "illuminating" the ionosphere with HF radio signals fired more or less straight up from a big honkin' array of crossed dipole antennas. The antennas (antennae?) are in a phased array so the signal can be steered to some extent, and the dipole elements are arranged so that their polarity can be shifted. The amount of power they're zapping into the sky is enough to give any ham operator who's into DX visions of a 5 zone Worked All Stations certificate, but not enough to agitate the ionosphere much at all. I think the ERP off the arrays is in the neighborhood of a gigawatt (!), but the sun blasts the ionosphere with thousands of times that much EM energy, all the time. It's pretty exciting stuff, but probably bores non-radio-geeks to tears.

Who's to say that the earth isn't getting ready for biblical prophecy to come to pass.....Isaiah 24:17-20~ Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth.
18 And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.

The last 4 major quakes from Indonesia in 2004 until now have wobbled the earth on it's axis.
