Have you ever had the experience where you were just reading the Word and letting the Lord lead... and then you run into a verse... like...

"Noisy one who lets the hour go by." Jeremiah 46:17

And it makes you ponder... what could this mean?
I would go to a concordance to see what all the "commotion" was about :)

Jer 46:17
"Give the king of Egypt a new name —
'Noisy Braggart Who Missed His Chance.'
TEV

Jer 46:17
There they will say, 'Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, is a loudmouth who missed his opportunity!'
NLT
:D I love it!
No one roars louder than our King and Savior, Jesus the Christ

Blue Letter Bible - Lexicon
1) to roar, to howl (of a lion, wolf, dog, and other beasts)
a) of men, to raise a loud and inarticulate cry: either of grief, or of joy

1 Peter 5:8 Be ye sober! Watch ye!
that the adversary/anti-dikoV <476> of ye, a devil, as a Lion roaring/wruomenoV <5612> (5740) is walking about, seeking to be swallowing up.

Reve 5:5 And one out of the elders is saying to me "no be lamenting! behold! the Lion conquers/overcame, the one out of the Tribe of Judah, the root of David, to open-up the scroll and *to-loose the seven seals of it".
[Genesis 49:8-10]

How about; Not praying at the appointed hour of prayer.

Forgive me...
You just brought to mind the rebuke the Lord had for those who have loud prayers in public starting with a parade of announcers before them..

Matthew 6:5
[ Prayer ] “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.
