Matthew 11:28 - 30

"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Yeah... I needed a refreshing from God...

I did the hardest thing of all today... I finally went up to the person I couldn't forgive and finally told them that I forgive them... and I feel so much much better... I can't believe what a load off my shoulders it is and I feel FREE!!!

Praise God!

YEAH!!! Absolutely...!!!

BTW, did I mention I feel FREE!!! FREE!!!

This is a faithful saying:
For if we died with Him,
We shall also live with Him.
If we endure,
We shall also reign with Him.
If we deny Him,
He also will deny us.
If we are faithless,

Sometimes I feel as though I'm not getting much out of my life, that I'm not doing enough for God... and at times I feel kind of depressed like I don't know where I'm headed in life (as in the type of job, ministry, etc)... but...


Ephesians 3:14 - 19

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height -- to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

So after reading that... I feel encouraged!! ... it was amazing... cos I just opened my bible and there that verse was... just that second ago this is so cool!!!

Sharptee - Yeah!! I agree!! And you know what... just last night I rejoined my church's music ministry team... I had a long long break... but I think it's something that's been on my heart for awhile... so WOO HOO!!!

Here's another scripture that touched my heart as I was doing my quiet time:

John 15:5-7

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot
bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine,
neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
I am the vine, you are the branches. He who
abides in Me, and I in him bears much fruit; for
without Me you can do nothing.
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as
a branch and is withered; and they gather them
and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you,
you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done
for you.

PRAISE GOD FOR HE IS GOOD, AND HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER!!! SO LET'S ABIDE IN JESUS!!!

Have you ever wondered what "abide" means... I just wondered that very moment... I'm checking it now:

The collins concise dictionary says:

abide: 1. to tolerate; put up with. 2. to accept or submit to. 3a. to comply (with): to abide by the decision. b. to remain faithful (to): to abide by your promise.

(that was for anyone else who was interested in that - Sorry... I'm very long winded )

Yeah RayNay, you are totally right, God is so ready to move. I'm excited!! Is everyone else excited?


Well, I'm not here on a regular basis like some of you. But I try my best... anyway... here's my experience to share:

Lately, while driving on the road I feel like the traffic is getting extremely bad. I find myself always ALWAYS in the slow SLOW lane... I get so frustrated sometimes. But I've recently realised that this must be God's way of building patience (and now I've been humbled).

I've also really found it awesome to be playing praise and worship songs while driving that long journey to work every morning. The long journey doesn't seem so long, and everyone "out there" just seems to be far away. I know it's embarrassing and all... but I sing in the car :o , I find it has really freed me in so many ways... such as not being fearful of what others may think of me, and it gives me freedom, because I'm embarrassing myself for God...

John 12:23 - 26

But Jesus answered them, saying, "The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified. Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honour."

Just when I was loving my new temp job, I suddenly got humbled (yet again :o ). Because I was just told that they didn't want me anymore because they were looking for someone more qualified. But they did give me another job opportunity, however, it gets paid much much less . But I realised that I almost got too comfortable and started to depend on God less... OH NO... So, there we go!

Praise God!! I will rely on Him!!!

I'm feeling so sleepy and tired the whole day. I think I've been way too busy since Friday - Sunday non-stop and now I'm paying for it. I'm a little run down... man, I got to learn to relax a little more and not take too much on all at one time!!!

Ok... feeling kinda depressed today... I don't know what it is... is this a girl thing? It kinda makes me feel like not wanting to do my quiet times... but because I still want to do it, I will... keep perservering, 'cos I'm still pretty sure God is listening to me!!!

Luke 18:1 - 8

1 The He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,
2 saying: "There was a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man.
3 "Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, 'Get justice for me from my adversary.'
4 "And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, 'Though I do not fear God nor regard man,
5 'yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.'"
6 The the Lord said, "Hear what the unjust judge said.
7 "And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?
8 "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"
