I think the most amazing crushes/interests are when you and the other person have a soul to soul connection. It's like when you look at her, you are seeing yourself in her, and you also feel like she's in you. It's as though you are both melting into each other. I know the Bible says, the two shall become one flesh. But prior to that, I think you can become one in spirit. It's truly amazing, and I think it's a gift from God.

no crushes...especially after getting some really weird vibes from a guy. I thought he would have been really cool to get to know and then I was ignored completely for a couple days despite a few attempts to talk to him. So no, no crushes

*tear* That was well said! It's like being kindred spirits.
I also think it is a gift from God, to be able to relate to someone in in such a special way other than a normal friendship. It's amazing, really.

I know how ya feel. I had a similar experience once with a guy I really liked. I also got vibes from him and such. But then up out of nowhere he ignores me. *le sigh*
But that's all water under the bridge... I've moved on.

Ok. So I'm new to this particular part of CF, but I do have a crush. <blush> Only, he just got out of a pretty serious relationship just a few months ago, and while he's friends with his ex and its obvious she's moved on, it seems just as obvious that he's still in love with her. So I can only wait until he is ready to start looking for someone else and make sure I'm in his line of vision when he does. I doubt anything's gonna happen for awhile if it ever does. But if it does, I'll be sure to let you all know!

No crushes at the moment. I've been meeting women who are at extreme ends of the spectrum, and it's rather discouraging. I'm talking about personalities, life circumstances, interests, etc.

Maybe I'm just a fairly easy to get to know person, but I experience deep connections quite frequently. What's pretty fun though is when you can communicate without saying a word. I had a friend that I did that with and it was just fun communicating via eyebrows.

If you ask me IRL I'll deny it until I turn blue, but I really am a romantic at heart.

yeah, actually I am starting to get a crush on someone. It's kind of a long story. There is a man who I have never met but has been in the middle between me and his friend who I used to date. All we've ever done is text this entire past year. And even though I haven't met him and don't even know what he looks like he has been one of the few constants. I've poured my heart out to him. Well now his friend and I are really through.. and just recently i have started to think about this guy, wondering if something will grow out of it. It may not, but it's always good to hear from him. When I feel alone i'll get a text from him that says "hey"... and we don't talk for too long but I noticed that I felt happy hearing from him the other day, and have started thinking about him today.

I don't know if he's ready for a relationship or if he even feels the same way, though I suspect that he might a little because he seems to enjoy our chats when we have them. We are not in that place, and may not ever been in that place. But I can't help it that all i've done is think about him today. i have those flutters/butterflys, uh oh.

So I guess it's safe to say that yeah i'm starting to get a crush on him. But he's not a christian. We've talked about it from time to time, me asking him and I don't think that religion has ever been a part of his life but the lord has been putting him on my heart to pray for him and one night I even felt inspired to text him a word of encouragement, that whatever he is going through he'll be ok, and that i'm praying for him.

True. I'm believing the Lord for his will to take place in my life. So we'll see what happens, maybe nothing at all. And maybe if he did start to feel the same way the lord will close the door. He has done that all year!

Be careful of those fluttery butterflys! While they tickle and feel all warm and fuzzy they can be tricksters and dangerous. Lke L_T said above be cautious and guard your heart. Praying for Gods best in this situation

Crushes are no fun unless you can physically crush them with a hug or possibly with a kiss. I need to find an outlet for my crushiness mood as of late. Perhaps a killing spree movie will help....something will lots of blood and swearing.
