Is this site wrong:
Ellen Gould Harmon White | LibraryThing They have a complete list of names by which she is referred to.
Or this site: Ellen G. White - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia They say her maiden name is Ellen Gould Harmon and when she married James, White was added to her legal name by marriage.
How about this one: Ellen Gould (Harmon) White and The Seventh Day Adventist Church - All Creatures Guide to Kingdom Living - life, heaven, earth, peace, justice, Bible study, discussion, commentary, God, Christ, Christian, Jewish, Jesus, Holy Spirit, vegetarian, vegeta
More here: LIBROdot.com
More: Ellen Gould Harmon White (Open Library)

Is this good enough to establish Ellen Gould Harmon White as the full legal name of Ellen Gould White. Is there a mistake?

So the Law of Christ is different then His Father's law? I thought Jesus said that everything He was teaching was what the Father told Him to teach? Did the Father give Jesus a new set of laws for us or did Jesus just decide that the Father's laws were too harsh and as such gave us a different set? Where can I find the law of Christ's?

Do the words Saturday is the Sabbath appear in either of those refenences? It is what is requested by the sabbatarian on this board concerning Sunday.
According to wiki, that word wasn't coined until about the 2nd century

Saturday - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Saturday is the day of the week following Friday and preceding Sunday.

Saturday is the sixth day of the week according to international standard ISO 8601, or the last (seventh) day of the week in conventions that consider the week as beginning on Sunday.

Saturday was named no later than the 2nd century for the planet Saturn, which controlled the first hour of that day according to Vettius Valens. Its Latin name dies Saturni ("Saturn's Day") entered into Old English as Sæternesdæg.

Thanks LLoJ. So they can't say the Scripture states Saturday is the Sabbath. They can't even say that Saturday is the 7th day according to the new moon calendar on a regular basis. This is why the Passover can occur in March or April.

If Josephus can be relied upon, it shows the feast of the Passover as 14th day of the 4th month. Interesting

The Destruction of Jerusalem - George Peter Holford, 1805AD

..............The day on which Titus encompassed Jerusalem, was the feast of the Passover.............

...............This memorable siege terminated on the eighth day of the ninth month, A.D. 70 : its duration was nearly five months, the Romans having invested the city on the fourteenth day of the fourth month, preceeding.

That verse doesn't answer a single question I asked. Jesus said "If you keep my commands you will remain in my love"

That doesn't answer not a one of the questions I asked.
I think it does because it clearly distinguishes between the commandments of Jesus and the commandments of His Father. We know for a fact that Jesus said he kept the 10 Cs. What then are His Father's commandments? Is there any indication that Jesus kepts something in addition to the law? Where? Is Jesus saying He didn't keep the 10 Cs? How do you get around this without denying the trinity which is a requirement to post here and a psuedo statement of your FBs? I really would like an explanation please.

Yep and that is from a new moon calendar which always starts a month on the first day of the week without regard for when the last day of the month is at least in the Gregorian calendar.

As far as I know, only the religion of Judaism still celebrates that

Passover - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Passover is a predominantly Jewish holy day and festival. It commemorates the story of the Exodus, in which the ancient Israelites were freed from slavery in Egypt. Passover begins on the 15th day of the month of Nisan, which is spring in the Northern Hemisphere, and is celebrated for seven or eight days. It is one of the most widely observed Jewish holidays.

Technically it's Saturday; When the Roman Constantine converted to Christianity he shifted it to Sunday to space Christianity from Judaism. And it's followed on ever since. There, I saved your thread from becoming pointless, that's the answer.

Absolutely not! Constantine didn't change anything - Christ did when He was raised from the dead.

Historically incorrect.

Constantine gave Sunday a legal status. He changed nothing.

Forgive me...

Okay so who invested him with the power to change the legal status thereof?

The 'legal' status? He was Emperor, he could make law all day long.

What he didn't have was any power within the Church.

There is a letter to Constantine's son from his Godfather... In it we read the Godfather telling him; 'Like I told your father, sit down and shut up and you might learn something.' (I'm paraphasing)

Constantine wanted badly to be involved in this huge gathering of Bishops. He called them together. In his quest for an opportunity to speak and be heard, he chose a subject that he already knew the answer to... Sunday worship.

Making it legal was more of a gift than anything. Christians were free to move about and worship on the day of their choosing (Sunday) without fear from the law.

This was not new for Christians, far from it. It was a relief to be able to worship on their chosen day.

Forgive me...

Says who?

Please show where Christ made sunday a holy day?

Do you records of what Christ taught after HIS resurrection and before HIS ascension?

HIS day of resurrection is MOST HOLY.

Forgive me...
